The point is this history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.
There is the above and other references imply that such pagan teachings were incorporated into the religion that Muhammad manufactured and then started.
Thus this further reveals that a lot of ancient paganism is part of the whole religion of Islam.
In other words, ancient paganism makes up much of Islam. Therefore Islam with its Sharia are a hoax .

The lack of agreement among the early Muslims about what is in the Koran shows that the Koran was compiled by degrees and it was done by fiat from the top level with the authority of the caliphs.
So the Koran is a political document created for political reasons.

Yes–I have mentioned before that the first thing the Angel Gabriel does in meeting Mary was to tell her not to be afraid; not so the thuggish “Injel Jibreel” who physically attacks and terrorizes Muhammed. (Whether one believes in angels or not is not the point I am making; it is that Christians and Muslims have a *very* different view here).
Certainly, Muhammed first thought that this angel was a demon–and it certainly acted like one.

Regarding Mohammed’s ‘FIRST ANGEL’ whose name is revealed by Ibn Sa’d as ‘SERAPHEL’. It is NOT ‘Jibreel’.
Robert Spencer points out that the ‘angel’ who visits Mohammed is not named! This angel is later identified in Islamic tradition as ‘SERAPHEL’ according to Ibn Sa’d (Abū ‘Abd Allāh Muḥammad ibn Sa‘d ibn Manī‘ al-Baṣrī al-Hāshimī).
The ‘angel’ terrorizes Mohammed into obedience … but Mohammed never learns to ‘read’ even though that is the command he is given … nor is a document handed to him so he may read it. It doesn’t make sense that an illiterate should be commanded to read.

‘allah’ could not create man from a clot of blood, as there was only blood after the human being was created. Maybe the word should be clod as in earth, since in genesis ‘god’ creates Adam from mud. Then, more inconsistencies to follow, even in this very short Sura…and the links to unrelated Christian texts is fascinating. So much for the ‘eternal word of Allah’…it’s just a big pastiche.
Very important deconstruction of the Qur’an.
And I’ve always found “scientific” claims for the Qur’an to be especially ludicrous.
Then of course David Wood is right–running to your wife when you are in danger puts *her* in danger. More of that vaunted Muslim courage.
