First, a few facts: 70% of prisoners in French jails are Muslim migrants or the children of such migrants. 25% of the prisoners are foreign nationals. Two-thirds of those foreign nationals are Muslims from North Africa. And very few of those foreign nationals – 15% of them –are deported after their release, though they are all supposed to leave. The cost to the French taxpayer to accommodate foreign national convicts in France’s penitentiary system is approximately €700 million [$780 million USD] each year, according to government data and media reports.
Statistics published in October of last year revealed that 17,198 foreign nationals were incarcerated in French prisons, approximately 25 percent of the total prison population and a figure which has soared from 17.2 percent in 2011.
The constantly rising tally has increased the burden on the budget of the penitentiary system and as a result, on the French taxpayer. With Le Figaro reporting the average cost of incarcerating a prisoner in France as being €110 per day — taking into account meals, water, heating and staffing costs — the total cost of housing the foreign prisoners now exceeds €700 million per year.
Let’s do the math. If 25% of the prisoners in French jails cost taxpayers $780 million, then the 70% of all prisoners who are Muslims cost the state $2,170 billion annually. And each year the percentage of the prison population that is Muslim inexorably rises.
Among the foreign nationals most present in French prisons, approximately 56 percent originate from Africa — 3,472 come from Algeria; 2,220 from Morocco; 1,117 from Tunisia; and 2,984 coming from the remaining African nations. In contrast, 5,109 come from other nations across Europe; 1,308 originate from the Americas, predominantly from Middle and South America; and 880 come from Asia.…
Save for “other nations in Europe,” no other region in the world comes close to the Muslim Maghreb in the number of criminals it “supplies” to French prisons.
The vast majority of these detainees of foreign nationality are subject to an obligation to leave French territory, thus excluding de facto sentence adjustments and reintegration programs. “Once their sentence has been served, these prisoners are sent to an “administrative detention center,” before eventually being released back into society. If legal repatriation mechanisms exist, their implementation is lengthy due to the overload of the courts.
France has a notoriously bad track record of deporting illegal migrants. For example, French President Emmanuel Macron made it his goal to achieve a 100 percent deportation rate, but only has managed to achieve a 15 percent rate.
These prisoners, who are foreign nationals, once their sentences end should be promptly escorted directly from prison to plane, so that they can at once be whisked out of France and back to their own countries. But for some reason, the French have not been doing that. Instead, they let those foreign nationals who’ve served their sentences to leave prison, and place them – but only temporarily — in “administrative detention centers.”
The French then release them into society, where most of them promptly disappear into the Muslim neighborhoods, protected and even hidden by their relatives and friends. When the French police try later on to deport them, they have great difficulty in locating them. That is why President Macron’s pledge that he intends to deport “100%” of those freed foreign nationals has so dismally failed. Despite his campaign promises, only 15% of those released are now being deported. And without useful skills, frequently semi-literate, with criminal records, they are scarcely employable, except at the most menial jobs. This rankles, for they know that as Muslims they are the “best of peoples,” while the French Infidels are the “most vile of created beings.” Why are they not on top, as is only right? So they return to their lives of crime – to street muggings, robberies, shoplifting, smash-and-grab at shops, burglaries of houses, drug trafficking, pimping, car thefts. Then they are arrested, tried, put in prison, and having served their time, they are let out, and again let loose, rather than being promptly deported, and the whole wretched cycle begins again.
The French young are keenly aware of the effect on their own lives of the millions of Muslims now living in their midst. They know how great is their sense of physical insecurity in many neighborhoods that once felt safe. They are aware of how much of the social welfare budget is being spent on the care and feeding of those Muslim migrants – on their housing, medical care, education, unemployment benefits, family allowances – and what that means, both in higher taxes for their parents, and in less money available for social security, or support for their universities. That is why more than two-thirds – 68% — of French people between the ages of 18 and 24 now want a national referendum on immigration. By that they mean, of course, “Muslim immigration.” They want it stopped. They are ahead of the curve. Now it’s time for the rest of the French — possibly led by a more determined President Macron, or possibly, and better still, by President Zemmour — to catch up.

In addition the modern day Ottomans very recently assisted the Moslems in Azerbaijan to defeat Christian Armenia.

Following the first OPEC oil embargo in 1973, the United States should have started a crash Manhattan Project style program to permanently stop any need for oil from Muslim countries.
We didn’t do it – and got hit with another disruption in supply occurring in 1979 following the Iranian revolution..
