President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signaled in the latest Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) the formation of a new monitoring agency that would restrict social media activity, the daily Türkiye reported on July 11.
The president noted a recent misunderstanding about legislation signed with Qatar, claiming that main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu had purposefully spread misunderstanding.
The legislation was interpreted as allowing all students from Qatar to study medicine in Turkey without any required qualifying exams, when in reality it allowed for military students to do so.
“What Kılıçdaroğlu did is not spreading fake news. It’s misinformation. The European Union equates and penalizes misinformation with terrorism crimes,” the president reportedly said.
The president urged his staff to include misinformation and fake news in legislation, adding that “appropriate penalties” were needed.
The president recently said that the government would launch an operation of truth against fake news by pointing to Kılıçdaroğlu who had repeated the misinterpretation of the news on Qatar students.
“Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu needs to apologize about this story,” the president reportedly said.
AKP officials reportedly said that the new monitoring agency would be similar to the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK), known for its excessive censorship of opposition media outlets.
“A supervisory mechanism is needed for manipulative posts created by fake accounts and social media agencies,” one AKP official reportedly said. “Perception dominates facts. This is very dangerous.”…

We are the ones who need to be the ones to pull out. The EU has been contemplating an European armed forces: let them do it. Let Germany play footsie w/ Russia, but then they don’t get to turn around and demand that we defend them from a country that hasn’t existed for what will complete 30 years this year. We can work out deals w/ Poland, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia independent of NATO: as it is, Ukraine and Georgia can’t be a part of NATO. We should also step up and support Greece, Armenia and Cyprus against Turkey

Same thing is happening in the US. The Democrats want phone companies to censor your texts regarding covid 19 vaccines. If you send a text to someone regarding vaccines they don’t like, it will be blocked.

The Chinese social credit system is coming, & forced vaccinations have now come to France if you want to go into any shop The Democrats are right on board with all this.

The Covid vaccine should be targeted to the proper groups of people where the benefit of the vaccine outweighs the risks.
That should not be controversial.

That’s exactly what I think. I too have been vaccinated, but I agree w/ Dr Rand that having vaccinated our entire vulnerable section of the population, we should export our vaccines to other countries that haven’t, so that they too can reach herd immunity (whatever that percentage is) and don’t have to define variants from Mu to Omega (wonder what they’ll do once they’ve exhausted the Greek alphabet?)
That said, I do have a real problem w/ medics who refuse to concede that if one already had the Chinavirus and recovered, that they have antibodies that are good for the next however many years and won’t need to be vaccinated. Before I got vaccinated, I asked my primary care physician where I could be tested for antibodies, and was told not to bother and just go and get vaccinated. I am changing my PCP, but in the meantime, I checked an urgent care facility which was providing the antibody test, and after finding out that I hadn’t been infected at all, I took the J&J vaccine (and was glad at my decision, given the recent news of mRNA vaccinated people getting Myocarditis and Pericarditis). But had I had the antibodies, I wouldn’t have taken it
In the meantime, I’d like to see Dr Fauci terminated. I know that President Trump was being partly facetious when he said that he just did the opposite of whatever Fauci suggested, but I doubt that the NIAID has that privilege of ignoring him. Not just that, he should be criminally investigated to explore how much he knew and approved of the Wuhan lab’s gain-of-function research: I suspect that he was in on it at very high levels

Dr. Rand Paul is correct; if it is confirmed that a person had Covid and has subsequently recovered, they would have natural immunity and would not need a Covid vaccine.
The medical profession, for many years, has used antibody titers in order to check vaccination / prior infection status of individuals who cannot provide documentation of their vaccine history. For some reason, which I am not totally sure of, antibody testing for Covid is not done routinely prior to administration of the Covid vaccine. Both the CDC and FDA emphasize the “inaccuracy” of Covid antibody testing noting false positives and false negatives, etc., but I am suspect.
That being said, I’m glad that the J&J vaccine worked out well for you.
And I agree that not only should Dr. Fauci be terminated, he should be criminally investigated.

Thanks for explaining why the CDC and the FDA don’t recommend antibody testing prior to a COVID-19 vaccination. I too have heard all sorts of stories about false positives, false negatives, vaccines working, vaccines having a deleterious effect and so on. Which is why I decided to get the antibodies testing done separately. I was surprised to find that I never had the virus throughout last and this year (I got vaccinated a couple of months back), but decided not to complicate things w/ multiple tests but just go w/ the one that was a non mRNA. It helped that it was the one shot vaccine, since I’ve read horror stories about people who got sick after their second shot.

I agree, the fact these vaccines are using new technology (MRNA), nobody knows the long term effects, & they have not been given full approval yet (emergency use only) is never told to you by the politicians or MSM. The fact the Delta variant is more contagious but less deadly & on par with the flu according to British data is also never told to you. Here is Australia the delta variant breaks out in a capital city, then the state Premier panics & locks down the entire state, even if you are 300 miles from the outbreak & have no transmission in your town.
If you want to get the experimental vaccines then go for it, forcing an experimental vaccine on the population is against the Nuremberg convention & anyone pushing that should be brought before a court. The recent ruling by the Supreme Court in Spain against the lockdowns was a small pushback against the global tyranny we have now had thrust against us by the globalists.
