The Islamic State lost its caliphate in the Middle East, but has been active in Africa, perpetrating a genocide against Christians. The Islamic State has also called for attacks throughout the West, and many such attacks have been carried out. The Islamic State’s threat to the West is compounded by open borders and returning Islamic State jihadis.
And now the Islamic State is resurgent in the Middle East. Islamic State jihadis are recruiting Palestinian citizens in Lebanon. And the group is stepping up its activities in Syria, too.
The objective of the Islamic State is the same as that of every jihadist group: expansion, with the determination to establish the Sharia everywhere.
Protection of borders is a primary necessity that far too many infidel nations are neglecting, and for that they will certainly pay a severe price.

Bassam Mawlawi said the would-be attackers, two of whom were detained earlier this month, are all Palestinians who had been recruiting young men to carry out suicide attacks with explosive belts in the predominantly Shiite southern suburbs of Beirut — a stronghold of the militant Hezbollah group.
IS has in the past claimed responsibility for deadly attacks that killed and wounded scores of people in Lebanon. Such violence has dropped in recent years since the extremist group lost territories it controlled along the Lebanon-Syria border…..
