It strains credulity, but given Old Joe Biden’s deteriorating mental state, it doesn’t really strain credulity all that much: the Biden White House insists that it only found out about the twilight-of-the-republic raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home when the establishment media did, and not a moment before. So if the alleged president didn’t order this banana-republic raid, who did? On Thursday, Biden’s hyper-partisan Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has done so much to turn the Justice Department and the FBI into weapons of partisan politics, admitted that it was he who “personally approved” the raid, and as he surveys what he hath wrought, the heightened distrust of the authorities among ordinary Americans, and the growing fear of an out-of-control Leftist authoritarian federal government, he isn’t one bit sorry, either. Apparently destroying the republic and imposing upon the American people a Leftist autocracy that is above the law was what he wanted to do all along.

Garland announced: “I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter.” In acknowledging this, he gives us new confirmation that Old Joe Biden is non compos mentis, and is not the man in charge. The Trump raid was a watershed event in American history, representing the complete breakdown of the mutual respect that the competing factions in American political life have always had for one another, and the conversion of what are supposed to be politically neutral law enforcement organizations into weapons of partisan politics.

Many on the Left, including even House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Smirnoff) have been crowing that the raid represents some sort of triumph of what they always refer to as “our democracy,” and since they usually use the phrase “our democracy” to refer to total Leftist hegemony in the American government, in that sense they’re correct: the raid was indeed a triumph for the Leftist elites. Pelosi and co. insist that it shows that “no one is above the law,” an argument that would have more force if Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Hunter Biden, the FBI’s Russian Collusion hoaxers, and a host of other Leftist lawbreakers were behind bars today. But they aren’t. The only people who are wasting away in solitary confinement and having their lives destroyed by a rapacious and relentless Leftist legal machine are some ordinary Americans who went to Washington on Jan. 6, 2021 to protest a stolen election and found themselves invited into the Capitol by police.

The two-tier justice system is in full operation today; Leftists skate no matter how serious their crimes, and conservative patriots suffer grievously for the most trivial of offenses. The apotheosis of that two-tier system was the raid on Trump’s home, which was supposedly because he had classified documents he shouldn’t have had, you know, like Hillary when she deleted 33,000 emails including classified material that was unlawfully on her private server. But Garland, who is so aboveboard and honest and impartial that he sicced the FBI on parents protesting against the woke agenda at school board meetings, declared piously that he did “not take such a decision lightly.”

This unctuous apparatchik reminded Americans that the search warrant “was authorized by a federal court upon the required finding of probable cause.” He didn’t mention, of course, that the judge who authorized the warrant was an Obama donor and Jeff Epstein’s old lawyer. But this out-of-control authoritarian did go heavy on the disingenuous flag-waving: “Faithful adherence to the rule of law is the bedrock principle of the Justice Department, of our democracy. Upholding the rule of law means applying the law evenly without fear or favor. Under my watch, that is precisely what the Justice Department is doing.”

No. If Garland’s Justice Department were applying the law evenly without fear or favor, it would have indicted Hunter, and Hillary, and the rest. Hunter may be looking at a slap on the wrist before too long, just to keep up appearances. But the reality is that Garland has crossed a line, a very important line, and even Barack Obama’s top advisor David Axelrod is full of foreboding. Axelrod said that Garland “has crossed a rubicon here — if you are going to prosecute a former President of the United States, you’d better be pretty darn sure that you have an open-and-shut case.”

Right. And Garland doesn’t, but there is no assurance that this arrogant, dishonest party hack will not manufacture one. If we had an actual American president, Garland would already have been fired for this. Instead, don’t be surprised if he gets the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

    • Merrick Garland will never send the FBI into the homes of high-level Democrats. He has made the DOJ and national police the strong arms of the Democrat reelection campaign.

      This is a perversion of his high office and as such is impeachable. There is no equal justice under the Dems. They are amoral.

  2. I find it odd that Garland hasn’t targeted Mitch McConnell. They must have a mutual understanding — code of the Moloch worshiping swamp rats or something like that.

    • Garland has no reason to target McConnell because McConnell is a RINO. Very unlikely any RINO will be investigated or prosecuted by Garland because RINOs give cover to the Democrats by allowing them to look as though they are bi-partisan. RINOs are safe but true conservatives are not..

