New in PJ Media:
Nina Jankowicz, the self-proclaimed “Mary Poppins of Disinformation” who was up until recently supposed to become the chief of Joe Biden’s Orwellian and ominous Disinformation Governance Board, can’t seem to stop herself from stepping on rakes. She has complained, now that the Board has been “paused,” that the Board itself was a victim of “disinformation,” which casts into question how effective it could possibly have ever been, if Jankowicz couldn’t even manage to counter false statements about what it was supposed to be doing. On Monday, she made matters even worse by remarking off-handedly that the Board was meant to do something that Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had said it would not be doing: countering “disinformation” not just from foreign sources, but from Americans.
Jankowicz tweeted that she was “thinking a lot the past few weeks about the paper I co-authored in the US Army War College Quarterly in 2020,” and she provided the link. “It lays out a government strategy,” she continued, “for dealing with disinformation based on 3 Cs- capability, coordination, and cooperation.” She added: “Since this piece was published in summer 2020, the spread and effects of disinformation on American society have only worsened and become entrenched in domestic politics (as the last few weeks of my life have shown).” And: “This is the type of work I had hoped to do at DHS, and the type of work the USG sorely needs to invest in. This is the type of work that I have built my career on—not a few contextless tweets. And this is the type of work I will continue in the public sphere.”
All right. So on Monday, Jankowicz would have us believe that she had hoped to spend her time as chief of the Disinformation Governance Board, which was part of the Department of Homeland Security, countering alleged disinformation that had “become entrenched in domestic politics.” Now, wait a minute. On May 1, CNN’s Dana Bash asked Mayorkas, “Will American citizens be monitored?” Mayorkas’ answer was unequivocal and reassuring: “No. The board does not have any operational authority or capability. What it will do is gather together best practices in addressing the threat of disinformation from foreign state adversaries from the cartels and disseminate those best practices to the operators that have been executing in addressing this threat for years.”
But how could Jankowicz counter disinformation that was supposedly “entrenched in domestic politics” if her Disinformation Governance Board were only dealing with the “threat of disinformation from foreign state adversaries”? Pluribus editor Jeryl Bier noticed the anomaly and tweeted, “Need clarification, because I thought the Disinfo Gov Board had nothing to do with domestic politics?” Journalist and political commentator Noam Blum added, “As @JerylBier points out, Jankowicz cites disinformation in domestic politics even though DHS said outright that the governance board would specifically focus on *foreign* disinformation from Russia and from human traffickers regarding border migration.”

I doubt she is listening to your mindless rant of name-calling relentlessly devoid of the use of epistemologically determined facts or logically valid arguments. You are lightning without light or rain. The proper response to misinformation is reasoning. Your comment does not differ from hers to “disinformation.” Given the contents of the article about the true intent of the government, the disinformation seriously in need of governance is the misinformation and lies coming from the Deep State. Realistically, she is admitting she is just switching her job title in the Deep State.

Obviously, Jankowicz is IN FAVOR of disinformation, and NOT against it.
She is an accomplished PURVEYOR of disinformation.

All patriotic Americans should be glad that that the Joe Biden’s Disinformation Governance Board had not gone through, as Biden had schemed and was therefore have not been established .
The sad Nina Jankowicz, who would have been the GDB the chief of that GBD on a television interview on MSNBC’s said about the board not coming to be that “ It’s all the fault of those evil right-wingers”
What a poor deluded woman Jankowicz must actually be. Meaning that her thoroughly brainwashed was of thinking had been do terribly contaminated and warped by her “higher education” in the ideology of political correctness that she has become so delusional that she can no longer discern the clear difference between good and evil..
As observed and heard in that interview when she referred to the patriotic Conservatives as “those evil right-winger.”
She is to be pitied, as the Bible reveals in Isaiah 5:20. “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil; who put darkness for light and light for darkness.” [N.K.J.V.]
For she even wanted to make publish the darkness of that DGB as the “Light of truth”
Janknwicz might really sincere in her politically correct mindset and therefore she could actually have “good intentions” in her PC way of thought.
This makes her situation all the more tragic . For as its been ,truly, said that “The read to hell is paved with good intentions.”

