Wait, what? How could a Muslim cleric, a man who has dedicated his life to understanding Islam correctly and communicating its message effectively, get the crazy idea that the Religion of Peace allows him to call for violence? There must be some mistake!

Turkey’s Religious Affairs Directorate (Diyanet) has launched an investigation on an imam in the central Anatolian Konya province for calling for violence against doctors upon a healthcare strike earlier in the week.
“Doctors say they are on strike today. Would you not kill him? Would you not beat him up?” the imam said during the Friday sermon, in the wake of a cardiologist being shot to death on duty.
The imam in question made “inappropriate comments” while on duty, the Diyanet said in a statement, condemning him.
An inspector has already been sent to Konya to carry out the investigation, the religious body said.
The Turkish Medical Association (TTB) said the imam’s comments were “incitement to violence, murder, even massacres”, calling on the Diyanet and courts to take action….

Some good points here, Mortimer–certainly, it is absolutely true that Imams urge their ‘flock’ to harm Infidels.
But Hans Jansen is here defending the Qur’an and “Prophet” Muhammed. Of course, both of these sources also preach Shari’ah and Jihad.

Agreed Graven, this is one of the greatest evils of religions like Islam, because it fosters no respect for individuals. It’s all about spreading itself and it doesn’t matter how many millions or billions of people it kills along the way.
Imagine a person spends their whole lifetime developing an important skill like being a cardiologist but his/her life can be easily extinguished because of these religious bullies, inciting hate and violence against them.
Any culture that doesn’t revere it’s intellectuals, women, children, etc is doomed to extinction.
Islam destroys civilizations. Turkey better figure that out or it’ll just devolve into another ‘Palestine,’ Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc where people are reduced to a menial, brutal, harsh existence ruled by religious lunatics.
Ofc that’s an object lesson for the rest of us ‘free’ people as well.

Not surprising, since it’s a quote from a ‘priest’ of the world’s longest-running pseudo-religious criminal scam, fabricated by a bunch of Dark Age gangsters in the Wild Middle East and soon to be running one of their protection rackets in your neighbourhood exactly like their ‘Godfather’ was doing 1,400 years ago.

Spot on Jayell, Islam is definitely a mafia-style criminal organization disguised as a religion.
It’s also a death cult because they’ll kill people for not joining or for leaving, or for insulting their ‘mafia don/godfather’ Mohammad. They’ll kill women for rejecting them, for people eating pork or during Ramadan or carrying out personal feuds, etc.
It’s only because of propagandists, spin-doctors, etc working over time to fool the masses into believing Islam is peaceful, is the reason most people haven’t clued in yet. Once they do, then at least we’ll know exactly what we’re fighting against.
That’s why those of us who are aware, should be doing all we can to rip off that disguise so people can see the true, ugly, evil ideology that Islam really is and then finally work to end it.
