This plan (and waste of human resources) is absurd. It demonstrates just how clueless UK politicians are, while simultaneously being desperate to appear to the public as if they were doing something. The predominantly Muslim migrants from the Middle East and Africa already know that they should not be crossing the English Channel and illegally entering Britain; they don’t care. They are economic migrants with Smartphones, not legitimate refugees. They are demanding that the UK provide them with a better life; they think it is their right to take whatever they can from the dhimmis and have no hesitation about breaking British laws to gain entry.
