It is neither possible nor desirable for the United States to expend its resources to make sure that other countries are secure. The armed forces of the United States should be deployed for the defense of the United States, and that is all. Ultimately we will overextend ourselves, particularly now that His Fraudulency President-Select Joe Biden seems determined to force us into a nationwide lockdown that will destroy the economy. The U.S. military should never be used for the benefit of any Muslim country. It’s insane to aid your enemies — to make them stronger and more secure. And they are ALL our enemies, to one extent or another.
The battlelines we observe should be the same ones mandated by the Muslim religion — Islam versus the rest of the world. Muslims versus everyone else. The “House of Islam” versus the “House of War”. Basically the US has some air-strike forces over there, but they conducted since 2001 strikes already, though clandestine in nature.
Nowadays drone strikes do the job, and Somalia might be a great training ground, since accidental collateral damage of Somali citizens killed in a strike is no problem, since a dozen of these guys are worth less than an Apple smartphone.
Apart from that:

Somalia itself has no money, but efficiently killing some impoverished Somali desert militants on donkeys, will make many Muslim regimes like the Saud, our buddies in the West, buy billions worth of expensive high tech military equipment, to stay save. The West might lose tens of billions a year If these regimes start buying Chinese or Russian tech.
