It’s surprising that the far-Left propaganda rag the Washington Post actually deigned to tell its hapless readers that Omar Mateen, the unnamed Pulse Nightclub “gunman,” had “pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.” But there is actually no clear indication that Mateen targeted the Pulse Nightclub because it was a gay hangout. He may have simply been looking for a crowded place. This is because in his 911 calls which he made during the shooting, Mateen never mentions that the people he is killing are homosexual. He never says “gay,” or any gay slurs. Instead, he rails about the U.S. bombing Muslims in Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and likens himself to the Boston Marathon bombers, who were fellow jihadis but who were not targeting gays.
So if Jerich does his research properly, he will discover that Judge Suskauer’s assumption that these people were killed because they were homosexual is likely false, and has been advanced in an opportunistic manner, akin to how a madman’s murder of several Muslims in Chapel Hill, North Carolina has been turned into an “Islamophobic hate crime” despite the fact that the murderer in that case left no indication that he had anything against Muslims or Islam at all; quite the contrary.
Islam does, however, have a death penalty for homosexual activity. If Jerich wants to learn more about that, he can read The Critical Qur’an.

The vibrant rainbow mural celebrating the LGBTQ community had been on display in a South Florida intersection last June for two days before it was stained with dark black tire marks. The act of vandalism, caught on video and sent to police anonymously, led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man, who pleaded guilty.
Last week, Alexander Jerich, now 20, was given an unusual order: write a 25-page essay on the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting.
Jerich has until his sentencing hearing on June 8 to complete the essay, according to court records. His attorney did not immediately respond to The Washington Post’s request for comment.
When explaining the assignment last Thursday, Circuit Judge Scott Suskauer said he wanted Jerich to research the 49 people who were killed after a gunman who pledged allegiance to the Islamic State opened fire inside the gay nightclub in Orlando, the Palm Beach Post reported.
“I want your own brief summary of why people are so hateful and why people lash out against the gay community,” Suskauer said, according to the newspaper….

The man spun his wheels on the street. This sometimes happens when people drive their cars. I would like to read an essay on why it’s a good idea to paint a mural on the pavement of a street (to be used by cars).

Of course if the essay is to be about why the gunman killed some people at the Pulse Nightclub the writer might want to point out the role Islam played in giving the gunman a motive for targeting gays.

This did look intentional, but it’s silly to think this mural will remain pristine. It is a road. Cars turn, people make sudden stops. You can’t outlaw skid marks. Truck tires will damage the pavement anyway. Why didn’t the driver just say he lost control of the truck? It happens.
The same will happen to all the BLM signs on roads. Storms, accidents, snow plows (in northern cities), repaving will ultimately remove all of them.
The essay is ridiculous. This was not in any way connected to what happened in Orlando. No one was killed or even injured. 25 pages? It’s excessive and I would call it cruel and unusual punishment.

If the man admitted he spun his wheels intentionally then I can see him being give a citation for careless and imprudent driving but to force him to write an essay about a mass shooting seems to be an effort to push a political agenda down his throat. What if the man does focus on Islam as the Pulse shooter’s motivation in his essay. Is the judge going to give the man an F for his thoughts or just base his grade on the man’s writing skills? It sounds like the judge is trying to re-educated the driver of the car into accepting a certain way of political thought.

If it had been me, the role, and only the role, of islam would be what would be in the essay and I would use every instance I could think o to illustrate just how “hateful” islam is and mozlums are taught to be toward everyone, but special groups, Christians, Jews, and homosexuals are special targets when it comes to taking out their hatred and displaying it for all to see.
And, I would point out the damage that lightening did to the mural of g. floyd and I’d ask if the storm that brought the lightening was having to write an essay.
This is “cruel and unusual” and the “judge” has a personal agenda, imo.

I haven’t read it yet but have watched videos where he describes the content.He says anti-white racism has become acceptable in the West.

3. But since 2014 Russian banks get their money from depositors and trade INSIDE Russia ( economic autarchy ). Russian banks do NOT need external funding anymore.
That was one reason why the Russian economy withstood the more than 5,000 sanctions thrown at it.

What exactly do you disagree with? That Humboldt was sympathetic to South American freedom from Spain? This is actually pretty well known. He also admired freedom in the United States and had high hopes–many of them not realized–for revolutionary movements in Europe in the 1840s.
Then, Bolivar’s legacy is quite mixed–he was *hardly* the avatar of freedom that Humboldt had hoped. That doesn’t mean that Humboldt did not support him initially.
Then, a treaty that specifies “free trade” with only one nation is *not* free trade, by definition.

If the true aim of Omar Mateen was to target a night club that exemplified the sort of HARAM (forbidden) activities of the West, a gay bar would tick off most of the boxes in the HARAM category.
Sharia law condemns: music, dancing, drinking,parties where men and women meet unchaperoned, gayness in general.

I remember reading about this attack on the Pulse Night Club in Florida and a few of the men that frequented that Club mentioned that this wee muslim fellow was often seen inside dancing and having fun and often went off with some guy, probably to read the quran right?. or to do some Gay stuff together.
So when I read that i thought he probably doesnt like the fact he knows hes Gay and so lashes out by trying to prove to himself that he need not come out of the closet as he fools himself into denying his homosexual feelings and so attacks exactly what he is.
