In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)
And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).
Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.” In Iran, according to the New York Times, the legal system “treats parents who murder their children with relative leniency, as the maximum sentence for the crime is only ten years.”

After the bloody act of violence in September 2021, the verdict against the man from Afghanistan was pronounced in the Lübeck district court on Friday. Samad Q. has been behind bars for life for murdering his wife. He did not want to accept his wife’s emancipation efforts and therefore killed her, said the chairman of the jury in the verdict. That was murder for base motives.
With the verdict, the court followed the request of the public prosecutor, who had demanded life imprisonment for the accused. The defendant’s defense attorney, on the other hand, had requested that the 39-year-old be convicted of manslaughter in an emotional state. After the verdict was announced, he said it was not yet clear whether he would seek an appeal.
According to the public prosecutor, the victim wanted to emancipate himself from her conservative husband, which Samad Q. did not accept. In addition, the Afghan is said to have rejected his wife’s western lifestyle.
After the crime, Samad Q. fled the refugee accommodation and was only arrested at a border crossing in Bavaria. He was in a bus bound for Milan (Italy), which was checked at Autohof Münchberg on Autobahn 9 in the Hof district.

What does ‘life imprisonment” mean in Germany? Is it until death or until the man has served a set number of years and is paroled for ‘humanitarian’ reasons?

Another mozlum terrorist murdering a family member because she wasn’t adhering closely enough to the filthy evil of islam to suit his lusts, so he punished her to death, leaving the little baby girl without a mom.
The terrorist, murderer, most likely got the girl while she was still a child and forced her into rapeiage. No wonder she waned to be free of him. He probably beat her before murdering her.
But, he knew what he did was against the law in Germany, so he fled to escape justice. He should hang as n example to others and so he can never get out.
In the U.S., a person can be sentenced to “life in prison” and still get out. This happens in other nations as well.
I feel bad for the little girl. Hopefully, she is being taken care of by infidels.
