New in PJ Media:
On Friday in Warsaw, Old Joe Biden met with American troops from the 82nd Airborne Division. It was just a photo-op; the alleged president tried to project an image of comfortable, genial command as he greeted troops getting their hair cut and joined a group eating pizza in a cafeteria. He told the troops that they were “the finest fighting force in the history of the world,” and dropped a broad hint that they might soon be fighting the biggest war in the history of the world: Old Joe started describing to them what they would see when they got to Ukraine.
Biden said to the troops: “And you’re gonna see when you’re there, suh- suh- some of you have been there, you’re gonna see, you’re gonna see women, young people standin’, standin’ in the middle, in the front of a damn tank, just sayin’ ‘I’m not leavin’. I’m holdin’ my ground.’ They’re incredible.”
Wait a minute. Why are U.S. troops going to see anything in Ukraine? If American forces go into Ukraine, there is no doubt whatsoever that Vladimir Putin would consider the United States to have entered the war on Ukraine’s side, and World War III would begin. Just over a month ago, on February 24, Biden assured us that it would not come to that: “Our forces are not and will not be engaged in a conflict with Russia in Ukraine,” he declared. “Our forces are not going to Europe to fight in Ukraine, but to defend our NATO allies and reassure those allies in the East.”
On February 22, he was just as firm: “We have no intention of fighting Russia. We want to send an unmistakable message, though, that the United States, together with our allies, will defend every inch of NATO territory.”
While the news may come as a surprise to Kamala Harris, Ukraine is not in NATO. Defending Ukraine from Russia’s attack is not part of our NATO obligations. But when Old Joe says that the U.S. has no intention of fighting Russia, it must be remembered that Joe Biden has a record of lying that goes all the way back to his days in law school.
Biden has been a serial liar about his life experiences and has taken his dishonesty to ghastly extremes. For years, he claimed the accident that took the life of his first wife Neilia was caused by a drunk driver. The real story was that Neilia drove into the path of the oncoming truck. The driver’s daughter repeatedly asked Biden to apologize for lying about her father, who was driven into a deep depression by Biden’s public lies. Of course, Biden never apologized. Later, his 1988 presidential campaign was derailed when it was discovered that he had lifted portions of his speeches — ironically, ones in which he discussed his family’s hardscrabble existence and how he rose out of poverty — from English politician Neil Kinnock.

This moron who ran away with his tail between his legs from a rag-tag group of terrorists in Afghanistan, now wants to fight a nuclear-armed nation?
Ironically it was the Left that was terrified of Trump getting the nuclear football, I guess they wanted to actually use it themselves.
Before Putin invaded Ukraine, I had a little bit of respect for him, since it seemed that while he palled around with terrorists, it didn’t appear he’d invade other nations.
Now ofc, Putin has proven he is capable of anything, including firing off nukes, they’ve threatened as much, probably to scare NATO into not getting involved.
I also don’t think Putin’s the type to back down-he’ll assume Biden will, given his awful track record of incompetence and cowardice. But it’s a game of chicken, if neither side blinks, we could be headed for nuclear armageddon and WW3.
They better save some nukes for Islamic countries, because if the West and Russia are destroyed, there’s nobody to stop Muslims from taking over the rest of the world, assuming anything’s left.
BexarKat says
…and somehow, the left will try to blame Trump or the Israelis for WW3.

Just a photo-op. Biden was trying to channel President (then General) Eisenhower’s visit to American paratroopers shortly before the D-Day invasion. That WW2 photo is an icon of sound leadership. Unfortunately, leadership and soundness are terms foreign to this President and his administration.

