Biden Supports ‘Peaceful’ Home Protests to Intimidate Supreme Court Justices

When Black Lives Matter race rioters burned cities and wounded thousands, Biden’s people and their media allies claimed that these were “mostly peaceful” protests.

A thug could be beheading a conservative and the media and the Biden administration would claim that the head was still mostly on. So their definition of peaceful can’t be trusted. And, there’s no such thing as a peaceful protest at a public official’s home. That’s harassment and intimidation meant to change a judicial ruling.

If conservatives were doing this to D.C. Federal judges who are engaging in blatantly partisan conduct the FBI would be called in and they’d be in jail.

But the Biden administration defends the intimidation of Supreme Court justices because it supports it.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Tuesday defended protests outside the suburban homes of conservative Supreme Court justices as “peaceful to date” — despite the fact that more of the potentially illegal rallies are planned Wednesday to pressure the judges to abandon a draft anti-abortion rights ruling.

“The president’s longstanding view has been that violent threats and intimidation of any kind have no place in political discourse. And we believe of course in peaceful protests,” Psaki said at her daily press briefing.

“So I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date,” Psaki later added. “And we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judges’ homes and that’s the president’s position.”

Would Psaki consider protests outside her home peaceful? I suspect she would not. But as we already know, there’s a double standard. 

And the Left wants one set of rules.

  1. You know, Joe. He has trouble saying what he means. What he meant to say is that he supports “fiery but mostly peaceful” protests at the homes of Supreme Court Justices.

      This is the 21st Century; not the 17th, but there are always risks. When I got drafted in 1969 into involuntary servitude with the risk of death in Vietnam.24 months; not 9. In 1972, Baby Roe did not threaten death or grave injury, much less commit a crime of rape or incest.

      So, claim rape so an innocent unborn human can be executed? I am against capital punishment and certainly NO life should be ended without due process. Baby Roe did not threaten murder,molestation,or grave injury. Shelley Lynn Thornton survived despite her mother, Norma McCorvey.

      • They refuse to obey the Court on anything unless it supports their motives and agenda.

        In CA, kids as young as 12 are part of a bill to give shots without parental knowledge or consent, making it possible to give the kids any shot they can be pressured into taking.

        The Court said that was illegal some years ago…in the ’70’s. But the baby-killers don’t care about the Law or any morality. The young and the unborn are just tools to them.

  2. I think Biden a wretched, extremely limited (even before his dementia), delusional and highly selfish man. His 50 year political career has been to no purpose; it’s been a waste. And now this man with no virtues, no qualities, is the Puppet-in-Chief presently doing his best, along with his handlers, to destroy America. He is also a monumental liar and plagiarizer, profoundly corrupt too. I loathe him.

    • I doubt Biden’s family sees his fifty-year political career as “a waste”.
      It appears to have been a highly successful generator of personal wealth.

  3. Reporters have asked e. warren, r. tlaib and i. elmi, alias i. omar their opinion about these **illegal** protests.

    warren said that she supports them and complained that the Justices put up fences around the Court. she doesn’t care if the protests are illegal.
    tlaib says she is all for it if there is no “rhetoric” which threatens.
    i.elmi, when asked about the Law regarding protests at the homes of judges, she asked, “what is the law” and when told, she said she was supportive of the protests “because the Court said it was okay.”
    biden had fences put up around his house in DE. Why, if he is so fond of protests about the Law?

  5. They don’t want to give birth to kids, but they are intent on taking them from those they now refer to as “caretakers”…not as parents. Guess biden is okay with all of this, stealing the children from parents who are willing, and even eager, to give life to the little ones.

  6. If it’s not against the law to protest, ‘peacefully’ or otherwise, outside a judge’s home with the expressed intent of influencing a legal decision, it ought to be.

    • It absolutely is against Federal Law to protest outside anyone’s home who is involved in a legal case…judge, witness, juror…see the article by Andrew McCarthy on the subject.

      Besides, per USC 18, 1507 such protests are illegal already but the pathetic current Attorney General, one Merrick Garland, is not only not enforcing laws on America’s southern borders (and for Christ’s sake, Latin America, will you finally get your effing act together so untold hundreds of thousands, if not millions, don’t have to leave your wretchedly run nations for the USA), but he is also not enforcing the statute cited above.

      Just as Joe Biden is a disgrace to America, so is Merrick Garland, Ditto for EVERY Biden cabinet member. No exception.

      America is now led by idiots or worse. And thanks again to al the fools who ACTUALLY voted for Biden, never mind all the bogus votes for this pitiful and destructive man.

      • Glenn Beck had Chip Roy on his Wednesday night program with stats on deaths from fentanyl and he also pointed out that the u.n. is handing out atm cards loaded with $800 per card, per month, right on the border.

        But, the border situation is one of those things that mayorkas wants to keep silent.

        The death of the U.S. military member who died trying to rescue a “migrant”…who turned out to be a drug cartel member…has all but been shoved under the carpet; the military are not equipped to save drowning people in the Rio Grande, and are being criticized for not making more attempts to do so. Such is the m.o. of the lawless “admin.”

        And it’s a “national security” risk for us to know and talk about it.

        • It’s ultimately, somehistory, about increasing the Democratic Party base and which is why no one and sense and knowledge should any longer remain a Democrat.

          As big an enemy as Islam is to America, the modern Democratic Party has become the ultimate enemy.

          Please, please, all still remaining and sensible Democrats, leave this Goddamn party. Preferably in droves.

  8. I would live it the day Antifa or BLM ‘protestors’ turned out outside Jen Psaki’s home – whether it’s now or after she’s joined MSNBC. It may sound unlikely, but something similar happened in Seattle 2 years ago. Mayor Jenny Durkan tried to appease the thugs who had set up CHAZ/CHOP, but ultimately, the thugs ended out outside her home, led by the lovely and gentle Kshama Sawant. That was when the mayor came to her senses, and gave the police a free hand to take down CHAZ/CHOP

    Wanna get Dem leaders like Durkan, Lightfoot, Breed, et al on your side of law & order? Just somehow get Antifa and BLM to mob them personally: that’s the only language they understand
