Israel is accused of “apartheid,” “oppression,” and violations of international law with respect to the Palestinians. Yet it is the Palestinians who are practicing apartheid and continuing to wage jihad against Israel.
The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammed Amin al-Husseini, also targeted Jews long before the creation of Israel, and worked with Hitler and Eichmann during the Holocaust.
So many misrepresent the truth and state that the Palestinian jihad has nothing to do with Islam. It has everything to do with mainstream Islam, in which Sharia is divine law. The entire Muslim ummah under the Organization of Islamic Cooperation stood together as one against Israel during Operation Guardian of the Walls.
In the same manner that many also assert that violence has nothing to do with Islam.
Since selling land to Israel is a contravention of the Sharia, an Islamic punishment is the price.

Apartheid in South Africa started already in 1913, when the South African government passed the Natives Land Act. According to this law, black South Africans were prohibited from buying or renting land in 93% of South Africa. This law was one of the foundation stones of the later adopted official policy.
When compared to the PA approach to selling land to Jews, the Natives Land Act, seems almost positive.
At a recent meeting of PA Supreme Fatwa Council, led by PA Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and the Palestinian Territories and Supreme Fatwa Council Chairman Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, the PA reiterated that Palestinians selling land to Jews is not only a criminal offence but also forbidden according to Shari’ah law:
“Palestine is kharaj land (i.e., land belonging to Muslims) and a waqf (i.e., an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law; see note below) which, according to Shari’ah law, it is forbidden to sell its lands and its properties or facilitate its transfer to enemies. This is because in terms of Shari’ah law it is considered a public Islamic property and not private property…”

After reiterating the Fatwa (i.e., religious ruling), the Head of the Supreme Muslim Council and head preacher at the Al-Aqsa Mosque Ikrima Sabri, added what exactly would happen to those who broke the law:
“Sabri emphasized the Fatwa according to which one who sells or mediates [the sale of property to Jews] will not be buried, will not be purified, and will not be prayed for, and that whoever interacts with them is a traitor…”

As Palestinian Media Watch has already noted, according to PA law amended in 2014 by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, the punishment for selling land to Jews is life imprisonment with hard labor.

A terrific exposé by CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS of the gross hypocrisy of the Pallies and the Jordanians who practice apartheid themselves while denouncing apartheid.
If fact, Islam forces all Muslims to be hypocrites, because they denounce non-Muslims for doing acts that Muslims are permitted (and even commanded) to do in Sharia law, the Koran and hadiths.
Muslims do not obey ALL of Islam and thus become guilty before Allah and other Muslims. They are forced to lie about their un-Islamic behavior to other Muslims who are the enforcers of Sharia through intimidation and terrorism.
Muslims know all about this hypocrisy, because they are forced to practice it every day. They are always checking over their shoulders to make sure other Muslims are not watching them.

Yes the incident of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem during WW2 collaborating with the German Nazis speaks volumes. That meant that Islam was putting into practise through holocaust association the Koran and Islam’s demand to kill the Jews where ever you find them!!
