We have known for years that Twitter and the other social media giants were not neutral platforms, but they are more open and brazen about their efforts to silence dissent from the far-Left agenda of the global political and media elites. One prime reason why Twitter hates Zemmour and Le Pen is that they oppose mass Muslim migration into France and the West in general. It seems the social media wants to be a shadow government to determine political outcomes all over the globe.
I don’t like anything about Putin’s character, yet he understands that foreign influence is corruption of Russia’s politics, shut down foreign-based social media, and send the US media packing for a flight. France and other Western nations would be better off if they allowed only social media originating within their own nations.
Just as allowing contributions from outside states to flow into a US state, corrupts elections, stealing the people’s representation, social media is corrupting politics, worldwide. This is fine if one-world government is the objective.

By now, I have zero sympathy or support for morons on the right who still maintain their Twitter or Facebook accounts. When we have THREE alternatives available – Gab, Gettr and Parler. And if popularity is an issue, go to Telegram!
