For nearly 20 years, Pierre Rehov and his teams have explored the Middle East with the aim of revealing facts from the field that most media refuse to broadcast. The result has been the regular production of factual documentaries (long or short) some of which have been hugely successful in most Western countries.
“Behind the Smoke Screen” aims to reveal the reality of the riots in Gaza and the way Hamas and Islamic Jihad use children for propaganda purposes, while launching deadly and aggressive operations against the Israeli army, under the guise of “peaceful demonstrations”. The film, translated into seven languages and distributed by dozens of websites, including the Jerusalem Post and Sputnik News, has been seen millions of times and has even been sent to most UN delegates by the organization UN Watch.
