Nasir-ul-Islam is banking on the general public having no idea of the existence of Qur’an verses such as these:
“Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies of Allah and your enemies…” (8:60)
“When your Lord was revealing to the angels, ‘I am with you; so confirm the believers. I shall cast terror into the hearts of the unbelievers; so strike the necks, and strike every finger of them!” (Qur’an 8:12)
“We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve for what they have associated with Allah of which He had not sent down authority. And their refuge will be the Fire, and wretched is the residence of the wrongdoers.” (Qur’an 3:151)
“And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from where they drove you out; persecution is worse than slaughter. But fight them not by the Holy Mosque until they should fight you there; then, if they fight you, kill them — such is the recompense of unbelievers, but if they give over, surely Allah is all-forgiving, all-compassionate. Fight them until there is no persecution and the religion is Allah’s; then if they give over, there shall be no enmity save for evildoers.” (Qur’an 2:191-193)
“They wish that you should disbelieve as they disbelieve, and then you would be equal; therefore do not take friends from among them, until they emigrate in the way of Allah; then, if they turn their backs, seize them and kill them wherever you find them; do not take for yourselves any one of them as friend or helper.” (Qur’an 4:89)
“This is the recompense of those who fight against Allah and His Messenger, and hasten about the earth to do corruption there: they shall be killed, or crucified, or their hands and feet shall be struck off on opposite sides; or they shall be exiled from the land. That is a degradation for them in this world; and in the world to come awaits them a mighty chastisement.” (Qur’an 5:33)
“Fight them, till there is no persecution and religion is all for Allah; then if they give over, surely Allah sees the things they do.” (Qur’an 8:39)
“Then, when the sacred months are over, kill the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them, and confine them, and lie in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent, and perform the prayer, and pay the alms, then let them go their way; Allah is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.” (Qur’an 9:5)
“Fight those who believe not in Allah and the Last Day and do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, and do not practice the religion of truth, even if they are of the People of the Book — until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)
“Allah has bought from the believers their selves and their possessions against the gift of Paradise; they fight in the way of Allah; they kill, and are killed; that is a promise binding upon Allah in the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Koran; and who fulfils his covenant truer than Allah? So rejoice in the bargain you have made with Him; that is the mighty triumph.” (Qur’an 9:111)
“O believers, fight the unbelievers who are near to you; and let them find in you a harshness; and know that Allah is with the godfearing.” (Qur’an 9:123)
“When you meet the unbelievers, strike their necks, then, when you have made wide slaughter among them, tie fast the bonds; then set them free, either by grace or ransom, till the war lays down its loads. So it shall be; and if Allah had willed, He would have avenged Himself upon them; but that He may try some of you by means of others. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will not send their works astray.” (Qur’an 47:4)

Srinagar- Jammu and Kashmir Ittihadul Muslimeen chief and senior Hurriyat leader Maulana Muhammad Abbas Ansari and President Maulana Masroor Abbas Ansari in their separate statements have denounced former UP Shia Waqf Board chairman who has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking removal of some verses from the holy book.
Maulana Muhammad Abbas Ansari termed Wasim as a corrupt and satanic tool and said that the Holy Quran is safe and pure from all kinds of changes and alterations and distortions and shortcomings.
He said that the “accursed Wasim, who was fed on the filth was trying such vicious tactics to please his masters and divert attention from the Waqf Board scam”.
Ansari said that even hundreds of Wasim Rizvis could not delete a single surah or a verse of the Holy Qur’an.
Maulana Ansari said that all sects of Muslims are the believers of one Qur’an, copies of which are in every Muslims home.
On the other hand, Maulana Masroor Abbas Ansari also condemned Waseem Rizvi and said that Waseem was making unholy attempts to divide the Muslim Ummah at the behest of his masters. Masroor questioned Waseem Rizvi’s credentials saying “for a person who does not even know how to read a Quranic alphabet, raising sinister fingers on the verses of the Holy book is evident that he is doing all this to please his masters”.
Masroor Ansari said that Wasim Rizvi has nothing to do with the Shia school of thought and the Shia community has already thrown him out.
Remarks Blasphemous, Unacceptable: Grand Mufti
Srinagar; Kashmir’s Grand Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam said Saturday that Quran teaches brotherhood and rejects all forms of violence.
“Waseem Rizivi hasn’t understood the Quran and is instead speaking against it. Our beloved Prophet (SAW) after conquering Makah, stated (La Yasrib Al-Qumul Youm…..—forget whatever wrong you did so far, I forgive everyone). This is mentioned in the quran and is clear example Quran teaches forgiveness not violence,” Mufti Nasir said, adding that the Iran government must act quickly against Rizvi and arrest him for his blasphemous remarks and hurting the religious sentiments of billions of people across the globe.
The Grand Mufti urged people to maintain discipline, remain calm and to register protest peacefully, as per news agency KNO.
Karwan-e-Islami International patron Alama Sheikh Ghulam Rasool Hami said that in the past many people tried to change verses of holy Quran but failed.
“Allah himself is the protector of this holy book, which doesn’t teach violence by love and forgiveness. Quran is a complete way of living and will remain till Qayamah (doom’s day). Muslims across the globe shouldn’t give much importance to Rizvi, who is a non-entity,” Alama Hami said. He said no power on earth can change even one word of the holy quran let alone Rizvi….

There are over 100Verses in the Quran calling for the killing , enslaving & total subjugation of ALL non-Muslims. None are abrogated. Obviously, this fella ain’t read the Quran. Perhaps in his version. But, that means he’s altered or somebody else has altered the Quranic Texts. That’s a big “No-No” & is punishable by Death. If a Muslim does not join in the killing of non-Muslims….. that makes them Hypocrites!

The grand Mufti by making that statement is probably engaging in the Islamic doctrine of Taqiyya . Which is the Islamic teaching belief that lying and deception are good thing to do as long the the lies and deceit are done for the advancement of Islam.
In other words in Western terms he is attempting in what sociologists would call “impression management ” by speaking a falsehood to improve the image of the Muslim Brotherhood in the mindset of naïve and uninformed Westerners.

The real point of this is Maulana Abbas saying that so much as questioning the Qur’an is unacceptable–no doubt threatening violence against those who do not obey.

I picked up a free copy of the quran last time I was in Malaysia, last year, started looking through it for the words, Love,Compassion,Understanding others, Tolerance, Forgiveness,etc and thought I would underline the words, however half way through I got tired as I found no such words, so in a fit of somewhat anger I threw the bloody book on the floor, near the front door, and all of a sudden I discovered a very good use for this huge book, I use it now to hold my front door open as sometimes the wind bangs it shut, so, for all you doubters out there who think the quran is a useless piece of shit, I have just proved you all wrong, its an excellent door stopper.
This has not been a free advertisement for quranic door stoppers.

Zaytuna college is a joke–it occupies a corner of Lutheran Church (and they haven’t been paying their rent).
Then, note that “Falsafa” here is unable to point out a single thing that Robert Spencer has supposedly gotten wrong.
As for the letter to Baghdadi, it has grand pronouncements like saying that it is forbidden to make pronouncements about Islam if you are not fluent in Arabic–then ignores the fact that Baghdadi *is* fluent in Arabic.
Note the reference to it not being allowed to kill the innocent–without admitting that in Islam no non-Muslims are considered to be innocent.
It says it is forbidden to attribute evil acts to God–without mentioning that Jihad and Shari’ah are not considered evil in Islam.
