UP AGAINST THE WALL: California Congressional Candidate Says Anti-Vaxxers Should Be Shot

Steve Cox is a candidate for Congress in California’s 39th Congressional District, and is running as an independent despite sounding like just another far-Left aspiring member of the Squad: He decries the power of lobbyists over politicians from both parties and has made breaking their power the focus of his campaign, while agreeing that there are other issues that “must be fixed, like healthcare, climate change, immigration reform, ending these endless wars, etc.” The “ending the endless wars” bit is not bad, actually, but it’s clear that Cox is another far-Left candidate in a state that is full of them, and as he is a white male with no obvious minority background, his campaign isn’t exactly catching fire: He has as of this writing raised just $2,056 toward his $10,000 goal on a CrowdPac page. But on Monday, Cox gave his campaign a shot in the arm, so to speak, with a novel idea of how to treat opponents of the covid vaccine: shoot them.

It all started when the popular podcaster Matt Walsh tweeted: “COVID is here to stay. You’re going to get it. It almost certainly won’t kill you but it could. You’ll probably get cancer eventually too unless you die first. Lots of scary things out there. Death is certain. Suffering is unavoidable. Stop cowering. Live your life while you can.”

These philosophical musings enraged Cox, who shot back: “Whenever anyone says ‘we all die from something’ (or a variation thereof) to justify not taking precautions to help protect others in this pandemic, we should be allowed to shoot them. ‘Why are you crying? We all die from something.’ For you, it’s that bullet in your gut.”

On his campaign website, Cox writes:

I am you. You are me. We are the same. We all want the same basic things:

To feel like we matter; that our opinions and beliefs are important, and that we have the power to make the changes we want in our little part of the world.

To feel safe; that we, and our family and friends, are safe, and if there’s danger, that we have the means and ability to protect ourselves and each other.

To feel that we belong; that we are part of something bigger and more important than ourselves, and that our community accepts us just as we are.

All of us are the same. People are people.

That’s how Leftists talk when they’re appealing for your support, but Cox’s totalitarian edge is embedded even in this ostensibly gentle and inviting message: “I am you. You are me. We are the same.” No, we aren’t, but I am painfully aware that authoritarian uniformity and conformism have always been high on the Left’s agenda, or as the renowned former Leftist David Horowitz puts it, “Inside Every Progressive Is A Totalitarian Screaming To Get Out.”

    • It sounds to me that he is in favor of globalist neo-Marxist fascism. Big Tech buys the politicians and stuffs the ballot boxes and then fills every Western country with people who want to destroy Western culture. The Soviets implemented this strategy under Lenin. It was completed under Stalin who arrested the leading Muslims and exiled most Muslims to Siberia. Our Western elites are implementing the same strategy by bringing in enough Muslims and foreigners to change the system so there is one permanent ruling party.

    The cdc, that group of paid liars, wants all who have weak immune systems to have a “third” shot of the spike protein, and have written plans to isolate those most “at risk”….in schools and other places called “green zones,’ where no one can leave and no outsider can enter.

    I’ve never been able to get banana plants to produce fruit. Perhaps I could now if I made an effort. All that dirt coming out of those in government control seems the right kind of soil.

    One last thing this idiot won’t acknowledge: It is not a vaccine….it’s a bioterrorism weapon from china, paid for by American citizens, via falsie (sic)
    The “first autopsy” was performed in Germany on a patient who was jabbed….got sick, put in the hospital alongside a virus laden patient, and the “load” he got from the jab is what killed him, so say the doctors who looked inside the dead guy’s body. Dr. Cole explained why: clots in the brain, heart, kidneys, etc. caused by the spike protein….”billions” of them. His immune system couldn’t fight them off.

    • Should have written “inflammation” in the brain, heart, kidneys instead of clots. There are clots, but it is the inflammation that kills the brain and heart tissue, and the heart can’t replace it, but creates a scar.
      Young men and boys with scarred hearts, and dying; and the doctor pointed out that rats given this concoction lost the ability to reproduce.

