In the Qur’an, a mysterious figure, known as Khidr in Islamic tradition, kills a boy in an apparently random and gratuitous attack. He then explains: “And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared that he would overburden them by transgression and disbelief. So we intended that their Lord should substitute for them one better than him in purity and nearer to mercy.” (18:80-81)
And according to Islamic law, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Reliance of the Traveller o1.1-2).
Muslims commit 91 percent of honor killings worldwide. The Palestinian Authority gives pardons or suspended sentences for honor murders. Iraqi women have asked for tougher sentences for Islamic honor murderers, who get off lightly now. Syria in 2009 scrapped a law limiting the length of sentences for honor killings, but “the new law says a man can still benefit from extenuating circumstances in crimes of passion or honour ‘provided he serves a prison term of no less than two years in the case of killing.’” And in 2003 the Jordanian Parliament voted down on Islamic grounds a provision designed to stiffen penalties for honor killings. Al-Jazeera reported that “Islamists and conservatives said the laws violated religious traditions and would destroy families and values.”
Until the encouragement Islamic law gives to honor killing is acknowledged and confronted, more women will suffer.

Aschaffenburg – Syria has been sinking into war for about ten years. A family flees the hotly contested country and ends up in Bavaria near Aschaffenburg. The teenage daughter settles in quickly, is on Facebook, and finally falls in love with a man. And she sleeps with the 23-year-old. “That is why the defendant (…) made the decision to kill his daughter, who did not expect her father to act like this, in order to punish her for her way of life and supposedly to restore his honor,” said Chief Public Prosecutor Jürgen Bundschuh at the start of the trial Thursday in front of the Aschaffenburg district court.
The accused is the father of the young woman with long, dark hair who “turned to western lifestyles after fleeing Syria.” The 46-year-old obviously didn’t like that, as several police witnesses say. Again and again, the Syrian is said to have raised his hand against the schoolgirl, referring to his former culture, and chastised her. He was even sentenced to imprisonment for assault and mistreatment of the 16-year-olds in 2017 – but never started.
The conservative man from Aleppo is said to have threatened his cosmopolitan daughter, whose real age, according to the police, was possibly 19 or 20, with death several times. He read her messages with friends, took her cell phone away from her, as an investigator told the court. “We took the whole thing seriously. (…) There was considerable violence in the family.” The student was even supposed to be taken out of the family, but backed off on her own initiative.
“Right from the start I had the feeling that it was a homicide,” said the 44-year-old policeman about the time when the girl suddenly disappeared at the beginning of May 2017 after finishing vocational school in Aschaffenburg. It was only around a year and a half later that walkers found the body in a nearby forest. “Disposed like a piece of dirt” in a concrete shaft that was covered with a steel plate.
Investigators believe that the defendant made the decision to kill the 16-year-old at least two weeks before the crime. Her father, who often appears to be lacking in empathy, does not want to comment on the allegations at the beginning of the trial.
The prosecution assumes that the Syrian and his 13-year-old son picked the girl up from the vocational school and drove into the forest after a two-hour drive. There, the father of six beat his completely surprised daughter and tied her with silver tape, said the public prosecutor. After that, the 46-year-old is said to have given his son, who was not of age, a knife and asked him to stab his half-sister. Should he resist, he, too, will die, the father is said to have said to the child.
According to the police, the defendant’s son presented this version during his interrogation – but the 44-year-old investigator doubts the statements. “We didn’t find any traces of blood,” said the officer. “We didn’t find the knife.” During the autopsy of the body, the cause of death could not be determined. He still believes in a violent death, but “we have no definite knowledge of what happened.” The statements made by the then-13-year-old had been partially refuted or could not be understood and substantiated with evidence. It is questionable whether he really had anything to do with the death of his half-sister.
According to the chief detective, the boy portrayed himself as a perpetrator during his interrogation. “He presented himself as the one who completed the killing (…) on behalf of the father.” He had seldom seen a boy of this age who was so disrespectful and so full of criminal energy as this one. Theft, break-ins and arson are said to be on his account.
But the boy was younger than 14 at the time of the offense and is therefore considered to be incapable of guilt in Germany – in other words, he cannot be convicted of his actions.
After the death of his half-sister, he disappears at some point, maybe he is in Turkey. His father fled there to avoid German investigators.
Because the 46-year-old is said to have attacked her boyfriend at the time with a knife a good month after his daughter’s disappearance. Therefore, the public prosecutor’s office also accuses the suspect of attempted murder and dangerous bodily harm. After that, he is said to have lived in Turkey for years, until his arrest in 2020.

It seems that somehow the leftists that run courts and governments of the left are so afraid of such perpetrators they simply grasp at the easiest exonerating circumstance as the explanation for such crimes. Probably it is just that way all over Europe. The Germans are afraid of being associated with the Nazi crimes against humanity and thus try to show compassion in every way. Toward ordinary people they have rather strict laws. Because fairly normal people can be treated harshly without having to fear a violent reaction.

I’ve said this before and I will say it again, a really devout muslim does not feel love the same way as any ordinary person can. muhammad was a psychopath, and psychopaths are unable to feel love, or any empathy.
Many muslims have spent their entire lives trying to emulate muhammad, and this father who murdered his daughter is a classic example of what they can become. He could only hate, he has never felt love for anyone or anything in his life, love is just a meaningless word to him.
