On Thursday, June 9th, 2022, at around 9:25 p.m., a 63-year-old resident of Munich was on a platform of the S-Bahn station at the main train station. Suddenly, a 26-year-old (Somali citizen with no permanent residence in Germany) hit her from behind with both hands on her back, causing her to fall onto the track area. She was slightly injured in the fall.
Several people who noticed the incident made the driver of an approaching S-Bahn aware of the situation with appropriate gestures and he initiated emergency braking. The train came to a standstill about fifteen meters in front of the woman, who in the meantime was able to go into the shelter below the edge of the platform. She was then brought back to the platform with the help of other witnesses. First aid measures were carried out on site and the 63-year-old was later able to go home.
Other witnesses followed the 26-year-old suspect, who wanted to walk away from the platform, and alerted the police. Shortly thereafter, he was arrested on the mezzanine floor in the station area without resistance.
As part of the initial investigations by the Munich criminal police, it was found that the suspect had kicked a dog on the platform shortly before his crime.
Commissariat 11 (intentional homicide) has started investigations into an attempted murder.
During the course of the day, the suspect will be brought before the investigating judge to clarify whether an arrest or detention order will be issued.

I think I know how this story will end. The Somali will be found not guilty due to the trauma he must endure because he comes from a culture in which dogs are seen as satanic. The owner of the dog (perhaps the lady who “stumbled” onto the tracks?) will be given a hefty fine and the dog will be put down. Justice will then have been served to show all the “racists” who think otherwise that Germany will not put up with the rise of neo-Nazism.

I have mixed feelings about dogs. My neighbors keep getting dogs that like to bark all the time and it’s too bad this Somali didn’t try kicking my neighbor’s German shepherd. He (the Somali) would probably be looking for a new leg right now. But yeah, for the most part dogs are man’s best friend and deserve to be treated with kindness. I have liked most (but not all) of the dogs I have encountered in my life. People who mistreat them are the ones who are evil themselves.

I think you forgot the part about the poor Somali being given the victims home as compensation for the false claims and harassment.
From my point of view, I would rather anyone who abuses a dog be punished rather than the dog. Given what they give to humanity, I believe they are the creator spirits greatest gift to us.

If he is a citizen of the country where i.elmi, alias i.omar, belongs, why not return him to that far away land…to the “south”?
As for witnesses….since there were people observing, alerting the train guys, helping her up and seeing to her injuries, the police should have gotten some accounting at the scene of the crimes. Names, addresses, phone numbers and “what they saw and heard.”
Hopefully, he’ll get his just desserts….or as criminology books have it…’just deserts”…and then be sent back to that place where i elmi and he could live happily without dogs.

Good for the bystanders for alerting the train driver and helping the victim, as well as tailing and identifying the perp. If not for their actions, this incident could have been much worse.

Self-inflicted by Germany. Even if this illegal Muslim migrant were sentenced for deportation the case would be left open-ended by authorities and never closed. He would never actually be deported back to Somalia and would most likely be wandering around Germany on welfare for decades.

And while I certainly do not wish to devalue dogs (some of whom are better “creatures” than women—many, many men too), I am of the conviction that Islam only “honors” women to the extent that women are subordinate to men—which is wrong, stupid, counter-productive and highly unethical, the last being the area which Islam “excels” in time and time again, to wit, in the “unethical” category.
Well, speaking very personally, I would never devalue my dear wife. Indeed, she is my superior. I wonder how many Muslim could say this about their wife (wives?) and which would tend to prove a most important point here.

I have an old (ex) friend that lives outside Munich and I have been in that S-Bahn Station many many times, but this ex friend, since the 1970s, tells me that such news articles, such as this, are all blown out of reality as she speaks with the muslim women at the Market in the morning and they are all very friendly towards her as she helps them with their German, so I asked this old friend to try speaking to the muslim men about what islam teaches… She now wants nothing to do with me as she thinks I am a racist, a fascist and an islamowhatsit and once I told her about the strong connection with Hitler and islam she went bat shit crazy, even though her own Mother was a real Nazi and her Father was in the Nazi Army…

Actually, the idea that if you care about cruelty to animals that you devalue people does not hold water. In fact, those who are violent towards animals are often violent to people–as is the case her with this Jihadist.
