But the Saudis see Russia-Ukraine in the same way as themselves-Yemen, and also, they are pretty thankful to Russia for sending oil back up to record levels. That said, the -stans are more affiliated w/ their ethicity than their religion. Azerbaijan, for instance, wants nothing to do w/ fellow-shi’a Iran, but everything to do w/ fellow-Turkic Turkey, and is a member of the Turkic council. Tajikistan, otoh, is not interested in the Turkic council, since it’s not Turkic, but initially was pretty interested in Iran. However, their relations have soured, but on a cultural level, Tajikistan has shown a lot of interest in Zoroastrianism, since they’re now high on Persian nationalism

11:00 Thing about these ‘renewable’ energy cars is that all the rare earth minerals needed to make them are in countries that we’ve allowed to get influenced by China – countries like Chile, Argentina, Congo… In fact, right now, in Latin America, Colombia is the only Hispanic Latin American country that hasn’t gone leftwards: recently, Peru, Chile and I think Paraguay all went Left. The other Latin American country barely holding on is Brazil, and they’ve been wavering b/w US and China. There was some mining for rare earths happening in the US, and that too was shut down by Biden for environmental reasons. Oh, and nobody on the Left will even hear of ‘nuclear’: if they can’t use Three Mile Island and Chernobyl (now a Russian military base), they’ll use Fukushima. Never mind that 4th generation nuclear energy is the safest. But even if we had it, we’d have to enrich China to get all those batteries

If 2 years ago, it was a major revelation that we were getting 90% of our prescription drug ingredients from China, this one that Russia can effortlessly starve us is no less important than what they do w/ oil
19:00 I don’t think Zelensky is a puppet of the Deep State, but I do think that the reason he couldn’t meet Putin 2 years ago and de-escalate the tensions was that he didn’t wanna destabilize Trump, and give even anti-Trump Republicans a reason to join Romney in voting for the impeachment. As a result, things kept escalating to where they are today
