UK: Women can be strip-searched by male cops who claim they’re women

How long can a society survive after it embraces and even enforces insanity and a refusal to accept reality? As it turns out, “Islam is a religion of peace” was just a dry run. Far more egregious fantasies were in the offing. Aren’t the UK cops aware of the cases of “trans women” raping real women in women’s prisons? Or do they just not care, because adherence to the Left’s shibboleths is all that matters?

Female suspects can be strip-searched by police officers who were born male but identify as women – and could be accused of a hate crime if they object, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

New guidelines issued to forces around the country state: ‘Chief Officers are advised to recognise the status of Transgender colleagues from the moment they transition, considered to be, the point at which they present in the gender with which they identify.

‘Thus, once a Transgender colleague has transitioned, they will search persons of the same gender as their own lived gender.’

The controversial advice, issued by the National Police Chief’s Council (NPCC) — the body representing British police chiefs — says it may be ‘advisable’ to replace the person carrying out the search if the detainee objects, but adds: ‘If the refusal is based on discriminatory views, consideration should be given for the incident [to] be recorded as a non-crime hate incident unless the circumstances amount to a recordable crime.’

The existence of the guidance, which was quietly issued in December, has only come to light following the intrepid work of Cathy Larkman, a police officer for over 30 years who rose to the rank of superintendent before retiring last year.

Mrs Larkman, 54, grew increasingly concerned with the declining trust women had in the police following a spate of scandals including the abduction and murder of Sarah Everard by a serving police officer.

Last October, responding to fears among some women that they had no option over the sex of the officer searching them, she wrote letters to the College of Policing, the Police Federation and the NPCC seeking clarification that this was not the case.

The mother-of-three, who is being supported by the Women’s Rights Network campaign group, knew that under existing law strip-searches had to be carried out by an officer of the same sex.

But she was left ‘absolutely gobsmacked’ when the NPCC finally released its new guidance to her last week.

‘The more I read it, the more shocked I was,’ she told The Mail on Sunday. ‘This is a devastating blow to women’s trust in the police. Women are not even an afterthought in this guidance — they are completely non-existent. Everything is geared towards the sensitivities of the officer doing the searching.

‘They claim they are trying to be inclusive. But this isn’t inclusive of women and it doesn’t respect their sex.’…

  3. There should be protection for real women from transwomen. Treating transwomen like real women is simply opening the door for abuse of real women.

  4. People can be conned into “believing” anything so long as it’s presented as the highest virtue in the society, as obedience to a Higher Power, or is enforced by the Authorities. In several US states pregnant women are now treated as non-humans allowed to exist only for the benefit of not-yet-humans, and that is considered a virtue because “God!!”. And most of you applaud that.

    Having a fake “woman” paw all over and into their bodies is small potatoes in comparison.

    Well yes, other people’s “sensitivities” are everything, ownership of your own body is nothing. Same as with “Islamophobia”, there is a “faith” involved, in this case the fantasy of “trans-sexualism”. Don’t protest or you will be “canceled”. Fortunately this brave woman is retired an has a network to back her up, but that hardly guarantees her safety. Not any longer.

    The people in the UK enforcing this bit of New Speak are cowards but hey, they need their jobs, they’ve got families to feed…!

    • The unborn is “human” from the get-go. And murdering an unborn baby is so much worse than a woman, suspected of committing a crime, being “pawed” by a male who pretends to be a female.

      In none of the states are women “treated as non-human.” How many babies do you want to suffer before you’ve had enough and can focus on something else?

  5. In CA, they are putting criminals who pretend to be female in cells with real females and the women are being raped.

    Now, the woman who commits a crime, or is suspected and held for trial in the U.K. can be searched by a pretender who can molest her. If she gets searched in the U.K. but committed the crime in CA, she could be a victim of this satanic madness that is sweeping the planet…twice over. At the very least.

  6. I think I’m reading this correctly. That if you as a person arrested/detained object to being searched by AB and your objection to AB is based on the fact that AB is in some protected class that you will be accused with yet another crime.

    Today’s world is even madder than the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.

    Imagine the fun. Some married Muslima is charged with a crime. She’s then strip-searched by a trans. The Muslima’s husband finds out about this and makes posthaste to the police station.

    I hope they get it all on camera.

    • He’d likely make post-haste to the police station, kill his wife for having been seen unclothed by another man, and then file a religious discrimination lawsuit—being the victim himself, of course.

      And, yes, hope that would be caught on camera.

        • Infidel, my point is that no one on the Left respects Tucker Carlson as Doomer claims. He is the one who called them the “antiwar Left”.

          The way he has taken to using “antiwar” lately is to describe those who rabidly support the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but who don’t want to see Ukrainians do anything to defend themselves. Considering this “antiwar” is bizarre–and is more apt to be cynicism than an actual belief that invading your neighbors is peaceful.

  8. I agree with the commenters up above that this utter garbage, which the trans lobby somehow seem to have had accepted, is absolutely insane. But what this really is sexual assaults being allowed on actual, genuine women by the transgender, pretend women. So the Police are sanctioning sexual assaults. What a bizarre, completely fucked up world we inhabit in these insane times. I keep thinking that someday soon there will be a fightback against all this garbage and common sense will be applied and all this nonsense will be thrown out and sanity will apply again.

  12. By the way, re that photograph of the male police officer wearing nail polish above–this was a stunt from 2017 where police were supposed to paint their nails to take a stand against human trafficking at nail salons.

    There was a backlash from the public against this stupidity, and several major newspapers and other news outlets slammed this foolishness.

    I think this was more a way to try and normalize police officers in makeup and nail polish than an actual protest against modern day slavery. If the latter, isn’t it better to have officers out investigating cases than tarted up?

If you are a person with a penis and you dress up and believe you are a women you should not be allowed to be a police officer yet alone allowed strip search anyone. Oh I know we can’t offend you, but you are dam offensive to me when you want to strip-search me. Seems more like sexual assault than a search.

Given the U.K. governments insistence on bringing in boat load after boat load of young, fighting age Islamic males, just wait until these trans freak Officers try strip searching an Islamic female, it’s not going to end well. Frankly, as a natural born, biological female, I would consider it deeply offensive to be strip searched by a trans freak, and will refuse point blank to even allow these mentally ill odd balls anywhere near me. If they want to retain their two meat and veg, which let’s face it the majority of them still have, they had better not even attempt to strip search me……be warned.
