Practitioners of dawah (Islamic proselytizing) would never do this in the United States; instead, they disseminate the myth that Islam grants equality of rights to women. But even though the Juma Masjid has excluded women from its dawah event, it is unlikely to introduce attendees to these facts:
The Qur’an teaches that men are superior to women and should beat those from whom they “fear disobedience”: “Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them.” — Qur’an 4:34
Muhammad’s child bride, Aisha, says in a hadith that Muhammad “struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: ‘Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?’” — Sahih Muslim 2127
The Qur’an likens a woman to a field (tilth), to be used by a man as he wills: “Your women are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth as you will” — Qur’an 2:223
It declares that a woman’s testimony is worth half that of a man: “Get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women, such as you choose, for witnesses, so that if one of them errs, the other can remind her” — Qur’an 2:282
It allows men to marry up to four wives, and have sex with slave girls also: “If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, marry women of your choice, two or three or four; but if you fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly, then only one, or one that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice” — Qur’an 4:3
It rules that a son’s inheritance should be twice the size of that of a daughter: “Allah directs you as regards your children’s inheritance: to the male, a portion equal to that of two females” — Qur’an 4:11
It allows for marriage to pre-pubescent girls, stipulating that Islamic divorce procedures “shall apply to those who have not yet menstruated” — Qur’an 65:4
Islamic law stipulates that a man’s prayer is annulled if a dog or a woman passes in front of him as he is praying. “Narrated ‘Aisha: The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, “Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people).” I said, ‘You have made us (i.e. women) dogs.’ I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him.” — Sahih Bukhari 1.9.490
Another hadith depicts Muhammad saying that the majority of the inhabitants of hell are women:
“I looked into Paradise and I saw that the majority of its people were the poor. And I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its people are women.” — Sahih Bukhari 3241; Sahih Muslim 2737
When asked about this, he explained:
“I was shown Hell and I have never seen anything more terrifying than it. And I saw that the majority of its people are women.” They said, “Why, O Messenger of Allah?” He said, “Because of their ingratitude (kufr).” It was said, “Are they ungrateful to Allah?” He said, “They are ungrateful to their companions (husbands) and ungrateful for good treatment. If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime then she sees one (undesirable) thing in you, she will say, ‘I have never had anything good from you.’” — Sahih Bukhari 1052
And in another hadith:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out to the musalla (prayer place) on the day of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr. He passed by the women and said, ‘O women! Give charity, for I have seen that you form the majority of the people of Hell.’ They asked, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?’ He replied, ‘You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.’ The women asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, what is deficient in our intelligence and religious commitment?’ He said, ‘Is not the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of one man?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her religious commitment.’” — Sahih Bukhari 304

In a new development, the Juma Masjid of Bombay Trust has invited non-Muslims for a meet and greet session at the masjid on Sunday (March 21) at 11 am in the morning.
A Twitter account named Indian Muslim history shared the invitation by the Juma Masjid on the social media site. “Humara Masjid mein aayiye, Humein samajhiye, humein jaaniye (Come to our mosque. Understand and learn about us),” read the invitation card.
It further emphasised, “An opportunity to meet, share and experience the values and culture of Indian Muslims. Please visit us to know and understand us better and experience our Masjids are all about.” Interestingly, the invitation is only addressed to non-Muslim men, as specified by the usage of ‘brothers’.
Questions are now being raised whether non-Muslim women have not been deliberately invited by the Juma Masjid of Bombay Trust. The entry of Muslim women, let alone non-Muslim women to mosques, have been the subject of controversy. In a statement by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) on January 29 last year, it claimed that Muslim women are allowed to offer ‘Namaz’ at mosques….
President of the All India Muslim Women’s Personal Law Board, Shaista Ambar had asked, “If the Law Board is admitting that women are allowed to pray in mosques, then why isn’t it making any arrangements for women to do that?” She further added that Islamic clerics have always told women that they weren’t allowed entry in mosques.
Fatwas have called for ‘prohibition’ of Muslim women in Masjid
At the height of the Sabarimala debate, several Muslim men on social media had dismissed claims of Muslim women not being permitted entry in Masjids. This is despite the fact that several fatwas have been issued by Darul Uloom Deoband categorically stating that it is ”prohibited” for women to visit mosques and that such a ‘wrong practice must be stopped.’
While speaking to Opindia, a 21-year-old Muslim girl (on the condition of anonymity) said, “I was always told that I should stay home and pray and not go to mosque. Islam allows it. When a mosque is built, why can’t they make provisions of purdah for Muslim women? The fact that most mosques do not have such provisions show they intentionally don’t want us to enter Masjids.”
Given that the entry of Muslim women to most masjids are restricted, it is not difficult to understand why the invitation by Juma Masjid of Bombay Trust makes specific mention of ‘non-Muslim brothers.’

Simple question: why are inter-faith dialogs needed at all? Simply follow the golden rule – leave me alone, and I’ll leave you alone. Hindus don’t typically demand that Christians or muslims chant praises of Shiva, Durga, Krishna or Rama: there is no reason for either muslims nor Christians to invite them to ‘interfaith dialogs’
On a different note, the mainstream elitists have been condemning a Hindu temple in Ghaziabad for banning muslim entry, and that temple had to clarify that they were only banning muslim miscreants w/ a record of defiling activity, like urinating on the lingams, breaking into the collection boxes and so on. But these places are places of worship, not tourist places, so a ban on non-believers entering is perfectly valid. Just b’cos churches and mosques are not closed to non-believers doesn’t imply that Hindus too have to open up their shrines, particularly given the record of muslims in destroying thousands of temples in the sub-continent

And what is the truth for abrahamic faiths ? A claim that they are the only truths . A truth that is anchored to belief. Bitter fact is that abrahamic faiths are by nature predatory. Humanity is seen as one homogeneous group that needs to be saved.
Infact christianity and islam in their essence they are what we can term salvation theologies this means that every individual needs to be saved from an eternity of punishment in hell ,christianity and islam make exclusive truth claims meaning unless you belong to their faith you cannot be saved. This is what compels followers of abrahmic faiths to divide the world into believers and non-believers ,those who are saved and those who are not.
2) We are putting up a fight now. Ofcourse , Temples by definition aint a secular place. Liberal cucks dont accept our religious logic , what makes them think we gonna accept their secular logics in our places of worship? In this century, everybody (except maybe muslims) know that all religions are here to stay. In that context, few are gonna get converted, aside from those who proactively explore other religions and then convert (not counting islamic dawa here). So given that, there is no good reason for any inter-faith conferences. Let Christians have their lists of do’s and don’ts, same for Hindus, Jews, Buddhists and everyone else. And that applies only to their respective adherents

If the BJP can can Article 370 and 35A, they should be able to do reverse this as well. Also, J Sai Deepak is right: Hindu temples should be released completely from any government funding and control, since there is no guarantee that you’ll always have a Hindutva government. And then every religious institution should be allowed to make its own rules – whether they wanna disallow women in mosques or in the Sabarimala temple, allow non-members into their houses of worship and so on
The Jagannath temple in Puri is one temple that has successfully excluded all non-dharmaic religious people from entering (although I disagree w/ them excluding foreign Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs or Jains). Other temples throughout India should adapt the same policy. Similarly, for Gurudwaras, Sikhs who strongly believe that they’re not Hindus can ban Hindus from their Gurudwaras as well
