A Consulate for the Palestinian Authority in Jerusalem amounts to America officially endorsing the Palestinian jihad against Israel, showcased in Israel’s capital. How could any group go to the table to negotiate, when the entire ambition of the other side is to see its annihilation? The Biden administration is pushing Israel to allow it to reopen its consulate for the Palestinian Authority in Jerusalem, a US State Department official told reporters in regards to the meeting between Blinken and Lapid today (Wednesday).
The official pointed out that the US still backs the two-state solution and stresses the importance of preventing violence or unilateral steps.
“The Biden administration began with an outright commitment to a two-state solution and we intend to see this happen. We expect cooperation from both sides: this includes prevention of the annexation of territories, building settlements, destruction of property, incitement to violence, and halting payments to terrorist prisoners,” the senior official said.
The official also said that the US intends to reestablish its nuclear deal with Tehran. “We have had many discussions with many of our allies, including with Israel, regarding America’s relationship with Iran. We continue to consult closely with them as this process progresses.”

A two state solution has not worked in India. Pakistan and Bangladesh were created on territory that belonged to India as a sort of two-state solution. It has not brought peace.The Muslims are trying to annex more territory from India and are also supporting terrorists in other countries. They were a safe haven for the Taliban and Al-Quaida. They have nuclear weapons and support the Iranian nuclear project. The Left in America knows the pointlessness of a two-state solution, and yet they push for it. They probably think a two-state solution is simply a transitional stage between Israel and an all Muslim Palestine with no Jews. Mark Steyn has written that multiculturalism is a transitional stage between no-Muslim and all-Muslim. Probably the Leftists want this process to occur in Israel as well. Probably the Leftist government today does not even care about realism, they just want their ideology to be realized, for good or evil.

A “two-state solution” is no solution at all, and they should all admit that, they should certainly all know it by now, and if they were honest, they would stop pressing for it.
