On Wednesday, April 6, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) delivered a fierce speech in the House of Representatives describing the “plight” of Muslims in India and their supposed ill-treatment at the hands of the ruling party, the Bharatiya Janata Party, which is led by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Someone who is oblivious regarding Indian politics may have been convinced by the many allegations Omar leveled at Modi. She is fluent and articulate. However, those who are well versed regarding India’s political scene were quick to see her diatribe for what it really was: a mad rant, driven by her Islamic agenda, founded upon hollow claims, and supported by false plots.
Omar has no business speaking about India’s politics at all. Surely she couldn’t be exasperated by the fact that jihadis are not allowed to wreak havoc in India anymore, at least not with the impunity they previously enjoyed, could she? Was Omar, whose past statements have led to numerous allegations that she is anti-Semitic and favorable toward jihad groups, pained that Murtaza Abbasi, a Muslim who entered a Hindu temple in Gorakhpur with weapons but was stopped by police, was not allowed to repeat the bloodshed of Akshardham Hindu temple jihad attack that was executed by his namesake, Murtaza Hafiz Yasin?
Omar claims that Muslims’ human rights have been trampled upon in India under Narendra Modi’s governance. She whines: “How much does the Modi government have to criminalize the act of being Muslim in India for us to say something?”
Who does Omar think she is?
Omar seems to have forgotten that India is a sovereign state with no patience for foreign parties interfering in its internal affairs. She should be reminded that India has performed the greatest service that Muslims have ever received. India divided itself into three parts, giving up two parts of its very self to Muslims so that they could form Islamic nations, while simultaneously accommodating the Muslims who chose to stay in what remained of India.
I must spell it out for Rep. Omar: Muslims enjoy the same rights in India as any other religious denomination. Some may have gotten used to the extra perks that were showered upon them by the previous government, but that’s a thing of the past.
Few, if any, countries on earth have suffered from Islamic jihad attacks to the extent that India has. The bombings of hotels, the burning of trains, the vandalism of monuments, the gang rapes of Hindu women by influential Muslim men who were shielded from prosecution by political power, bloodshed at Hindu temples, arson attacks on Hindu neighborhoods by mobs of unruly and frenzied Muslims — India has seen it all.
Unfortunately, the country was ruled for a considerable period by forces that took no concrete action against these terrorizing elements that had held the country hostage for so long. But the inaction of India’s former administrations should not convince Ilhan Omar that bombings, arson attacks, rapes, or killings are “human rights” granted to the group of her choice.
It must be emphasized that despite the fact that Modi is prime minister, massive mobs of Muslims run riots on the streets of Indian cities every year. This lawlessness is often sparked by motives such as opposing a newly implemented law or demands for special treatment. Often it is a matter of hounding the Hindus who are celebrating their festivals. The Muslims gather quickly in large crowds and begin throwing stones and gasoline bombs, attacking medical staff, killing police officials, and more.
If Omar wants the present Indian administration to applaud such anarchy and approve of this destruction as a “human right” for the jihad-minded among her coreligionists, she is in for a massive heartbreak.
Indians decided to reject the inefficient, corrupt, and Islamopandering forces in 2014, and elected the Modi government to do everything in its power to protect India’s interests, and its people and borders from any and every internal and external danger. Indians have sent Modi to the prestigious office of prime minister to right every historic wrong, including reclaiming Hindu temples that were plundered and razed to the ground by Islamic invaders some 500 years ago, and resettling the Hindus who fled Islamic barbarity in Pakistan and Bangladesh, through the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
Omar appears disturbed by the mere thought of the genocide of Rohingyas. This is how false narratives are conceived and disseminated. Every genocide that India has ever suffered was that of the Hindus at the hand of Muslims. From Noakhali in the east to Moplah in the south, to Kashmir in the north to Godhra in the west, it has always been armed and enraged Muslim mobs that ambushed and butchered the Hindus. So why is Omar getting all worked up?
The Rohingyas have illegally entered Indian territory through its porous borders. They are often accused of criminal activities. No entity other than the government of India will decide what the country will do with the illegal intruders, whether they be Rohingyas or Bangladeshis.

It is strange how Muslims can’t see that if they want to be treated well and not “persecuted” as Ilhan Omar claims that they are in India, then they should treat non-Muslims better. I vaguely recall that some 80 million non-Muslim Indians have been slaughtered by Muslims during the terrible, blood-soaked history of Islam, so why the hell wouldn’t the Hindus in India get stuck into the Muslims there. No one would be surprised if, say, Nazis were treated badly, so why should the murderous Muslims be treated well. It amazes me how Muslims, if they get power, always treat non-Muslims so badly, but then they always seem to expect that they deserve to be treated well and are always screaming about how they are being victimised and persecuted.
