“The absence of a penal response gives these individuals a feeling of omnipotence.”
Yes.
“‘Wallah’ this Valbuena wishes for a genocide against the Israeli Jews. For homosexuals, he hesitates ‘it’s compicated’…I imagine he will choose between hanging or beheading….This Islamized youth is fueled by hatred for others.”
UPDATE: The Prosecutor, who was apprised of the matter, has decided not to prosecute Yannis, 17, the author of the anti-Semitic and homophobic remarks. The LGBT associations, on the other hand, have put their heads in the sand as usual. The absence of a penal response gives these individuals a feeling of omnipotence… ?

First the words showing intent to commit mass murder. Known in legal terms as mens rea.
Next, come the plans to carry it out, without being elected to any public office. All show the intent with knowledge.
When his plans are ripe, then will come the criminal act. Known in legal terms as actus reus
this young mozlum terrorist has given warning of his intent. Will the ones given warning prevent the act?
None of those who are the targets of his threats, should hold their breath, especially if they live where this terrorist plans to murder them.

France: Muslim says if he were president, he’d begin genocide of the Jews, judiciary decides not to indict him
……………
Plotting violence–especially *mass murder*–is pretty much the only speech that *should* be restricted in a free society.
That people are now being prosecuted for the most minor holding of “politically incorrect” views while actual calls for genocide are winked at could not be more perverse–or more dangerous.

Some French president or premier, I don’t remember which one, said terrorism in France is OK as long as it doesn’t affect the “French”.

How can terrorism in France *not* affect the French?

Proving again that Muslims in the West are a fifth column in the West.
A West without Muslims would still have troubles, chiefly though not solely because of Leftism, but it would still be a far better West.
Yes, a direct proportionality: The fewer Muslims in Western nations the fewer problems in Western nations, indeed DIRECTLY related to the amount of Muslims in the West.
Utterly sick of Islam, all of it. Those non-Muslims who yet aren’t have something the matter with them—due to ignorance, apathy, antipathy to the West, overall stupidity—whatever. Sick of them all as I am of Muslims, even the so-called moderate ones who do nothing more than give cover to the hate ideology which is Islam.
gregbeetham says
Agreed, but the situation is complicated by our own tolerance, mainly the ineptitude of the loony left living in delusion who think it is magnanimous of them to assume some bogus moral high ground and extend social equivalence to Muslims without any evidence that such a position is warranted when it concerns Islam.
And the loony left occupies influential positions throughout the bureaucracy, the media and the security agencies and just like Muslims who have been brainwashed with Islam they have been brainwashed from a young age with lefty crap. I don’t see how it can be reversed very easily without some kind of de-programming, occasionally a former lefty surfaces who says they used to believe lefty propaganda and now they don’t, but from what I’ve seen so far they are rare.
There are apparently a growing number of Muslims who have become non Muslims but it is difficult to assess the size of that population because of the danger such individuals would be in, in many cases.
The so called ‘moderate’ Muslims who are now in the West can afford to be moderate because they are off the hook, they have gone to a foreign land to spread Islam so they now have a place in Jannah, or so they think, but that privilege doesn’t cover their offspring, and there is the danger for us, especially if they get a strong dose of Islam growing up.

If you’re Muslim you can hate all you want and make threats all day long, even death threats. But if you’re a concerned European who even dares to speak out against Islam and the mass-invasion of our countries by Muslims you may just find yourself on a list as a potential “domestic terrorist”. I wonder who gets to decide it should be this way. It’s like everything has been turned upside down; as if Islam and the Muslims were here first and that we – the indigenous people of Europe – are guests in our own lands and need to adapt or even submit to Islam. Well, they – whoever they are – can do that, I could never do it. Not even for all the money in the world. I get a sick feeling thinking about it, a revolting feeling actually 🙁

Some regular contributors to this site appear to hate & reject homosexuals and homosexuality, and have said so. Mind you, none of them have said they want to behead them or hang them, like this lunatic. Good heavens, no.
They just want gay people to disappear, and not exist or bother them. Which is very different, isn’t it ?
James Lincoln says
Rufolino,
In general, most Jihad Watch readers / posters really don’t care what adult gays / lesbians do behind closed doors. And they don’t want them discriminated against in employment, housing, etc.
And many conservative “straights” have coworkers, friends, etc. who are gay.
It’s the constant – and now totally unnecessary – in your face “celebration and pride” in their homosexuality.
And the conservative gays that I have spoken with don’t like those theatrics either.
mortimer says
Islam has no tolerance whatsoever for gays and lesbians. They should be killed according to Sharia law. That’s ALLAH’S law, not a human custom or cultural matter.
somehistory says
Yes, James.
It’s the demand that we all accept the conduct as completely normal and we have to *like* the fact that some people choose it. We are supposed to like it so much that we “celebrate and have pride” in it too.
If they want to do things in privacy, that’s their business, but I don’t want to know or think about it. It’s none of my business what two adults do together, and I just don’t want it to be my business.
But, If one insists on making it my business, then I should have a say in it, now shouldn’t I, since it is then, my business?
gravenimage says
Rufolino, I am actually pro Gay rights.
But the idea that anyone who takes issue with homosexuality is ergo exactly the same as Muslims wanting to murder Gay people is clearly not the case.
What is the point of this false moral equivalent? And are you implying that this is the same as genocide of the Jews? This does not make sense, either, I’m afraid.
