Jackson is not being put on the Supreme Court because of her qualifications. She is being put on the Supreme Court because she will advance the Leftist agenda. She was lenient toward child pornographers, but there is no doubt whatsoever that she will be as tough as she possibly can be on one set of offenders: January 6 “insurrectionists,” parents protesting at school boards against transgenderism and Critical Race Theory being taught in public schools, and the like.
“Ketanyi [sic] Brown Jackson chose leniency even in baby sex torture cases,” by Paul Sperry, New York Post, April 2, 2022:
In the eight child-porn cases that came before her court, former D.C. District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson heard horrifying details of “sadomasochistic” torture of young kids — including “infants and toddlers” — yet challenged the disturbing evidence presented by prosecutors and disregarded their prison recommendations to give the lightest possible punishments in each case, according to transcripts of sentencing hearings obtained by the Post.
In some cases, she even apologized to some of the kiddie-porn perverts for having to follow the statutes, which she called “substantially flawed.”
Over and over, the records reveal, Jackson made excuses for the sex fiends’ criminal behavior and cut them slack in defiance of investigators and prosecutors — and sometimes even probation officers serving her court — who argued for tougher sentences because the cases were particularly egregious or the defendants weren’t remorseful.
The fuller record of her orders as a trial judge, detailed here for the first time, undercuts the White House’s and Senate Democrats’ argument that her sentences were within the “normal range” or “mainstream” of child porn cases, as they try to defend the Supreme Court nod against growing allegations she is soft on crime….

Since skin color has become of utmost importance in all things now, I would like to know the skin color of those to whom she gave the lightest sentences.
somehistory says
What was the skin color of the many victims of this sadistic torture and the “judge”? By her making excuses for the demonic actions of the perps, she made the little victims, and their parents, victims all over again. And by not giving the perps what they deserved, she added to the torture and abuse the victims suffered.
She deserves something seriously important, but it is not a seat on any court, not any seat of responsibility, not any seat where she will be deciding things for criminals and non-criminals…for everyone who fits in any part of any case. She does deserve a very ***hot**** seat, however, and I pray it comes her way. Soon.
People like her make humans look bad. Her “father’ must be well-pleased with her fulfilling his desire.
somehistory says
And, she is not “soft on crime.” She is an enabler, an accessory after the fact. Those who rape and torture little kids and babies see that, if they get the right accomplice in court, they might just walk.
Don McKellar says
This woman is a monster. A fiend who enables fiends. A fiend who embraces racism and division and hate. There’s still a lot of time left in His Fraudlency’s dumpster fire “presidency” and it’s possible there’ll be another fiend or two if the elections are sufficiently manipulated. They know how. They are emboldened.

Don M., I just copied and posted your fine comment elsewhere (frontpagemag.com’s section The Point) in connection with its article appearing today on K.B. Johnson written by Daniel Greenfield. I gave you full credit for the post.
Hope you don’t mind.
James Lincoln says
Somehow, Sen. Susan Collins from Maine thinks that Ketanji Brown Jackson is just fine.
https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/600317-collins-to-back-jackson-for-supreme-court/
somehistory says
I don’t know if collins was born a fool or just developed into one over her exceedingly long time of being one who can’t seem to tell right from wrong. This is not her first time of getting it all wrong.
All who support this creature are in the same leaky boat…no morals, no commonsense and enabling evil. They have much for which to answer.
Wellington says
Thanks for that link, James (I think).
Collins is third-rate as so many other Senators are (definitely more Democrats than Republicans but there are enough Republicans to spread the blame around).
I fear the American Republic, which is also a representative democracy (many erroneously assert that it is an either/or), is on its last legs. I hope I’m wrong. I fear I’m right. Well, if you can teach six-year olds about gay, lesbian and transgenderism at the same time pointing out how rotten America is, then expect the worst—like Ketanji Brown Jackson on the Supreme Court.
The descent continues. Clearly. Nothing could be clearer.
Infidel says
I have yet to see a decent enough New England Republican. Maybe former Senator Scott Brown
gravenimage says
Very troubling, James. This probably ensures Jackson’s being on the Supreme Court, since no Democrat has the decency to oppose her.
How is Collins an actual Republican?
James Lincoln says
gravenimage,
She appears to be a “never Trumper” / deep establishment type Republican.
She needs to be replaced with an America First Senator – yesterday…
Infidel says
She’s one of those New England Leftist Republicans – in the mould of a Lincoln Chafee, Jim Jeffords, Bill Weld, or even the current New England GOP governors – Phil Scott or Charlie Baker. Their Leftism long predates Trump: I suspect it’s probably something in the New England air
Infidel says
It’s a disgrace that Maine Republicans didn’t – or couldn’t – primary that hag! I actually rooted for her opponent, b’cos I’d rather see a genuine communist in a senate seat rather than a fake republican
Wellington says
There’s something profoundly wrong with this woman (and yes, even if she doesn’t know what a woman is, regular people do).
The mental disease she suffers from is obvious.
It is Leftism, which ruins everything it comes into contact with. Yes, everything. Leftism never improves anything at all.
This person on the Supreme Court will be a travesty. But since at least 50% of present Senators are travesties in themselves, chances are very high this highly deficient person (whom personally I am convinced like Obama hates America) will be given a life tenure on the highest judicial body in the land.
The Age of Nonsense marches on. Non-stop. No end in sight.

Wellington, I took the liberty of re-posting your comment at frontpagemag.com , following an article on K.B. Jackson appearing there today. (Look for it on The Point, a section comprising a string of relatively short articles, all written by Daniel Greenfield.)
commonsense says
I forgot to say that I gave you full credit for the comment.

Ketanji Brown Jackson disregarded recommendations, gave lightest possible sentences in cases of baby sex torture
……………
*Just horrifying*. She has been especially lenient to sex offenders and Jihad terrorists.
That she is on the bench at all is appalling–that she is up for the *Supreme Court* is just sick. And given her comparatively young age–she is in her very early fifties–she will be a threat to democracy for decades to come.
Eleanor says
Someone needs to ask her to define a paedophile.
Oren says
I would ask her if she realizes that although at least half the american people vote for the right wing, almost all of corporate america, and the american media is behind radical left wing initiatives. Some argue that the billionaires of america are hiding behind black face, pretending to be leftists, while leaving all the money and power in the hands of old white men. How would she navigate this issue, of how to attack them while they pretend to be left wingers fighting against racist poor and middle class people? In G-d I trust.
Lorensacho says
What you really mean is don’t sport her because she’s black.
somehistory says
That is not correct and you know it. Justice Thomas is Black. I believe he is one of the best ever to hold a seat on the Court. What is being done to him now is no less than criminal.
Many people are like me…I have close relatives who are bi-racial. Race has nothing to do with why we here say she shouldn’t be on any court.
But, her race is ****why***** she was chosen. If she had the same record and was White, we still wouldn’t want her making judgments. in a court of law.
And you know all of this. You just come to try to provoke.
Infidel says
Where exactly did you stand on Janice Rodgers Brown?
