Ilhan Omar Once Again Shows How Much She Hates America

An hour before midnight on Saturday, April 16, as millions of Christians around the world were preparing to celebrate Easter, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu), who was not, was on Twitter. She sent around a video captioned “Worshipping Jesus 30,000 Feet In The Air,” showing a young man with a guitar leading what appears to be a Christian singalong on an airplane, although the video has no information about the setting or circumstances. Omar commented: “I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end?” Omar was implying, of course, that Muslims in America are subjected to a double standard and are routinely victimized by “Islamophobia.” And so once again the question arises: why does Ilhan Omar have such an active distaste for the country that welcomed her and her family and gave them refuge and where she has experienced so much success and adulation?

What would happen if Ilhan Omar’s family had a prayer session on a plane? Omar is suggesting that it would end with their arrest or at very least their harassment by racist, “Islamophobic” officials who had no problem, because of their “systemic racism,” with a group of Christians singing Christian songs on a flight.

The two scenarios, however, are not equivalent. Since the video Omar tweeted includes no details, it’s not clear whether this flight was filled with people who all belonged to some Christian group, or if an individual or group of Christians simply decided to start singing on the plane. If the latter, that might certainly be annoying to someone who might have hoped to catch a nap or read a bit on the flight, but no one on the plane would have felt in the slightest danger, because happy, singing Christians are not generally associated with acts of violence, for good reason.

If, on the other hand, a group of Muslims began Islamic prayer on a flight, some people might be worried. Ilhan Omar would claim that this was because of their “racism” and “Islamophobia,” but in reality, it’s just a simple recognition of the fact that the record of Muslims on airplanes is not entirely peaceful. Omar would consign to “hatred” what is actually just realistic and justified caution.

For all that, however, the answer to Omar’s question is that, even if some people might be made uncomfortable by Islamic prayer on an airplane, nothing would be likely to happen. I myself once sat on an eight-hour flight next to two Muslims who prayed the whole time, quite openly and un-self-consciously, with Qur’ans open on their laps.

  1. It may be somewhat intrusive but certainly acceptable on the holiest time for those Christians. For Ilhan Omar, her city now blasts the call to prayer all across some neighborhoods despite the rejections of non muslims. And for americans who have to take off their shoes at all airports, and have all their belongings x rayed, who have to have their bodies scanned for bombing materials, and who wait on far longer lines at airports to prevent planes from being blown up…. what religions adherents declared this a holy act, and a path to Jihad?
    Yes, it was a bit intrusive for those Christians to get up and sing, but…. then, no one would ever think that a plane was in danger. When muslims chant their prayers in streets, it is a form of taking over the street and demanding other go elsewhere. And the examples are ever ongoing across the globe. For Omar to pretend victimhood is beyond vulgar. She who’s whole family was helped by this nation now gets to hear her snark and derision of christians, jews, republicans,, and anyone not of ‘oppressed’ consideration.

    • Sharia law and the Pact of Omar forbid Christians from worshipping in public where Muslims may see or hear them. In addition, Sharia forbids the use of music, except for purposes of jihadic supremacism.

      The Islamic ‘prayer sessions’ (approved by Omar) are filled with deprecations of Jews and Christians as well as ejaculations of ‘Allah akbar’ (the Islamic war cry used by Mohammed before attacking unarmed people).

      In contrast, Christian worship is focused on God and loving one’s neighbor. .

      Even the Christian ‘Golden Rule’ expressed by Jesus is offensive to Muslims, since Allah completely eliminated the Golden Rule from the Koran (‘Those with Mohammed … are HARSH (violent) towards KAFIRS, but compassionate between themselves.’ – K. 48.29)

      Omar makes a false equivalency between Islamic and other forms of worship. Jihad is always a part of Islamic prayer.

      Koran 61:9:8 says:”to make it (Islam) prevail over all the religions”

    • The prayers in “islam” unlike prayers of Christians, Jews, or Hindus, are meant to curse, and ask so called “Al-Lah” to bring death and destruction upon the people of other faiths.

  3. So why doesn’t she comment on the inconvenienced people forced to sit idly by while muslims block the streets to answer the call to prayer in numerous cities?

  4. If you stick a butt up in the air in my face and you can expect to get it swatted, no matter your religion. But I figure the only religious group likely to do this is whiny crying Omar’s religion.

    Twice a year you get happy Christians annoying you. And whining Omar’s people subject us to their noise at high decibel levels at strange times of the day, 5 times per day, every day, day in and day out. We’re not allowed to complain. Omar, you can stuff your head up a camel’s bum.

  6. A butterfly is flying loose inside the cabin of a fully loaded plane. No one screams, no one is afraid the butterfly will attack.

    A bloodthirsty mosquito is loose inside the cabin of a fully loaded plane. There may be no screaming, but there will be some busy hands swatting at the bloodsucker.

    A family of Killer bees are inside a fully loaded plane. What would happen then?

He committed fraud and so has this snake who “represents” evil in the House and everywhere she goes.

    i. elmi, the mozlum snake who is paid by the taxpayers of America to represent them, just has to put her ugly snout in anytime Christians or Jews are being allowed to do anything…whether or not what they are doing is obnoxious; just the fact that Christians and Jews are still allowed to do them is enough for her to try to make people feel guilty about not liking mozlum activities; activities that mean bad things are going to happen to innocent people.

