White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday what has been obvious for quite some time: “The president wants to make fundamental change in our economy, and he feels coming out of the pandemic is exactly the time to do that.” CNN is already laying the groundwork for this, preparing Americans for one of the foremost hallmarks of socialist regimes the world over: empty supermarket shelves. On Sunday, the Leftist propaganda organ masquerading as a news source published a lengthy article entitled “Grocery store shelves aren’t going back to normal this year.” Or, from the looks of things, after that, unless the Leftists in the American government are thrown out of office in 2022 and 2024 and decisively repudiated.
CNN was up front about disappointing Americans who are still optimistic that some day this will all end: “If you hoped grocery stores this fall and winter would look like they did in the Before Times, with limitless options stretching out before you in the snack, drink, candy and frozen foods aisles, get ready for some disappointing news.”
The Before Times — is that before the pandemic, or before socialist Democrats came to dominate their party and the government? Either way it’s the same, and it means there will be fewer groceries available: “Many of the country’s biggest food makers are telling grocers that they will have limited quantities of a number of their products, including items such as Rice Krispies Treats, Sour Patch Kids, some Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors [hey, not all the news is bad], McCormick gourmet spices and Marie Callender’s pot pies because of labor, commodity and transportation constraints throttling supply chains, according to emails viewed by CNN and interviews with grocers.”
All this means that “stores won’t have all things for all customers heading into the holidays, and shoppers may not be able to find some of their favorite products, flavors or niche items.” On top of that, “suppliers are warning the company of ‘potential shortages’ of foods, glass jars and packaging containers.” As a result, “some food brands are imposing allocations, or purchase caps, for certain products on grocery stores and distributors, while other vendors are warning more generally of limited availability. Suppliers typically put products on allocation when there are supply shortfalls.” One of these is Kellogg, which “told at least four grocery distributors last month in an email that Pringles Snacks Stacks, Eggo pancakes and MorningStar Farms plant-based hot dogs and bacon will be on allocation and Rice Krispies Treats snacks ‘will remain below service expectations’ through the end of the year. The company also requested that stores cancel their promotions for Rice Krispies and Corn Pops cereal ‘to allow for recovery.’”

In some ways, the reduction in the sheer excessive number of sizes and packages available is not a bad thing. When I used to work in a UK grocery retailer’s head office, in the 1970s, a store with about 5,000 SKUs was considered well stocked with a decent range. I dread to thjink of the number of SKUs required these days by a convenience store.

I’m in upstate New York and we’re definitely seeing it here. Holes in shelving where food used to be stored that seems to grow like a cancer from week to week.
Vermin filth at CNN will do anything to support their comrades in Biden’s (handlers) White House. I find myself in a rage every time I see their smug faces.
What’s not mentioned (unless I missed it) is that ‘shortages’ are powerful price drivers. Milk in my store was $1.99 a gallon 6 months ago is now $2.59. This is not just ‘specialty and niche items’… The price increases (driven by shortages) are hitting staples that keep the masses alive. And it’s all being driven by DemonRAT policies and edicts

Between the raise in fuel prices the shortages of truck drivers “vaccine passport” that private companies are now pushing on their employees it will only get worse. Thousands of Container ships are waiting off shore on both the West Coast and East Coast because the container ports are filled there and there are nor enough trucks to remove the containers from ports and warehouses. We have the woke idiots worry about pronouns, statues of people that were up for a over 100 years ago ,demanding that gender does not exist and ready to burn down a city over an accidental overdose of a junky resisting arrest. Yes we do live in interesting times! When will CNN go a day without mentioning Jan6 ,but keep making believe Joe Biden really is not a senile old man .and everything wrong with the world is orange man fault even after he left office over 10 months ago. Farm land in America has been bought up by large corporations. Farm land in Africa…also bought up by these same entities. Food…grains and other staples…bought up by large entities and then dumped on the ground, rains fall and the food is allowed to rot while the people go hungry, starving, according to a guy who was there and saw it happening in India.
This man said that people are starving because of a famine…caused by these corporations run by greedy individuals. After the people are in this state, here come the “vaccines” that will “help” them survive the diseases that have come because of starvation…starvation caused by these greedy, in his words, “devil worshippers.”
On the EpochTimes TV, this situation of empty shelves is reported to be all contrived. As the ccp was copied in their ways of “fighting’ the virus, praised by the WHO, and seen as the solution…where they locked people up, closed businesses, wearing of masks…
as they move to the next phase, announcing that the virus is coming on again, and that “communities” will be used to stop the spread, and then “camps” will be used to isolate those who are infected…small rooms, locked doors, already being constructed…
We are being warned by the reporters….some in china working for the EpochTimes…that what is happening there, will come here because it will be seen as the “solution.”
Making people worry about food shortages, then making those shortages happen…all those ships at sea, loaded with products that can’t be delivered…threatening job loss if we don’t comply with their fake and illegal mandates….
We have seen on the news in times past where people go crazy when shelves are empty.
Just give the unprepared a big hurricane and watch the way they act…
And last year people were brawling in store aisles over toilet paper…
It’s all an evil plan and the more people realize this, the better it will be for them and their families.

For everybody who claimed that those of us warning of American becoming a socialist country was ‘conspiracy theories’, we’re watching the same thing that happens not under mere socialism, but under communism. The shortages that we’d read about in countries in Cuba, North Korea and Venezuela are now happening here
All this by just discouraging the work force on so many dimensions:
– Making energy expensive by doing everything conceivable to shut down the oil, coal and even gas industries
– Paying people handsomely to stay home, thereby forcing businesses – especially small ones – to compete w/ the government
– Forcing businesses to fire employees who’re not vaccinated, no matter what the reason. If they made the simple exception for people who’ve already had the Chinavirus, the bulk of the opposition would go away
– Employees feeling less willing to work if they’re being forced to be vaccinated, or risk losing their jobs, and on top of that, being paid generously by government
Result is all those ships at our ports that have the products our stores need, but few people available to transport them to their destinations. Result is all the empty shelves we see. Ever since the first shortages last year due to the lockdowns, I made sure that I have adequate toilet paper, cleaners, food and so on, so that my shopping frequency is really low at the moment
We desperately need not just a congressional overhaul next year, we also need 20 more GOP senators to force down Biden policies, override his vetoes and so on. Pay particular attention to the primaries next year: they’re actually even more important than the general

Good thing I’ve been stocking up on…EVERYTHING, for years now! Feel sorry for those who can’t pick up an extra box or bag, of something, to put away, for just these kind of times. Even got my husband into it!
It doesn’t have to be done at one time. One of two things, with every store trip, and before ya know it….your ready for whatever the Demon Rats throw atcha!
