At least three people were killed in an attack in the central Israeli city of Elad as the Jewish state marked its independence day on Thursday, following a brief lull in deadly unrest.
The Magen David Adom emergency response service, which confirmed the deaths, said two others were in a serious condition after the incident, which comes following a series of fatal attacks committed by Palestinians and Israeli Arabs in recent weeks.
Two others suffered moderate or light injuries, according to the MDA, which is Israel‘s version of the Red Cross.
Police said a manhunt had been launched, including helicopters and roadblocks, to find a vehicle that had fled the scene, without providing details on the alleged perpetrators.
Police said that it appeared the attack had played out at several spots in one area.
MDA Paramedic Alon Rizkan, a first responder, described it as a “complex scene,” identifying all of the dead as men in their early 40s.

Just horrifying–but grimly no surprise. It is harder for “Palestinians” from Judea and Samaria (the “West Bank”) and Gaza to enter Israel with weapons, so most of these attacks are now by Muslims already in Israel.

Most likely the victims had large families which will now be in difficult circumstances.
The celebrating Arabs better pray they are not related to the killer whose family home will be razed to the ground and those of any accomplices.

There is still the amazing belief that “land for peace” and all that goes with it – works.

Israel is not remotely tough enough on these Muslim killers.
Apparently, our leaders have not learned that “land for peace” does NOT work. (Gaza-massive long term political error)
When they find this latest criminal bunch, if they can’t shoot them dead on the spot (preferably) and cheaper. They should be serving whole life sentences out in the desert with minimal rations/visits. At the moment they get a slap on the wrist.
ISRAEL you have gone soft….at the expense of your (real) people.
