So they say. If that were true, the new policy should have been aimed at enforcing proper skirt length, banning skirts altogether to promote “gender neutrality.”
No boy or girl should be forced to suppress expressions of his or her biological gender to comply with “gender neutral” indoctrination.

A school has banned all pupils from wearing skirts under the new ‘gender neutral’ rules it has introduced.
The school has carried out sweeping changes to its school structure which includes new rules about what students can and cannot wear.
This means all students, boys and girls alike, are now barred from wearing skirts, meaning they all must wear trousers, Devon Live reported.
Tiverton High School in Devon, sent a letter to pupils’ parents on June 9, informing them of the changes and “modifications” to its uniform policy from September onwards.
The new rules are to enforce a “more gender-neutral uniform policy”.
This reportedly came about in response to the persistent issue of skirts being worn shorter than the rules allowed.
Mrs Crook said: “We never take decisions like this lightly and go through a detailed process over time in order to come to the right conclusions for our students and the school; decisions that meet our legal obligations, and the standards expected in secondary education….

While we are at it we need to make sure everybody has the same length hair also. It’s also not fair that some people are taller than others so, yes, legs and arms too need to be the same length too. If what is covered up on our bodies is important, how much more so are the parts we openly expose to the world. We need to think more about what we are doing to make our children happy in this world and ensuring that bad things never happen to them – or worst of all that their feelings get hurt.

How about thobes? It would give the campus a Middle Eastern flair and make wardrobe “matching” a thing of the past. If a student still wants to distinguish themselves they could wear striped socks and sandals together. Stress free, comfortable and ankle length as well. The thobe may also have a built in counter argument for possible accusations of cultural appropriation given that it could be seen as a statement of support for Middle Eastern women who identify as a man.

In the apparel store where I work, a lot of the men’s clothing is now categorized as ‘gender-neutral’ rather than men’s. Never mind that there is nothing stopping girls/women from buying and wearing them even if they were called ‘men’s’