The White Christians are the most uncivilized of people who for centuries invaded weak countries and destroyed the lives of well over millions of people. Your people enjoyed bringing democracy with drone strikes all over the Middle East and the Russians did the same in Syria. Now the war is in Europe and all of the blue eyed blond haired White Christians are afraid of how can a war happen against civilized people. The Ukrainians are getting a taste of Russian democracy while their White Christian brethren are watching on the sidelines. This is why nobody feels sorry for any of you people and this especially goes for the Ukranians. Bon appetit

How did the Russians earn your support? You do know that it was Stalin who dispersed the Crimean Tatars, and given how you people always use history to justify your acts, no matter how old, it was the Russians who dismantled the Tatar khanates in Crimea, Astrakhan/Kazan and Siberia. More recently, leveling Grozny, and even though they allow Chechnya to be a shariah state, it’s still under Moscow.
So b/w 2 Eastern Orthofox Slavic nations, how did you know which one to pick?
PMK says
Tony,
Christian communities lived peacefully in Europe and the Mediterranean areas for several centuries, until the Muslims swept out of Arabia and began their wars of conquest. The Ottomans invaded Europe and waged war for centuries, until they were finally stopped in Vienna. Moors invaded Catholic Spain and oppressed the people there for centuries before being driven out. As for you, Tony, have a nice life.

You guys addressing this fake “tony”…no awards for him.. are using reasoning against a brick wall, without ears to hear and eyes to see any Truth. In other words, a.k.a, a died-in-the goat’s hair, mozlum.

You are correct about “Tony” (Abdul).
Judging by his posts, the chances of him ever becoming an ex-muslim are close to zero.

The bull shit that he’s constantly coming out with makes it impossible reason with him.

No point in talking to “Tony”–really, Abdul–directly. Just in pointing out his ugly claptrap to other readers here.

Why is “Tony” pretending that unprovoked invasion is “democracy”? What utter claptrap.

To be fair to Biden, I think he was assuming that the Ukrainian resistance would collapse the Russians and force them to quietly withdraw, and that after that, US troops would be sent in. I think I’ll take Biden’s word here over those of the ‘White House’: speaking of which, the White House is a building, or if we metonymycally use it to denote the executive branch of government, they revolve around Biden. If Biden says something, on what basis do they get to contradict/clarify what he said? Biden is the one ‘elected’ to office, not Ron Klein or Susan Rice or anyone else
PMK says
Infidel,
Biden may have been ‘elected’, but he is just a figurehead. He does what he is told. Without a teleprompter, he quickly gets lost and can’t utter a coherent thought. His ‘handlers’ are obliged to set the record straight after his many gaffes. To use a phrase from a prior election: he was ‘selected’, not ‘elected’.

He was installed like a toilet ,like a toilet he will swallow whatever his handles tell him to swallow as truth. He a danger to America and the rest of the world .

