Whatever the main concerns may be of the obscure, rudderless, far-Left muddle known as the Biden administration, acting to safeguard the well-being of the United States and its citizens most certainly isn’t one of them. Back in February, according to the Associated Press, “Joe Biden made clear in his first major foreign policy address since taking office that he rejected the ‘America First’ and transactional approach of his predecessor and urged cooperation among Western allies.” And so it comes as no real surprise that in determining who will be helped out of the pit of desperation and fear that is Kabul today, Biden’s handlers have announced that Americans will not be given priority.
According to Jacqui Heinrich of Fox News, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said: “Once we get more airlift out of Kabul, we’re going to put as many people on those planes as we can. There will be a mix…not just American citizens, but perhaps some Afghan SIV [Special Immigrant Visa] applicants as well. We’re going to focus on getting people out of the country, then sorting it out at the next stop. It’s not going to be just Americans first, then SIV applicants.”
The priority actually appears to be getting the Afghans over here. According to Heinrich, the Biden administration plans to bring tens of thousands of Afghans to the United States, and figure out who they are later: “Documents obtained from a source show DoD planning to potentially relocate up to 30,000 Afghan SIV applicants into the United States in the immediate future.” One of these Defense Department documents explains that “the situation in Afghanistan may lead to DoS [Department of State] allowing Afghan SIV applicants to be moved to temporary housing locations while still being vetted for parolee status.” Adds Kirby: “We want to have capacity to get up to several thousand immediately, and want to be prepared for potential of tens of thousands. [Fort] Bliss & [Fort] McCoy have capability right now – what’s advantageous is w/ a bit of work, could increase in short order.”
Meanwhile, back in Kabul, Business Insider reported Sunday that “thousands of inmates, including former Islamic State and al-Qaeda fighters, were released from a prison on the outskirts of Kabul as the Taliban called for a ‘peaceful transition’ of power. Afghan government troops surrendered Bagram airbase to the Taliban early on Sunday. The base houses Pul-e-Charki prison, which has around 5,000 prisoners. It is the largest in Afghanistan and notorious for its poor conditions. A maximum-security cellblock held members of al Qaeda and Taliban, said reports. Footage published by an independent Afghan news agency, which supports the Taliban, appears to show militants letting the inmates out.”
What could possibly go wrong? None of those al-Qaeda or Islamic State jihadis could possibly end up being picked up by the American forces and brought to the United States, could they? Surely the idea that these jihadis would be able to come into the United States as Afghan refugees is beyond the realm of possibility, right?

I didn’t claim that it was idiotic to withdraw from Afghanistan. Obviously America should have left Afghanistan in when bin Laden fled Tora Bora.
But once Trump determined that he was going to withdraw America from Afghanistan he shouldn’t have released any Taliban soldiers. He should have captured more and kept them all and used them as pawns to be traded for an orderly withdrawal.
That is what a very stable genius would have done.

If you had watched Mike Pompeo’s interview on Fox, you’d know that you are talking crap. Petraeus is another American general who made a mess in Afghanistan. The whole lot of American generals are useless – as they were in Vietnam.
What is being taught at U.S. military colleges like West Point must be a wonder to behold – and Trump failed to rectify this, not least failing to bring back Robert Spencer to teach U.S. military, FBI and CIA about Islam.

Trump would of had a plan, and the troops would of gone straight back in once he saw the cities fall one after another. I am well aware of the fact that our soldiers were being killed out there, now our countries are going to be flooded with hundreds of thousands of jihadis and its our children that are going to get slaughtered.
The reason our troops were out there in the first place, was for the protection of us at home, we should of never of pulled out the way we did.

The country drowned in corruption, but that shouldn’t be a surprise, the place is full of Muslims so naturally the corruption is endemic.
From what I read many of those Afghan army units don’t exist, foreign aid pays but the supplies, food and medical supplies especially usually end up in the hands of the enemy, the Taliban, because the unit the stuff is supposed to go to doesn’t actually exist. Then there’s the other rort where a unit does exist but the supply side is for a unit two or three times the actual size, drug harvesting and supply is probably the motivation.
But maybe the worst one is that the leaders and their cronies have side-lined and diverted the wages belonging to the army so they haven’t been paid for months which is probably one good reason why the units that actually do exist won’t defend such a government or country.

I see. Most of those Afghan army units were just phantom units and the money to pay those phantom soldiers was actually going to either the Taliban or into the pockets of corrupt Afghan army officers and government officials. It was all an illusion and a scam being perpetrated on the gullible Americans. Oh, I don’t think it was a mistake at all for the U.S. to be leaving Afghanistan but the way it was done under Biden with such stupidity in not getting out U.S. citizens first is what burns me the most. I’m sure the Taliban will start taking hostages, if they have not already, and then ask for ransom for their release so as to drain every last drop of money from the U.S. that they can. The next time the U.S. drops bombs on Afghanistan I hope they are of the nuclear variety.

Yeah I used to think like that, Muslim countries are surplus to requirements and should be turned into a parking lot but there are moral repercussions unfortunately, has the world fully re-adjusted after Hiroshima and Nagasaki got nuked? And those were tiny A-bombs not H-bombs.

I think we can find some common ground? Next time a jihad terror attack is traced back to Afghanistan, like 9/11 was, we just level that country w/ whatever we consider appropriate – be it JDAMs, MOABs, Cruise missiles or what have you. There are vays that haven’t been explored yet, you could have a large Koran burning (wherever, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, who cares?) for example and when thousands of Jihadis turn up to the large fake fire that is indeed burning looking for someone to kill down comes the FAB…poof! millions of free radicals.
And what about sleeping gas? You could air drop canisters of sleeping gas the knocks them out for hours and then walk in and take all their guns, primitives shouldn’t be playing with 20th century armaments anyway, somebody could get hurt.

Phased troop withdrawal would have been tied to conditions on the ground – and strategic assets and forces would have been kept nearby…

From what I have read in the Koran I know that their god certainly does unless I pay the Muslims not to kill me. I’m not going to pay anyone not to kill me and instead am going to fight them to the death – whether it’s to my death or theirs. If they wish to change their religion, I’m happy to accept them as my neighbor but until then I will consider them my enemies and will fight them in any way that I can. Can you accuse me of being a bad Christian because I don’t love my enemy? Well, I would love them enough that I would not abuse or torture them – just insure they die as quickly and with as little pain as possible. I can see where you may think I am a bad Christian because of that but, as I say, I don’t care.
