Hamas is now begging for a ceasefire, while their key jihadist operatives hide out in underground tunnels.

Meanwhile, Hamas’ strategy is to use their own Palestinian people as human shields, to create the image in the minds of those easily fooled by propaganda that Israel is targeting civilians. It is Hamas that intentionally targets civilians, not Israel.

Israel has so far destroyed over 62 miles of Hamas tunnels.

Despite Hamas’ begging, Israel’s Intelligence Minister Eli Cohen has responded:

“We see that there is significant international pressure, we see that Hamas sources are begging for a ceasefire…. We will end the operation when we decide that we have accomplished our desired goals.”

Yesterday, Biden spoke to Prime Minister Netanyahu and asked for a ceasefire; Netanyahu responded “no.”

However, then Biden increased the pressure.

The goals of “Operation Guardian of the Walls include damaging Hamas infrastructure as well as harming the terror organization’s officials, including top officials.”

Included in the Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas):

Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it” (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).

Israel’s existence has been threatened by the jihadist “resistance” since its founding.

“‘Hamas is begging for a ceasefire,'” Israel National News, May 20, 2021:

Intelligence Minister Eli Cohen (Likud) on Thursday morning refused to respond to the estimates that a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas will go into effect Friday.

“We see that there is significant international pressure, we see that Hamas sources are begging for a ceasefire,” Cohen told Reshet Bet. “We will end the operation when we decide that we have accomplished our desired goals.”

He emphasized that the goals of Operation Guardian of the Walls include damaging Hamas infrastructure as well as harming the terror organization’s officials, including top officials.

“We saw in the last battle that from the State of Israel’s perspective, there are no ‘holy cows’ – all Hamas officials were targets, including for eliminations and harming infrastructure,” Cohen said.

“Hamas is hiding in tunnels – I don’t see bravery in that. [Mohammed] Deif, as we speak, is hiding 30 meters underground, like a coward.”….

    • Agree, ‘cowards’. They hide in their tunnels/bomb shelters while the ordinary Pallies are used as camera fodder on the surface. No bomb shelters for ordinary Pallies.

  2. Chasing Hamas into their tunnels and then destroying the tunnels is reminiscent of cattle drives. May it be the best roundup, ever.

  4. Hamas only want a cease fire because they are getting the crap bombed out of them.
    Israel should only stop when they have sent every last member of the Hamas leadership to the perfect Islamic paradise, (HELL).
    The crazy thing is, these attacks suit Netanyahu as well, this situation is drawing attention away from the corruption charges he and his wife are facing. So this is a double edged sword. Hamas needs to be stomped on but also the corruption charges need to be faced in court.