  3. When I look at Merrick Garland I see another government official who should have retired years ago and should now be spending his time with his grandchildren playing games of Checkers and “Go Fish.”

  4. Even if Trump had documents that had been previously classified, he had the authority to declassify them. Hilary Cliton, on the other hand, had no such authority as she was only the Secretary of State with no such authority. Having worked at State, I can assure everyone that she willfully committed a crime by receiving and transmitting classified material including Level 5 (far above Top Secret) via an unclassified personal email network. Had I or anyone else committed such a crime, I would not be writing this comment because I would be in a federal penitentiary without even a laptop. This is an attempt to prevent the former president from becoming only the second president to be non-consequentially reelected, Grover Cleveland being the first.

    As FOX’s Brian Kilmeade pointed out, they took two days to raid after getting the warrant signed. If it had been such an emergency, why wait two days?

    Hasn’t there been some concern, worry, anxiety about biden having the code for the special briefcase? And yet, no “raids” by anyone to get it away from him.

    • I guess they have to know the old code in order to change to a new code. They really need to put Hunter Biden to work on thinking up a new security plan regarding secret codes and computer security. Maybe that’s what Joe and Hunter are working on this week. We are just lucky that Putin has not nuked us yet. Let’s hope he will wait at least one more week.

      • I looked at the line of succession if something happened to biden, harris, pelosi,….the line has not one good guy, not one. even to the homeland not so security guy, transportation, …it’s a complete and utter disaster.

        • I am not familiar with the comic strip Sibling Revelry. My local newspaper never did carry it but I found a few samples of it on the internet. It does look like something I would enjoy.

  8. I never thought I would see democrats hate a President more than they hated President Reagan but here we are. Apparently harassment an stalking laws only apply to the little people.

    With everything that is going wrong in our country please remember that the important issue is Russia and the Ukraine. Can you imagine what would happen if we were invaded by a foreign power?

    • I hate to tell you this but we have been and currently are being invaded. It’s happening right now but our leaders won’t admit to what’s happening. Trump was trying to stop it and that’s why the Democrats hate him so much. If they can’t get rid of him one way, they will try another …. until he’s gone. They are obsessed with getting it done and they are obsessed with getting rid of the America that once was.

With the now corrupted FBI with its abuse of its power as observed that it took a sinister part in the insidious set up against the patriots on January 6, 2021 and the later FBI harassment of American Patriots who attended that January 6th rally and the Biden gulag for tyrant Joe’s political prisoners from the day of 1/6/22 and now the FBI raid invasion of residents of Donald Trump, along which many awful other events have occurred since Biden took Office on 1/20/21 those are omens that are overwhelming that United States is come to the very end of her Republic. This is indeed, very tragic and sad.

    With the infected and thoroughly infiltrated leftist FBI and considering all the terrible harm Joe Biden has done to the United States is still doing and will continue to do is so very horrendously terrible that the damage might be irreversible . I really hope I’m wrong.

    • When I was a kid in the early 60s, I read a book filled with articles. One was called “Reborn to Die” and compared the USA to the Roman Empire.
      Historically, the Eastern Roman Empire survived for centuries. Hopefully, history will repeat itself and the freedom-loving part of the country will secede from the insane part.

    • What law are you accusing Trump of having broken? What crime has he committed? Are you aware that he was cooperating and complying with all requests by legal authorities in connection with the documents he has in his possession? Those authorities were granted access to the documents and they were even allowed to place a lock of their own choosing upon the door to the room in Trump’s home containing the documents. They were treated cordially by Trump and invited to return at any time they wished. There was no need for them to enter his home with force and guns drawn. What kind of fascist are if you support the way Trump is being treated by his own government? They are using the tactics that fascists use. Are you aware that as President he had final say on the declassification of those documents created while he was President? How do you think we are being fascists when we oppose the use of fascist tactics? By the way, do you believe that a person is innocent proven guilty or is an accusation good enough for you to say someone is guilty?

Fools like Lorensacho Byzantine can’t wrap their heads around the fact that his “heroes” spent years trying to get President Trump on ANYTHING and have failed over and over.
        How many times have we heard the media crow “this will bring Trump down!”, only for them to shut up when it turns out to be another fraud? Too many times. Yet the neo-socialists believe that President Trump has already been tried and convicted of every lie, accusation and demand.
