One of the most relentlessly divisive and destructively uncompromising politicians of the modern age, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Absolut), met with Pope Francis Saturday morning and apparently came away dazzled by the experience. Later that day, her office issued a fulsome statement hailing the woke pontiff in extravagant terms, as you might have expected, for speaking out on climate change and other Leftist causes. She also praised him to the skies, however, for supposedly challenging her to do things she never does, such as accord her opponents basic courtesy and respect.
Pelosi, as is well known, identifies herself publicly as a Catholic, but she actually worships at the altar of modern secular Leftism and rejects core teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, including its opposition to abortion, which even Pope Francis, who has been known to play fast and loose with Church doctrines himself, upholds. But in her statement, she doesn’t say anything about abortion or any other unpleasant matters. Instead, she is in full pious-Catholic-Leftist mode.
“It was a spiritual, personal and official honor,” she proclaims, “to have an audience with His Holiness Pope Francis this morning. His Holiness’s leadership is a source of joy and hope for Catholics and for all people, challenging each of us to be good stewards of God’s creation, to act on climate, to embrace the refugee, the immigrant and the poor, and to recognize the dignity and divinity in everyone.”
See? Francis is a good pope, a “source of joy and hope for Catholics and for all people,” because he does his part to advance Leftist agendas on climate change and open borders. But that bit about recognizing “the dignity and divinity in everyone” is ironic coming from Madame Speaker. Was she recognizing “the dignity and divinity in everyone” when she tore up Trump’s State of the Union address? When she threw the hair salon where she got her hair done during the lockdown under the bus and blamed it for hosting her? When she claimed that the Republican Party was in the grip of a cult?
Pelosi, of course, didn’t mean that she felt challenged to recognize the dignity and divinity in conservatives. Dissidents from the Democrats’ authoritarian, socialist agenda are fit only to be vilified, marginalized, and silenced. She meant that the pope rebuked those right-wing, racist rednecks (in her view) who dared to oppose the idea that the southern border should be completely open to any and all comers, regardless of criminal record, terrorism links, etc. Opposing open borders means that you refuse to recognize the dignity and divinity in everyone, even murderous MS-13 thugs, and Pelosi wants you to know that in that case, the pope himself is unhappy with you.

sorry for the pun this is a puppet pope. Remember the last pope stepped down Obama and the globalist wanted a pope that would tow the line of the globalist. The last pope in his writings said in reviewing history he found from a previous pope. Do not trust Muslims thus the crusades. Muslims are a cult of people that keeps on giving the hate and kaisos. You should read ;Mike’s words again. And then, go read the Nuremburg code again. The Trials at Nruemburg do not say we people cannot “upset mozlums.” They did not conclude that we have to “trust mozlums.”
I know this is your favorite subject….the protection of those who wish to kill all of the rest of us, but give it a rest this one time and retract your accusations against Mike. He hasn’t done any “harm” to the “cause.”
After reading the results of those trials, you should contact a. fauci and tell him his “ideology was condemned and punished.” With him, your statement is true.

Mortimer Islam is nothing if nobody follows it but unfortunately Muslims do follow it and it is Muslims who commit the atrocities every day somewhere in the world and have been doing it for at least 1200 years with millions dead and cultures obliterated by relentless Jihad. Nancy may even have 300 million dollars, by a recent estimate. The pope never has to carry any money with him, and presumably he never slept under a bridge. He reminds me of the opposite of the pope in the movie from the old Soviet Union. That mythical pope was in the gulag when he got his call, and he pledged the church’s wealth to stave off a famine in China. And he gave a Jewish service to a dying Jew. Maybe we need that sort of pope, or one from Poland who had lived under communism. And Pelosi, she should start spending some of her wealth to end the homelessness and wipe out drug abuse in San Francisco. Maybe a major earthquake would do the city some good. It seems to me that A P Gianini started his bank on the ruins of the great earthquake. Ansel Adams broke his nose on the day of the quake, and Jack London was in the city and wrote about the aftermath. And remember the scene where Jeanette McDonald, I think, sang the stirring song about San Francisco in the famous movie with Clark Gable. Hopefully the drug addicts would flee the city, Pelosi would lose everything in the quake and spend the rest of her wealth helping to revive her beloved city. Perhaps someday a movie would show her in a chapel praying to St. Francis after the quake and then going out to fight for a better tomorrow, a rebirth of human dignity and divinity starting in her own backyard. Inspiring message of a woman who found her way to faith on the ruins of her fortune and beloved city. Perhaps the pope could visit San Francisco to inspire the work of rebuilding the city named after him, or rather his namesake.

The pope will not change the mind of Nancy about the church’s stance on abortion. She is out of harmony with church teaching and therefore not in good standing. Roman Catholics do not have the option of making up their own customized dogma.
Pelosi and husband mysteriously benefited about ten times from Initial Public Offering (IPO) of stocks in which their newly purchased stocks doubled in value overnight.
Talk about using her office to enrich herself. That is the definition of corruption. Her ties to VISA are highly suggestive of a special arrangement.
American elites have incestuous relationships which are their ways of overruling the American people and taking away the rule of law and civil liberties. It stinks to high heaven … surely the pope knows about this corruption.

They can’t either one be worse than the other. pelosi has kids, but she is so pro-baby-killing, her children should wonder what made her not put them away…probably the Law only. And he is so pro-islam, he puts mozlums above Christians at every turn, condemning Christians for not going whole-hog happy to have mozlums take over homes and land and become so many, they easily threaten lives and take lives, and get by with it.

You can’t be Catholic and support or promote abortion. Catholicism is not a religious buffet; we don’t get to pick which church teachings we’ll follow and those we won’t.
I hope the US Bishops will take a strong stance against Pelosi and her ilk. I even heard the President say he doesn’t believe life begins at conception. He is in grave moral danger.
And I’m glad that the Pope doesn’t have any governance over our Eastern Rite.
