The de facto leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates declined to arrange calls with President Joe Biden in recent weeks as the U.S. worked to contain a spike in oil prices driven by Russia’s war on Ukraine, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.
Citing U.S. and Middle Eastern officials, the Journal reported that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the UAE’s Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al Nahyan both declined requests to speak to Biden amid dissatisfaction in both countries over U.S. policy in the region.
“There was some expectation of a phone call, but it didn’t happen,” a U.S. official told the Journal, referring to the planned discussion between the Saudi crown prince and Biden. “It was part of turning on the spigot” of Saudi oil.
Biden did, however, speak with the crown prince’s father, King Salman, on Feb. 9, the Journal reported.
Officials said relations had grown strained between the U.S. and the two Persian Gulf nations over the Biden administration’s lack of support for the war in Yemen and its revived negotiations on the Iran nuclear deal….

I have a friend who learned Spanish and he listens to youtuber Antonio Villamil,who is impartial.
a. He also listens to a Russian youtuber who learned Spanish,she has a little following of a few thousand.Her name is Natalia Kazarova.
b. However her info lets us know what is going on: she lives INSIDE Russia,in the city of Samara( 1 million) on the Volga river.
c.She has made 3 videos speaking against the invasion(beginning 13 days ago) ,but said she can’t say more,because she can go to jail for 15 years.
But then came a 4th video where she said she won’t mention the war anymore but will speak about how it is affecting her city.
1. She stated that 50% of the people in Samara have lost their jobs or will lose it. Because the foreign companies have shut down.
2. That the price for food has gone up,by 50% or sometimes 100%.
In Antonio Villamil’s latest video today he said China has announced it will give Russia financial help, Russian companies won’t be affected by the sanctions.
And that because of that the US has threatened sanctions against CHINA: I think it is a show, since China has
EVIDENCE of the Biden family corruption ( Biden and son,I think 30 million dollars in bribes by Chine).

It’s a race to see which country will collapse first – the U.S. or Russia. Biden likes to say it’s always a bad bet to bet against America. I think someone has figured out a way to make it a much better bet by making Biden President. However, no matter who wins this race to the bottom of the barrel the people just trying to live their lives quietly and in peace are all going to be the losers. Anyone who can become a multi-millionaire by working an entire lifetime for the government is either a genius or a crook ….. and Biden is no genius.

When he came to power, Biden and those around him thought it a good idea to dis MbS b’cos… Khashoggi, and did all sorts of things – cancel pending arms sales, take the Houthis off the terror list, reopen JCPOA talks… Now, when relations w/ Russia have hit rock bottom, he approaches them w/ a panhandler’s pan in hand, and expects them to respond positively? Words fail to capture how stupid these people are
On top of that, the Saudis have openly supported Russia, and nobody there can even dream of sanctioning them for this. Not when they are busy begging Venezuela and Iran to help them

Just got me thinking about something. People often wonder where the US is, in bible prophecy. Maybe we’re not in there at all, because Biden burned all the bridges, and no one wants anything to do with us. We’ll have to sit back and watch all the wars happening, and all the things prophecy said were going to happen, and not be able to join in, because we have no fuel.
Can one imagine that we’d be like Russia? All alone…but wait, is China still standing beside Russia? I’ve read that China is not too happy about what Russia has done, but a good friend stays around, through the good AND the bad mistakes.

Actually, we produce almost twice the amount of oil that Russia does. The idea that we are without fuel if we don’t buy Russian oil is mistaken.

It’s time for our politicians to look at what is good for the American people right now, not 10 or 20 years down the road. If you truly want the GREEN NEW DEAL you and better take care of our current economic condition NOW or it will NEVER happen. I’m all for a clean environment, so CLOSE the borders we don’t need another million low income people polluting our country. Opps, shouldn’t have said that out loud. Get our economy back up and running strong, for that we need cheap energy now. Then let convert to the cleanest method of energy there is. Not sure it is battery operated cars and trucks at this point. Maybe it is nuclear power plants and cleaner fossil fuel cars. I find it hard to see SHIPS, TRAINS Private and Airline Planes and SEMI-TRUCKS running on batteries. And there are a lot of private jets and yachts out there. I know you don’t hear the ACTIVIST doing away with those.
