BISHKEK, July 12 (Xinhua) — Kyrgyzstan’s special services have prevented a terrorist attack that was planned here during the Kurman Ait holiday, the State Committee for National Security reported Tuesday.
Two foreigners were detained on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. The two were involved in an international terrorist organization and had arrived from Syria using fake passports, said the committee.
Several accomplices were also detained, it said, adding that the investigation has uncovered evidence of the planned attack and terrorist training of these individuals in Syria.
Reportedly, one of the detainees is an instructor in making improvised explosive devices….

So while Xinhua tiptoes around the islamic aspects of this foiled attack, their owners the CCP happily do whatever they think needs to be done in Xinjiang. Maybe that’s a model for the world to follow: have their media whitewash islamic crimes, while their governments brutally crack down on any islamic activity? In other words, embolden islamists to expose themselves, and then squish them like bugs

On a different note, I remain in awe of the -stans so far: 30 years after the end of communism, but they still haven’t embraced their islamic past

Dear Infidel: Except for Azerbaijan which has embraced the Islamist plan to destroy Christian Armenia. I am assuming that you are meaning to refer to all former Union Republics that are majority Muslim. Interestingly Azerbaijan replaced Cyrillic script with the Atatürk modified Latin script rather than reverting to Arabic script.

All the Turkic countries have done that – Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Only exception is Kyrgyzstan, which still uses Cyrillic. Oh, and Tajikistan, which is ethnically Iranic, uses Cyrillic as well
Also, Azerbaijan, even though it has embraced the genocide of Armenia, is still not an islamic state in the way Afghanistan is: they haven’t forced their own people under the burqa and other things. In fact, ethnicity heavily trumps islam here, which is why Azerbaijan, despite being shi’a, like Iran next door, is more allied to Turkey than to Iran

Azerbaijan differs from Islamist regimes in another way: its covert alliance with Israel against Iran. I just wish they would set aside their ethnic hatred for the Armenians.

I guess Kyrgistan’s mullahs are now outsourcing jihad. The big difference between Muslims in different countries is the local cuisine and scenery. They share SHARIA LAW and TAQIYYA in common. The secret police knows that in Kyrgistan, and if they are Muslims, they know all about TAQIYYA.

Can anybody give me insight into the fact that about 50 central asian men (possibly more) have suddenly appeared in my small scottish city? They look Kazakh, Kyrgyz or some such. They have clearly been bussed in.
