Pelosi: ‘Root Causes’ of Capitol ‘Insurrection’ Were ‘White Supremacy, Anti-Semitism, Islamophobia’

Nancy Pelosi spoke today about “the root causes” of the January 6 Capitol riot: “the white supremacy, the anti-Semitism, the Islamophobia, all the rest of it that was so evident when you see a sweatshirt on one of the people saying, ‘Camp Auschwitz.’” She repeated the common and yet completely unsubstantiated claim that the Capitol incident constituted an “insurrection,” and once again claimed that Trump “incited” the “insurrection,” in flagrant disregard for the fact that Trump told the demonstrators to remain peaceful. Her list of the three “root causes” of this sham “insurrection” were, in effect, a list of those that she and the Biden Justice Department intend to go after, and the charges they will hang over their heads in the Stalinist show trials that could be in the offing.

As many have pointed out, this was no insurrection. No one has even been charged with such an offense. The protesters were unarmed. The claim that they used a fire extinguisher to murder a police officer, although repeated far and wide, has been completely debunked. The idea that the great mass of people who entered the Capitol on January 6 and stood around snapping pictures and gawking at statues were there to overthrow the government at the behest of a rogue president is a paranoid Leftist fantasy, not a reality.

And it’s a paranoid Leftist fantasy with a purpose. The Capitol riot is really Leftists’ Reichstag Fire moment, and they’re clearly going to use it to demonize, stigmatize, and silence all opposition to their agenda. Pelosi’s inclusion of the terms “anti-Semitism” and “Islamophobia” among the root causes of the riot makes that clear. The protesters who entered the Capitol building weren’t there because they hated Jews or Muslims or anyone else. The protests weren’t remotely about such matters. The protesters were in Washington to demonstrate against an election that was marred by numerous obvious irregularities, and which is still being investigated as a result, despite the establishment media’s furious efforts to brand all questioning of the election’s integrity as a “Big Lie.” If it were a Big Lie, there wouldn’t be such massive evidence of voter fraud, or audits going on in several key states and possibly more to come.

Protesting an election that shows so many signs of having been rigged has nothing whatsoever to do with “anti-Semitism” or “Islamophobia” — but what Pelosi was semaphoring is that she and her henchmen are going to use this to silence accused “anti-Semites” and “Islamophobes.” It’s the same thing with the anti-Semitism charge. One guy wearing an anti-Semitic sweatshirt doesn’t make the whole protest anti-Semitic; after all, Pelosi would heatedly deny that the recent anti-Israel protests were anti-Semitic, despite the appearance of Nazi imagery and calls for a new genocide of the Jews.

What’s more, the anti-Semites are all on Pelosi’s side: Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Linda Sarsour, Robert Malley, Hady Amr, etc. But in throwing that charge in, Pelosi makes a claim for the moral high ground for her destruction of the republic and institution of authoritarianism. The anti-Semitism among her foes is about as real as their “white supremacy.”

    • Pelosi is not delusional, but a slanderer who lies to hurt others merely for political gain. Nothing justifies this lack of personal integrity.

        • In deed Mortimer,I would like to reinforce a statement recently made by Nigel Farage leader brexit patty on his tour of the US in Illinois. He said that Democrats won’t stay in power for long.He advised conservatives to take the mid term elections in 2022 seriously.Any leftist that called for the abolition of law enforcement should not be spared.Conservatives should remain united and focus on riding America off socialists and communists.I would also add that conservatives should embark on courting minorities by coming up with policies that endear to them like Trump did. They should be reminded of the importance of being patriotic to ones country and the value of hard working to succeed in life.They should be taught the history of the US and be reminded that Democrats are their biggest enemy and evidence is available for everyone to see.I forsee Democrats going the way of Labour in UK.

    She’s in favor of baby killing, and allows i elmi, alias i omar, to say whatever she pleases against Israel and the Jews and then says the Capitol “riot” was rooted in exactly that. Guess she’s right….since there is a lot of evidence that the FBI staged those things, had the doors unlocked, inviting the crowds in…and then ambushing them with loaded weapons…murdering Ms. Babbitt. biden and company seem to be stabbing Israel in the back…the squad doing all it can to keep Israel from getting the defensive weapons it needs to protect the citizens, etc. Funding hamas. Blaming Israel for all of the deaths and destruction.