      Go ahead, cox, and threaten with “bullets to the gut,” and see how many people become too afraid of you to resist the death that comes from the spike protein to the arm.

        Read what chuckie shumer had to say about people going to prison for five years for having a “fake one.” He wasn’t talking about the little paper you have that said you got the shot.

        I’ve seen those little pieces of paper and some people are told to write in their own names and other stuff, with only the date and time of the shot, and info about which version, etc. already written in.

        With, all due respect. The ID’s out of china and other places evidently have “seals” on them, like regular government papers do.

        • Kind of like when the government decided we all had to have ****real**** id’s for flying….old style dl’s weren’t good enough, so we had to get out our birth certificates, marriage/divorce papers, etc. to prove our identity. So, now we have **real** dl’s with the proper seals and everything.

          when biden and crew decide to make everyone prove they have been shot, to keep from being “gut shot,” **real** shot records id cards will be rolled out and they will be different…like dl’s are now from days of old.

  4. I don’t get it. How is the death of people who have not had the vax going to make him safer than he already is since he’s taken the vax? He certainly can’t be worried about the safety of those who are not vaxed since he wants to shoot all of them. Why not just let nature take its course and allow the un-vaxed to die of the disease? I guess he just hates to see people suffer. Yeah, that must be it ….. or else he’s an idiot. I think it must be the latter.

    *Just horrifying*. And note that I am personally pro-vaccination and that my husband and I got vaccinated as soon as we could.

    But this is of course beside the point–to believe you have the right to shoot people who disagree with you is grotesque. To see this in a *political candidate* is especially disturbing.

    He also wants to end all aspects of the “war on terror”. Now, some aspects of this like the war in Afghanistan have been foolish–but that is not what he is talking about.

    He has, in fact, blamed the existance of Jihad terror on our doing anything to try and defend against it. He also wants to throw open the gates of immigration, and end “adversarial policing”–in other wortds, any police that consider criminals a bad thing. This is all pretty unhinged even by California standards.

      I too have received the Covid vaccine.

      That being said:

      The Covid vaccine, due to some rare but potentially serious side effects, should be targeted toward higher risk individuals (age, significant personal health risk factors, etc.,) where the benefit / risk ratio is favorable.

      And, as Dr. Rand Paul has stated numerous times, people who have recovered from Covid have natural immunity and do not need the vaccine. This proof of natural immunity should be as valid as a vaccine card.

      And…

      Masks, except for possibly properly fit-tested N95 respirators, are mostly political theater. Adults can make their own choice but they definitely should not be worn by schoolchildren.

      And the list of effective therapeutics for treating Covid continues to improve…

    1. Delta has an Ro of about 8, about 3 x that of the Alfa (ref CDC). With these leaky vaccines, if we were to have 100% vaccine uptake and perfect mask use, we cannot stop the spread of Delta ( ref CDC).

    2. The current vaccines provide about. 50-60 % efficacy in protection from infection. They are not fully protective.

    3. If you are vaccinated and become infected (“breakthrough “), the virus will replicate at the same speed or higher levels than if you are unvaccinated and become infected.

    4. If you are vaccinated and then become infected, your risk of transmitting virus to someone else is quite high— remember, the Ro measures how likely to transmit the virus.

    5. If you are vaccinated and become infected, your risk of developing severe disease or dying is better than if you were not vaccinated and then become infected with Delta.

    6. Therefore, if you are vaccinated and then become infected, you may have a higher risk of becoming a “ superspreader “ because you are less likely to show disease. This has not been measured but it should be.

    Dr. Malone has been censored by the tech companies.

    And the band member fired from his job with Offspring was told by his doctor not to take the jab, that he had immunity from having had the virus, already had GBS due to another jab as a child and the current jab would likely kill him.

  14. I engaged Steve Cox on his Fakebook page. He responded a little snippetly. But he responded. I left some comments and I’ll see how it goes.

    He said something I totally agree with. Both parties are corrupt.