The Ukraine is in the Russian sphere of influence just as Mexico and Canada are in the USA sphere of influence. What the hell was America doing poking their nose into Ukraine? Financing bio labs? What lunacy drove them to do that? I’m not surprised Putin got annoyed.
Then there’s the whole Hunter Biden situation. He had a big part in getting Putin to invade the Ukraine. Did anyone think Putin was just going to allow Hunter and his criminal friends to walk into the Ukraine and start playing games in a country ‘owned’ by Russia. Then, Joe Biden, when he was VP got rid of a Ukraine minister who was looking into Hunter’s criminal dealings. Did he really think Putin would just ignore this? The Biden family are just a bunch of petty crooks. They have been immersed in bribery and corruption since Joe was born. Have a look at his record since he was elected (and I use the word loosely):
• Freezing oil & gas imports
• Supply chain problems of California
• Stopping the Canadian petrol imports
• Petrol now up to 7 dollars – in 2019 it was 1.70.
• Wind to power electricity – power shortages in California
• Inflation up to 7 per cent
• 2 million emigrants across southern border
• 100,000 unvetted Afghan immigrants
• 83 billion dollars of weapons given to Taliiban
• Kamala Harris
Biden has NEVER achieved anything. VPs have always been politicians without any power. Presidents always name lame ducks because they pose no threat to the President. That’s why Obama picked Biden.
I shudder to think what will happen to America if Biden is allowed to remain for another 3 years. I’ve always regarded a nuclear war as almost impossible. Now I’m not so sure.
Infidel says
I’m not sure about ‘spheres of influence’, but Americans in general seem to have forgotten how President Kennedy reacted in 1962 when the Soviets started installing nuclear missiles in Cuba. As it is, the US was unhappy w/ Cuba becoming communist, and even tried to overthrow Castro at the Bay of Pigs. And today, we’re unhappy w/ Putin trying to influence events in Ukraine
I agree w/ much of what you’ve said about Biden. However, what Russia is doing in Ukraine is downright war crimes -not just pummeling schools, but an event a few days ago when a Ukrainian car stopped in front of a Russian tank and the driver surrendered, and was instantly shot dead. Not just that – while Putin is claiming that Ukrainians are Russians (he’s right about it in a way the points to his disadvantage, as I’ll elaborate below), his forces are busy pummeling Mariupol, which is mainly a Russian speaking city. So for all his claims about wanting to bring all Russians together, he’s causing undue suffering to Russkiye people living in Ukraine
But yeah, bio-labs in Ukraine? It was one thing in 2005 when we started working w/ them to help clear their bio weapons facilities. There’s no reason for it to have taken that long, but if in the process of doing it, they decided to repurpose those labs or build new ones so that biological experiements illegal in the US could be done there, that is reprehensible. Especially given what we know today about the shenanigans of Dr Fauci and Dr Collins
Getting back to my point above about Putin’s claim about Ukrainians being Russians, that’s being proven on the ground, and looks no different than a Russian civil war. If within Russia 2 groups of Russians were to start a war on each other, they would be pretty evenly matched, and neither of them would have much success in occupying the other’s territory. In fact, we saw that in the 90s in Grozny, and that’s what is playing out in Ukraine. If you think of Ukrainians as Russians, or ‘little Russians’ as Russians call them, then you have the great Russians being bled dry by the little Russians. The former has lost something like 7000 troops, there are reports of mutinies, and Belarusian sources have stated that Russian troops are having themselves shot in the legs by Ukrainian munitions so that they can be taken captive. Mariupol may be leveled, but I don’t see Putin winning this war. He’d probably be better off launching nukes at the rest of us. In fact, instead of Ukraine, had he dropped his paramilitary forces into countries like Germany, France, UK, Sweden, he’d have had more luck, given how soft Western Europe has become

…………………..
Would you *really* be OK with the US invading Mexico and Canada and slaughtering their people, as Russia is doing in Ukraine? *I* wouldn’t be OK with this, and I’m an American.
Your claim that Russia “owns” the Ukraine because they had previously invaded this is appalling.
Besides, you’ve admitted previously that this is about Putin trying to rebuild the Soviet empire.
You apparently don’t think that Ukraine should have any freedom because they have a larger thug state on their border.
And I am *no* fan of Hunter Biden–or his father–but the idea that Putin invaded his neighbor because of an American yahoo like him makes no sense at all.
Note that Putin has given about ten different excuses for invading Ukraine, but disliking Hunter Biden is not one of them.
Then, the idea that Putin invaded Ukraine due to Biden’s misguided domestic policies here in the US makes no sense–and if this *were* true, why would you applaud it?
Is Putin *really* going to improve California’s supply chain issues?

biden says one thing one day and something else on another day and anyone putting any measure of faith in his words…”we won’t fight the russians, but we’ll protect every inch of NATO property”…should rethink that measure.
If putin invaded a piece of “NATO property”…how would biden and the others of the “we” “protect” it without “fighting russia”?
In islam, there is no logic. Neither is there any logic in the failing, demented, lying brain cells of biden. Only evil roams freely in his brain, and in his cohorts in crime.

“The president has been clear we are not sending US troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position,” a Biden spokesman told The Post.
