Austrian authorities think he is a National Socialist (that’s what “Nazi” means, kids) because he admired Hitler. This reveals that Austrian authorities don’t know the first thing about Islam, even in the face of the advancing jihad threat. They have no idea of these facts: the Jews in the Qur’an are called the strongest of all people in enmity toward the Muslims (5:82); they fabricate things and falsely ascribe them to Allah (2:79; 3:75, 3:181); they claim that Allah’s power is limited (5:64); they love to listen to lies (5:41); they disobey Allah and never observe his commands (5:13). They are disputing and quarreling (2:247); hiding the truth and misleading people (3:78); staging rebellion against the prophets and rejecting their guidance (2:55); being hypocritical (2:14, 2:44); giving preference to their own interests over the teachings of Muhammad (2:87); wishing evil for people and trying to mislead them (2:109); feeling pain when others are happy or fortunate (3:120); being arrogant about their being Allah’s beloved people (5:18); devouring people’s wealth by subterfuge (4:161); slandering the true religion and being cursed by Allah (4:46); killing the prophets (2:61); being merciless and heartless (2:74); never keeping their promises or fulfilling their words (2:100); being unrestrained in committing sins (5:79); being cowardly (59:13-14); being miserly (4:53); being transformed into apes and pigs for breaking the Sabbath (2:63-65; 5:59-60; 7:166); and more. They are under Allah’s curse (9:30), and Muslims should wage war against them and subjugate them under Islamic hegemony (9:29).

Heavily armed and masked police officers were posted in front of the entrance to the justice center on Thursday morning. The reason for the increased security precautions was a process that began early in the morning in the large jury room of the regional court.
A 22-year-old Chechen man sat in the dock for, among other things, having participated in a terrorist group and criminal organization. In addition, the 22-year-old is accused of re-offending in the National Socialist sense, of possessing pornographic portrayals of minors and of forging an identity card.
Came to Austria in 2019
The accused came to Austria in March 2019, and was housed in refugee shelters. Until a house search was carried out in November of the previous year, the man was said to have participated in a terrorist group as a member, according to the indictment.
In his accommodation in Eisenstadt, the 22-year-old, who has meanwhile received a negative asylum decision, is said to have sung Islamic battle songs and said that jihad was good. Around 600 files on IS, including propaganda and torture videos, were on his cell phone, according to the allegation. Including those that show brutal atrocities against people.
Accusation of reactivation
The man is also said to have been active in the National Socialist sense: The Chechen is said to have collected and owned pictures of Adolf Hitler and other relevant visual material, among other things. During the house search in the accused’s accommodation, more than 30 files were found showing pornographic depictions of minors.
The accused partially confessed in court. According to his lawyer, Andreas Schweitzer, his client was in a WhatsApp group in which the propaganda material was sent. “What he got was also given to many others,” said the defender.
In some cases, his client forwarded files. They were only saved on the mobile phone because photos are automatically saved by WhatsApp.
“Thought nothing about it”
“Are you now addicted to Islam or to National Socialism?,” the defense attorney asked his client. His client replied: “I got it, I didn’t think anything about it.” He had nothing to do with National Socialism.
He believed his client too, says lawyer Schweitzer. “My client is still young, he can still change.” The accused himself partially confessed.
He said that he had been imprisoned and tortured in his home country because a friend had sent him a video with content that was critical of the system. Because of this and also because one of his brothers lives in Austria, he also came to Austria. The accused protests that another brother had fought for ISIS in Syria, but that he was not a role model for him. “Of course I love my brothers, but not as a fighter.”
When asked why he owned pornographic items from minors, tears come to him. “I’m so sorry, I’m ashamed of it.”
Eight votes to zero
The jury found the defendants guilty by eight votes to zero.
Judge Birgit Falb emphasized that the coincidence of several offenses was seen as aggravating, the partial confession as mitigating.
The judgment is not final. The prosecutor made no statement.

They bring diseases and ruin our reputation,” it says, for example – “We have to go out and beat them properly some day. Neither the police nor anyone else would dare to tell us anything,” one of the accused wrote cockily. He was wrong: undercover investigators got to the bottom of the Chechens’ criminal machinations. Arrests against the administrators, who hid behind sounding aliases like “King of the Night”, “Santa Claus” or “Heinrich Himmler”, followed. Lots of gas and alarm guns were found in their flats. Soon after, the indictment was brought. The serious charge: establishing a criminal organisation.
According to the public prosecutor on Wednesday, all the prerequisites for the so-called “mafia paragraph” were fulfilled: calls for severe coercion, threats to destroy one’s social standing in the community, threats of death, as well as direct violence such as attacking and beating up victims. A manifesto documents the perfidious code of the five chat administrators: “If we find a person whose behaviour and appearance does not correspond to our customs, then we will intervene,” it says.The main defendant Shaid N., whom lawyer Alexander Philipp advocated, confessed comprehensively.Florian Kreiner’s client Mubarik A. (19) surprisingly pleaded not guilty. “He was never an administrator of one of the groups in question, but became a victim of the guardians of public morals himself when a picture of him smoking shisha appeared in the chats.There was no verdict to be given on Wednesday, further witnesses will be summoned.

But he is, without a doubt, similar to many of these Muslims who are pouring into all European countries, useless, barbaric scum who do nothing but drag civilised, western societies down into the hellish types of societies that islam produces everywhere in the world.
