The judge will no doubt do research before deciding. The main concern is that he will prefer Sharia over US law.
I do not believe when Quraishi said he ‘knew nothing’ about Sharia. He certainly knew a lot about it, having absorbed it from childhood. I believe his response was taqiyya.
If he had just said, ‘I know very LITTLE about Sharia, but my small knowledge is anecdotal’, it would have been credible. But he said ‘nothing’ and it is not credible.
He should have replied, “I have not made a formal study of Sharia, and I will not base my practice of law on it. If the question is about how I will rule if Sharia is in conflict with American law, I will not favor Sharia law over American law.’

First, Judge Quraishi was engaging in the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya when he said that he knows “nothing” about Sharia law . For Taqiyya is the Islamic doctrine and practice that lying and deception are good things to do as long as it’s done for the Advancement of Islam as its Sharia law.
Second ,the message needs to be made known to all the Muslims, as judge Quraishi , who live in the United States of America , be they politicians or not ,who dislike and maybe even despise the US Constitution and would like to replace it with Sharia law . Those same Muslims instead in trying to force Sharia law on American citizens. Then they really should leave the USA and then go to live in either Shii ‘ite, Iran or Sunni , Saudi Arabia if they actually feel the Sharia law is the grand, great and wonderful .
In addition, all this is a strong reminder of the wise words declared by Theodore Roosevelt in a speech. “There can be no fifty –fifty Americanism in this country. There is room here for only one hundred percent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else.”

This deliberate deception is part of the subversive and infiltration by the insidious Islamic method to advance the power of Sharia law of Islam in America.
Second, this Muslim scheme for achieving the goal of the Islamic agenda is as, many times, as subtly effective as it is demonically clever.
Furthermore, this Islamic gradualism, in some ways, is very similar to the instruction printed in the book entitled THE ART OF WAR by Sun Tzu. Which reads “At first, then, exhibit the coyness of a maiden, until the enemy gives you an opening; afterwards emulate the rapidity of a running hare, and it will be too late for the enemy to opposes you”

Second , it should be made known that the actual origin of Sharia law is revealed in a Time –Life book with the title MESOPOTAMIA: THE MIGHTY KINGS copyright 1995. The point is this history book about the ancient pagan world of Mesopotamia informs the reader that “many Islamic laws resemble the Babylon and Assyrian forebears.” .page 150.
There is the above and other references imply that such pagan teachings were incorporated into the religion that Muhammad manufactured and then started.
Thus this further reveals that a lot of ancient paganism is part of the whole religion of Islam.
In other words, ancient paganism makes up much of Islam. Therefore Islam with its Sharia law are a hoax .

The question he waffled on was what he would do if the issue of sharia law came before him. Would he decide for sharia law over US law? He said the issue had never come up in his career. But the question was not whether it had come up, but what he would do if it did come up. How can one be a Muslim but know nothing of this religion? Can one be a Christian but know nothing of Christian theology? Can one be Jewish and say one knew nothing of Jewish beliefs? Of course not. So he lied. Just like a terrorist. If one asked them if they would commit terrorist actions, they would say no, because if they said yes, they would have problems with the justice system. The best thing is not to confirm him. He can join a sharia court if he believes in sharia law.
