We have seen this again and again, innumerable times over the years: with Islamic supremacists, it’s always the infidel’s fault, even the infidel victims of jihad violence. They never, ever, not once, have taken responsibility for the violence and human misery inflicted in the name of Allah and Islam.

An Economics Professor at Yale University named Ahmed Mushfiq Mobarak has sparked controversy with his social media post, wherein he blamed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bangladesh to justify the violence committed by Islamist outfit Hefazat-e-Islam against Hindus.
On Thursday (March 29), Mobarak tweeted, “Bangladesh appears to have walked into a clever trap set by Modi. He visits a temple of importance to some West Bengalis voting in a closely-contested TMC-BJP State election. His visit spreads communal violence in Bangladesh.” The Economics Professor tried to put the onus of the riots perpetuated by Islamists on the Indian Prime Minister.
Furthermore, he said, “Modi manages to communalise politics and society on both sides of the Bangladesh -West Bengal border on one visit. Ek Dhila dui pakhi (Killing two birds with one stone). Why are we behaving like clueless pawns in the destructive game of divisive politics between Hindus and Muslims?” The Yale Professor suggested that a supposedly polarising figure like PM Modi was responsible for communal violence against Hindus in Bangladesh.
After reports emerged on social media about how Hefazat-e-Islam targetted Hindu temples, the Professor turned ‘activist’ went silent on the micro-blogging platform. Following outrage by the Hindu community over the inhumane atrocities committed against them under the pretext of PM Modi’s visit, Ahmed Mushfiq Mobarak desperately tried to prove his ‘secular’ credentials.
Without giving weightage to the matter at hand, the Yale Professor resorted to whataboutery and tried to draw false equivalence between Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. He wrote, “Good to see people engaging today, complaining about violence against Hindus in Bangladesh. It would be even better to see Muslims joining that chorus in defense of minorities (Hindus, Chakma, Ahmadiya Muslims..), and to see Hindus complaining equally vehemently about treatment of minorities in India.”
He further claimed, “If we can all get past our tribalism and protest equally strongly about the mistreatment of minorities regardless of their identity & religion, then Hefazat in BD or Modi in India or Mullahs in Pakistan wouldn’t be able to divide us this way.”…
During the official 2-day visit on PM Modi to Bangladesh, Islamists attacked Hindu Temples to protest against him. Violent protests have been underway in Bangladesh over the visit by the Indian Prime Minister and some protesters have died during attempts by the police to enforce law and order.
At the same time, three rooms of the 400-year-old Paruarkul Ashtagram Maha crematorium and Radhagobind Ashram were burnt down by unidentified miscreants in Mohammadpur Upazila of Bangladesh’s Magura district. Parts of three houses, chariots and idols were also reduced to ashes in the fire which was later brought under control.
Earlier, it was reported that Facebook services were down in Bangladesh in light of the violent protests. Border Guards have been deployed to enforce law and order on the streets. The Hefazat-e-Islami is a hardline Islamist organisation, whose members have been accused of persecuting Hindus in the past.

Has Bangladesh no shame? It was India that intervened there in the 70s to stop the Muslims of then East Pakistan, being genocidally raped and killed by their co-religionists in the Pak Army.
But in Muslim ideology, no good deed (from an infidel) should go unpunished.

Actually, a lot of the millennial Bangladeshis, who weren’t around in the 1970s when Pakistan was doing a genocide of that place, rue the fact that Bangladesh is not united w/ Pakistan
However, rather than return to Pakistan, these same jihadists are more interested in a ghazwa-e-Hind (re-islamization of India) project against India. And even while Bangladeshi muslims taunt Hindus there as being ‘Indians’, they themselves shamelessly infiltrate India as economic migrants, instead of living in a shariah state

If it turns out that this election is not closely contested, as several reports suggest, what will be his argument? Modi visited 2 temples: one a major temple of significance to Shakta Hindus, but which doesn’t matter in West Bengal since they don’t vote according to anything that happens in Bangladesh. The other temple belonged to a community that do not have the vote in West Bengal b’cos they’ve so far been denied citizenship due to opposition from the leftist parties. So Modi had nothing to either gain nor lose.
Also, the reason Modi was there was to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Bangladesh’s independence. Since Modi was just a 20 year old nobody when that country actually became independent, he had no control over when Bangladesh became independent. It’s just that he happened to be the sitting prime minister of the country that made that independence happen in the first place

On a side note, Yale’s namesake benefactor from the early 1700s, Eligu Yale (the actual college of Connecticut was founded by Rev. Cotton Mather, Harvard grad and son of former Harvard President, Rev. Increase Mather, after the Harvard Corporation passed him over for President for another and so he took his ball to New Haven). Yale was had apparently considerable holdings in the slave trade. For that reason, Woke Falies are thinking of eradicating his name after after a proper Maoist denouncement and anathematical fatwa.
It would be great if the renamed the college after equally-important early benefactor and fundraiser, a Rev. Dummer (Harvard Class of 1699).

In the new dispensation, a Muslim can do no wrong and say no wrong. If, like the Boulder assassin, the crime becomes impossible to ignore, the Muslim perpetrator is promptly classified as mentally disturbed or even more perversely as a ” morally white” (yes!).
The thinking of this essentially Islamic Yale academic (readers will not be taken in by his “I am just Secular” dissimulation, as this deception and lying through their teeth is required of a good Muslim and a part of Islamic Taqiyya) is basically the same as Islamists everywhere – it’s the other, the infidel, who is to be blamed all the time, whether it’s the beheaded teacher in a Paris school, who had the temerity to discuss the Hebdo cartoons in his class, or Modi, who has the temerity to be a Hindu visiting Islamic Bangladesh on the 50th anniversary of its liberation, regardless of his being the PM of the country which liberated them.

Tulsi Gabbard, a Hindu Democrat, seems to be the only American politician who has protested the persecution of Hindus and non-Muslims in Bangladesh. But like most western politicians, she tries to make a distinction between Islam and Islamism.