    One day, Justice will catch up with this fraud, liar, troublemaker and child of satan, a part of the devil’s seed. A Great Day that will be.

  7. Ilhan Omar is poorly cast as a congresswoman. A public official should try to represent all the people in his/her district not just a sectarian group.

  8. Let’s suppose most everyone on a flight over over Somalia, was a Muslim, and wanted to pray. Then some Christian starts singing a Christian worship song. Uhh, what do you suppose would happen?

    A real Christian wouldn’t be that inconsiderate, knowing that, “being in Rome means respecting what Roman’s do.”

    But for Ilhan and her ilk, “one must always defer to Islamic sensibilities, everywhere.” The direct result of that limited thinking explains why the airliners, which fly over Somalia, will never be designed and built in Somalia.

    • I no longer feel safe sitting on a plane if I see muslims are on it. Even Ilhan Omar would feel safer and rather fly with Christian’s, than a plane load of muslims, if she was truly honest.

        I don’t feel “safe” with mozlums within shooting distance, on a plane or not. and you are right. mozlums are killed by their ‘brothers’ when random attacks on stores, planes, etc. are committed as the terrorist doesn’t care who dies along with the targets.

        elmi would have to completely change her person to admit that she is safer on a plane without mozlums…even if there are Christians singing and playing guitar on board. And who can say that one day, she won’t just explode in a rage, for which mozlums are well-known and commit a terrorist act. Just as Rep Boebert joked.

  10. It’s hard to know what’s really happening here.
    It is possible that this was a chartered flight for a Christian group who then posted it and Ms Omar dug it up and posted it as if it was a regular flight thereby terribly misrepresenting what was actually going on.
    However, if this was a regular flight it was a very rude and inconsiderate display for which the participants should be ashamed of themselves. What they are celebrating is irrelevant.
    Of course if it had been a muslim event other passengers might have had some serious concerns that normally wouldn’t attach to a Christian celebration.
    BTW. I wonder if the airlines are providing food services during the day even though it’s ramadan. I suspect some are not. I’ll have the kosher meal thank you.

  12. That despicable scheming Ilan Omar with her terrible goal to defund the police force, it she would be able to do this, that would and will lead to the terrorizing of good decent people and be an encouragement to vicious, savage heinous criminals in the lawless evil actions.

    For if the police are defunded then there in American cities and even towns there a drastic raise in crime especially heinous vile violent murderous crimes, as rapes and murderers along with rapes and the murder of the rape’s victims.

    There would be more kidnappings and then along with that, many times, the torture and murder of the innocent people who had been kidnapped. Also more robberies and vicious violent assaults on peaceful people by hooligans and well as more vile sex assaults.

    There would be a sharp and awful increase of wife and child abuse. In addition, there would be a terrible large inflation of riots along with the arson, looting and vandalism that is always part of it.

    There would even in non-riots be an increase in home and business break- ins with looting vandalism and physical harm committed against the peaceful people by thugs.

    There can be no doubt that many people who now want the police to be defunded would be first to complain if they would become a victim of hooligans.

    In conclusion the police definitely be well funded and supported and never defunded.

  13. The hideous scheme of Ilan Omar to defund the police is probably the most terrible goal of evil and madness possible that, if done, would only lead to the destruction of people, property and even civilization.

    That is in this case the Western civilization of the United States.

    Maybe that’s Omar’s actual agenda. For is should be remembered that in the video documentary entitled TRUMP CARD by Dinesh D’ Souza has in it an interview and an American imam and to his credit ,he was honest enough to come right out and warn just how subversive and dangerous Ilan Omar is that he described her as “ISIS with lipstick.”

  14. That stealth jihadist, Ilan Omar, must want to encourage and incite crime, chaos and mayhem in the States by defunding the police force.

    How sinister !

    The only “rational” reason that she would want to do this to America would be an Islamic hope for the downfall of this US Constitutional based nation so that this country can be reestablished under the rule of Islam’s Sharia.

    What else could be the reason for her scheme to defund the police force ?

  15. About that Muslim politician, Ilhan Omar, after her election to Congress she was thus was given a seat on the House of Foreign Affairs Committee where she has much scheming influence to promote her Un-American Islamic ideas ,politics and polices ,specifically Sharia law, upon America .

    Omar with her foreign Islamic agenda she desire to impose on America which are in strong contrast to American ideas, values, politic and polices are a matter of concern. Omar with her favoring Sharia law.

    Now she has the gall to actually want to replace the July 4th celebration with a Muslim heritage month , that outrageous as well as absurd . Omar that that awful and outlandish goal have completely proven how totally un-American and subversive she actually is.

  16. That Muslim politician, Ilan Omar is so very anti-Jewish and so spitefully against the Jewish State of Israel that she is in totally in essences un-American. As the late US President ,William Howard Taft , ,wisely, declared in a speech that “Anti-Semitism is a noxious weed that should be cut out it has no place in America”

    Related to this is a grand statement in a speech former President Theodore Roosevelt, rightly, declared, “There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is room here for only one hundred percent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else.”

    No one would consider this Christian guitarist a danger to anyone on this flight. Not so Muslims, who have a long history of hijacking and downing airplanes in Jihad terror attacks.