    She and her “squad” want to accuse everyone of the “phobia’ …calling anyone telling the truth about islam a ‘phobic’….True phobias are a form of mental illness, in differing degrees, so that would make those who fear islam and fear being murdered or raped by a mozlum/gang of mozlums, mentally ill…but not being afforded the sympathy that usually comes with a mental illness. Instead, being accused and fired, and lied about, etc. as if a person with the mental condition/illness of being phobic about islam can stop being that way like magic. As if it’s just a bigoted choice. If one fears being a victim of terror, or fears that islam will overtake the country, this is not a phobia as that is the goal of mozlums….including those in the “House.”

    Well, as a phobia, it doesn’t exist. If pelosi doesn’t know that, it’s because she’s too stupid. And if she does know it, she’s just too evil.
    So tiresome, this ugly inside and out supporter of murder, enabler of terrorism. Pathological liar.

If there were, it would presumably have been organized and armed with weapons and made use of violent weapons, like all the mostly peaceful protests the Democrats love. And if anyone is Anti-Semitic, it is probably the Democrats in Congress. If anyone is white-supremacist, then surely the Democrats who preach integration and live segregated.
    Just more blatant Democrat obfuscation. Wild accusations that are losing their ability to intimidate.

    • True, Jim–the idea that this was an “insurrection” is absurd. And that most people were unarmed and of the few who were armed *no one used a weapon* despite their supposedly being “gun nuts”. Just absurd.

    IMO, she’s throwing *Islamophobia* into the mix because (a) she hasn’t a clue about Islam, (b) she’s covering for Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu) again, and (c) she thinks it’s relevant to the “evil white supremacist” narrative.

  7. Here’s a thought. Sometime in early 2023 Joe Biden resigns as President (or is removed from office due to mental incompetence). Kamala Harris becomes President and she names Nancy Pelosi as Vice President. A few months after taking office Kamala dies from a brain aneurysm caused by an uncontrolled fit of laughter while making a speech at the Juneteenth celebration on the grounds of the newly renamed Rainbow House in the newly renamed Rainbow City, D.C. Nancy immediately reassures the nation it that is a good morning, Sunday morning in America. It’s coming. I can see it.

    • She has not endeared herself to many. It’s a wonder anyone can over-look her evil long enough to vote for her. Perhaps there is finagling on her part to keep being elected and then chosen for “speaker.”

        • I’m sure that any cows or horses you “may have offended” will forgive you. Horses and cows, dog and foxes, wolves and elephants…all are more deserving of respect than this vile, lying, ugly creature. Even if none are house-trained. They all have more sense than pelosi, higher morals.

        • Of all the deficient, even horrible, people in the American Congress, john smith, I hold Nancy Pelosi in the lowest esteem—yes, even more so than other Bozos like Tlaib, Omar, Schiff, Schumer, Swalwell, Warren, Cheney, Toomey, Murkowski, et al.

          The Speaker of the House is an enormously powerful person in the American political framework (e.g., Tip O’Neill, Speaker in the 1980’s, when asked if he might run for President replied by saying, “Why should I step down?”) and Pelosi, the old bag, has easily, no contest here, abused the Speakership more than any other Speaker in American history. I can’t even stand the sight of her, so much damage has she done and has tried to do. She is a most repulsive creature, including being an inveterate liar.

  17. We already know it was completely fake, there are plenty of videos showing how the police waved the protesters inside and even opened the doors. Some protesters tried to make the police do something to stop it but they wouldn’t except at the very end inside when they started firing shots. ANTIFAs were among the most aggressive and disguised as Trump-supporters. The Fake News media just don’t want to report it, because the truth of what happened doesn’t fit their Marxist narrative..

    • I smelled a rat as soon as many athletes started scaling the side of the building. It was obviously pre-planned by FBI agents provocateurs.

      The police commanders were given instructions from the top … ultimately the FBI. They set up the crowd to create the incident.

    • It illustrates the definition of an ambush. In an ambush, the “enemy” is allowed to go to a certain place, a certain distance, and then is pounced on from all sides.

      Mr. Trump’s supporters were allowed inside, but at a certain point, they were not allowed to continue….the window was broken by someone before Ms. Babbitt arrived to go through, but the person who broke it was not shot. Did that person crawl through?
      It was an ambush, a set-up, a contrived event to cause those who had promised to oppose the vote to decide not, to cause Mr. Trump’s supporters to look like domestic terrorists, and “insurrectionists,” and to arrest, try and sentence many to prison….as a warning to everyone who doesn’t agree with their deceit and fraud.
