Illinois is now offering free health care to some adult illegal immigrants after state lawmakers approved the program last year.
The program will provide the free health care to undocumented individuals between the ages of 55 and 64, FOX32 Chicago reported. The program expands upon the state’s effort to provide health benefits for immigrant seniors.
The coverage includes doctor and hospital visits, lab tests, physical and occupational therapy, mental health, substance abuse disorder services, dental and vision services, and prescription drugs, according to the station….

This is so wrong. Americans like myself who are now in retirement have to have supplemental health insurance in addition to Medicare (which Social Security is docked for) as well as a prescription drug program. Loads of American citizens during the Covid mess lost their health insurance because they were in certain industries (like the musical theater industry) and yet people who come here illegally, who break American law by doing so, are getting free health care. And Obama Care destroyed the health insurance plans of millions of middle class Americans.
Yes indeed, there is wrong written all over this. Sick of this crap. America is increasingly becoming an upside-down country, courtesy first and foremost of the Democrats but there is enough blame that can still be spread to others, especially RINOs.

Good luck with raising the taxes on the people who are legal residents of Illinois so as to keep paying for everything. I see a lot of people moving out of Illinois because of the high taxes. Eventually, more people will be taking out of the system than putting into it. This can’t go on forever.

Illinois, CES, minus Chicago and Cook County, would be a much saner place. Ditto for New York State minus NYC and California minus Los Angeles and San Francisco. And Pennsylvania without Philadelphia and even with Pittsburgh would be a red state and far better off.
Minus the dozen largest cities or so in America, America would be a much saner place, a better place, a fairer placer. As Thomas Jefferson observed, cities are the breeding ground of filth, pessimism and many other negatives and whatever good they have is far outweighed by the bad. The bigger the city the more destructive is most everything across the board and one of the greatest myths is that cities are where the “sophisticated people” live. No, if common sense and moral intelligence are proper measurements of how healthy a society is, you will find far more of these two features in areas that are not mega-urban.

Yes, the days of being able to come to America and find a place in the wilderness to build your own home are long gone. I don’t know where all these illegal immigrants are going to live unless it’s in a high rise tenement in a big city. The vast majority of these people are not going to find the paradise they are seeking – unless they just want to sit in a small room and live a life of virtual reality on the internet. But with certain drugs in their veins they may be satisfied with that. It’s most likely that will be the health care system of the future for everybody.

Then again, maybe after Bill Gates has bought up all the farmland from the farmers leaving Illinois he can let the illegal migrants work the land for him as either sharecroppers or as his serfs.

So, according to the feature article:

The adjective “undocumented” is a euphemism for illegal.
An economic migrant who is in the United States illegally (and has not broken any other laws) should be provided food / water / emergency medical care – and then deported.

Maybe, except for one small thing. Unnoticed by anybody in DC, countries are quietly stopping the use of the US$ as a default reserve currency. It started obviously w/ Russia, but now, taking advantage of that, countries are flocking to Russia if they can use their own currency instead of US$. Saudi Arabia is cutting a deal w/ China to accept Remenbi, and India is working a rupee-ruble transaction agreement.
By the time all this is over, Washington’s ability to sell endless bonds will be over

However, your sneering at the supposed drop in the worth of the dollar is nonetheless very odd. And the implication that the ruble is stronger than the dollar is also *very* questionable. This deal is more about Russia offering India bargains on oil so they can trade using something other than the weak ruble.

Welcome to the slow and strange death of the once vibrant Europe. The wave after wave of illegal migrants constitutes an invasion in real terms.
Most of these illegal migrants become a burden on the tax payers. Have no intention of assimilating into the host societies.
On the contrary many of these invaders have an incompatible mindset. In fact the have contempt for the host nations.
That is clearly shown in the spike in the crime rate, including aggravated assault, murder and rape.
The most outrageous part of this invasion is the fact the only ones who want this invasion to continue are the deluded elites.

Gee I was born in Illinois do you suppose Illinois will provide me with free health care if I come back? I think not! So why are these ILLEGAL INVADERS so much more important than Illinois son’s and Daughters? Why the incentive for persons that are breaking the law? I guess crime is profitable after all, and you know we don’i want to discourage people from doing what they want even if it will hurt somebody else.
LAW and ORDER, should be our first concern not the last.
