Not really…. it’s because for all our human potential, the biggest growth is downward. To drill down and expand, and reveal facts from fiction is the legacy of betting thinking due to the ‘freedom’ to think and to consider. The ‘ummah’ of Islam, is diametrically opposed to that, and like the left, must aim it’s arrows away from anything that questions it’s commands. It will murder anyone who does so. So… we get the droning of pablum, of propaganda, unto it’s diminution, it’s hatreds and then you get jounalists….. taking notes, but daring not to step over the border.

That Western nations were unwilling to take Jewish refugees in any significant numbers in the years leading up to and including WWII (1933-45) exposes the level of anti-Semitism existing in the West at that time. It also displayed the need for a safe haven from anti-Semitism. The extent of that anti-Semitism is demonstrated by the treatment of the St. Louis carrying a boat load of Jews trying to escape Nazi Germany in 1939 when it was unable to find safe haven and forced to return to Hamburg. There are numerous other examples.
Similarly, the lack of military support leading up to and during Israel’s War of Independence leads one to wonder if some elements in the West even expected Israel to survive let alone be a bridgehead for Western civilization in the Middle East.

I don’t get what this Pan Arab revival is all about. Look at other Arab countries, some are wealthy others still in the Stone Age. They don’t help each other, they don’t allow other Arabs in the lands, some even bar certain ppl not to own land hold jobs school the children. Now look at Israel, the Palestinians that live inside the green line enjoy every thing Israeli Jews do. Most, wouldn’t give that up. The countries around Israel refuses to take any Palestinians, they keep them far away from homes schools ect. Sure, no one wants their lands over run with immigrants, but then don’t try and force them on America, but also an Arab revival, and the natural instinct to help our brothers and sisters should kick in at some point. The Palestinian “ leaders” live in villas along the Mediterranean while the ppl starve, they spoon feed them that the Jews did this, it’s always easier to blame someone else than to take responsibility for your actions and the actions of the very ppl you’ve allowed to control every step of your life. And until the ppl stand up and see that, the Palestinians will never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

The Palestinians are just batshit crazy — as well as vicious, bloodthirsty, and hateful. It’s absurd for any civilized nation to give them any kind of support. And we should be giving Israel a free hand in dealing with those savages in any way necessary to keep Israelis safe.