Patriotism in this case is allegiance to an institution of misgovernment. The “founders” would be amazed their rebellious insurrection would be characterized as “patriotism” or “conservativism.” These were radical rebels intent on changing their tyrannical institution of misgovernment. The ones who gave up their lives had an allegiance to principles in the Declaration of Independence. The Bill of Rights is propaganda to lull you into missing the fact they gave themselves power, privileges, and immunities.
There is no informed consent of the governed when only THEY can create, interpret, and execute the laws. There is nothing democratic in this constitutional republic anymore than there is in the constitutional republics of China, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, or Vietnam.
Did you give your consent to the laws, taxes, budgets, and foreign wars we are engaged in? What good is a government that has 30,000 troops on 160 miles of the Korean border and none on 1951 miles of the Mexican Border?

There is patriotism and there is globalism. Apparently, it is OK for GLOBALISTS to create DISINFORMATION, but not ok for anyone else.

Disinformation Governance Board:
That name had sounded to me like an agency that develops and distributes disinformation.
Majorcas assurance that the Board would only monitor foreign disinformation brings to mind that when created, the CIA would have no authority to operate inside the US, the FBI was purely a law enforcement agency and the IRS was only meant for tax collection.
I expect this Board to be rebranded to something like, Truth in Politics or American Critical Information, you know, something less 1984-ish and more Obama-ish.
somehistory says
Yes, the name of the board sounds very much like that…and I believe that i is what it would do…she is still doing it, even with her ‘job’ paused.
and the cia used lies to interfere with what other governments do, and have recently been said to be doing the same in the U.S, lying to the populace, that is….kind of like the usps having a supply of guns and ammo and tracking people who may be ‘domestic terrorists.’

An HONEST name for this board would be ‘The Information CONTROL Board’.
They want to CONTROL and MANAGE the information, rather than eliminate error.
They want to purvey false information of their own to Americans. That means censorship of every journalist who doesn’t tow the party line of the Dems.
somehistory says
Well, we all knew….at least greatly suspected…that mayorkas was lying and that this is exactly what they created the board to do….
create confusion by disseminating lies and calling the Truth lies and “disinformation.” silencing those who tell the Truth, or just disagree with the lies propagated by the government.
she’s an evil person. and so is mayorkas. The Freedom of Speech is a gift from our Creator, with guaranteed protection in the Constitution. Those who wish and work to take it away, are evil.

somehistory says,
“…she’s an evil person. and so is mayorkas.”
I agree.
It would be bad enough if they were simply naïve, incompetent, etc.
But they know what they are doing.
And it is evil.
somehistory says
Thank you, James. It’s really awful that so many are evil and they are firmly in control of things.
I was talking to my daughter this morning, and reminded both of us about what Jesus said, “When you see all of these things occur, lift up your heads and stand erect, as your deliverance is getting hear.”
Must be really close.

Congress being legally able to regulate speech is misinformation. The executive branch operations not beholden to Congress and legal at the same time is misinformation. Read the Law of the Land and the Bill of Rights attached to it….

……………..
Chilling stuff. Glad this creepy agency has been “paused”.

Are we up to counter-counter-disinformation or already up to counter-counter-counter-disinformation? Do they know that we know that they know that we know that we know that they know? Or has that become disinformation? Or will it be disinformation after 7:03pm on a Wednesday while facing east and not living by a river?
I wonder, how much money has gone into setting up offices for Nina and her failed “lil’ freen’s” playgroup … the back-lit signs, the admin staff, the stationery, the business cards, the personalised coffee cups, all the service and maintenance contracts. Contracts with unusually hefty cancellation fees, perhaps?

I’am happy this Government agency didn’t happen. What we don’t need is more Government Agencies to interfere with our lives. All these agencies are self serving for their high paying positions and power.
What we need is an independent group to look at our Government Agencies and departments to evaluate if we are getting anything worthwhile for our money.
