Pawel Uczciwek Statement
I want to come forward and expose the truth behind the falsified hijab attack at London Baker Street station by the three false accusers – Aniso Abdulkadir, Luxikah Rajeswaran and Oyinda Olatuyi. A report on this incident from the time it happened is here.
On July 15, 2017 at Baker Street Station, my fiancé was physically and racially attacked by gang of three racist women for being in an interracial relationship with myself. They boarded the train prior to the incident and began making racist comments and verbally abusing my fiancé. Aniso Abdulkadir, who was the Muslim girl who falsified the attack, began by saying I looked racist – and that my fiancé looked like my “slave”. Luxikah Rajeswaran started saying that “white men have sex with their mothers”, and have “skin like pigs”, and Oyinda Olatuyi mentioned that “white and black people should not be together” and that “white people are un-evolved”.
We heard all of this but chose to ignore them. As an interracial couple we tend to get abuse from racists. However, things escalated when we got off the train at Baker Street. Considering we were the last people to dismount the train, we were shocked to see that all three attackers were still waiting on the platform. As I started to look for the exit, I began to hear yelling and saw that the three women had completely surrounded my fiancé and started hurling racist abuse at her. Oyinda Olatuyi assaulted my fiancé twice, pushing her towards the platform edge. Luxikah Rajeswaran was encouraging the attack and yelled to Oyinda “push her onto the train tracks”. This is when I realized their intent was to do serious harm.
Concerned for my fiancé’s safety, I rushed back and stood between them and my fiancé and told them they were not going to hurt her. Angered, Luxikah Rajeswaran began yelling “He just pulled off my friend’s hijab, he is a racist – someone get him,” trying to incite a mob against me. Most of the bystanders ignored them because they could clearly see that were lying. This also triggered Aniso Abdulkadir into a rage. She then began yelling at the top of her voice towards my fiancé: “Look at you and your disgusting nappy hair, you look like a whore — you should cover your hair and cover your body”. I told her she had no right to say that and I was shocked at the racist insults she was hurling towards another black woman. My fiancé was extremely shaken up and distressed at this point, since the attackers made several threats to her life, and they continued making threats, saying that they will be back to kill her and throw acid in her face. My fiancé went upstairs to get help. They barricaded her and told her they will find us and ruin our lives. My fiancé told all three of them that she will be going to the police, as this is a racist attack, and they made threats to her life. Seeing no one that would step in to help her, we went home and reported the incident to Met Police the next day, mostly because she was afraid the attackers were out to find her that night.
Resulting from protecting my fiancé from the gang attack, the accusers knew we were going to the police. They were also angered that their plan to hurt my fiancé failed. As a result, they went to the police and lied that I had pulled Aniso Abdulkadir’s hijab and hit her, and pinned her friend against the wall. Both Luxikah Rajeswaran and Aniso Abdulkadir posted a picture they took of us without our consent, attached to a false hate crime accusation, and posted it on Twitter, telling people to find us. These false accusers stayed up all night stalking us for days, trying to find us and ruin our lives. This is the most lowlife desperate attempt of individuals to try and enact “revenge” towards people who don’t know them, and didn’t hurt them. Luxikah Rajeswaran went as far as finding my address and place of work, encouraging people to call me, harass me, and stalk me to try and get me fired and even violently attacked. Bear in mind that Luxikah Rajeswaran already has a criminal record for assault and perversion. It seems like this is repetitive criminal behaviour. The disgusting thing is, they used Islam and Islamophobia to incite a mob online to attack myself and my fiancé. It is both horrifically vile and disgusting for people to think to use a religion to invoke hatred and manipulate the public into doing their “dirty work”.
They labelled us as racists and started making false tweets about this being an Islamophobic attack and that people live in fear, and we should be stopped, trying to provoke people into a violent rage — which led to death threats and harassment (with one man facing prison today because of this). They incited fear and hatred, causing a further divide on the Internet that even captured news headlines. We received multiple death threats, with people threatening to come to my house and kill me and my fiancé. I was disgusted the racists will go this far and have so much hatred for two people who were just living their lives. Because of their vile hatred and jealousy, they went this far to try and get us hurt by the public or even worse, even killed.
We went to the Met Police the next day. They were helpful. However, this case was soon transferred to BTP, because this is where the incident was originally reported. BTP approached the case poorly, as they had no knowledge of social media and were unable to approach the case with non-bias. Instead of the police carrying out the investigation thoroughly, I had to deal with harassment from strangers who believed they had the right to try me in the media and attempt to ruin my life. The case came to a conclusion and I was dismissed of all charges in November, I feel relief that the true story was shown in the court.
It was soon uncovered that the three accusers have a past of racism, and this was evident from the statements they would make on their social media:
Aniso Abdulkadir: Made numerous anti-semitic, anti-white and anti LGBT+ tweets. She even shared a tweet on her social media referencing “how we will show up to the race war”. It was obvious she believed that she was fighting some type of “war”.
Luxikah Rajeswaran: Shared multiple racist tweets directed towards white men, even saying “white men f**k their mums” , “typical white men f**king goats” and “every white man is a potential psychopath ready to blow up a school at any moment” – it is obvious that she is horrifically racist and vindictive, as well as a criminal.
Oyinda Olatuyi: Posted racist tweets leading up to the incident to both Luxikah and Aniso, stating “when are white people going to evolve” – she was extremely racist and the one who assaulted my fiancé twice.
CCTV was also uncovered, which shows proof of my fiancé being assaulted on the platform and no proof of the alleged falsified hijab attack. This was not surprising to me, since I knew this would be the case. It was clear that the officer was afraid to of being called an Islamophobe and sided with the accusers in an effort not to appear “racist”. The case was terribly put together and there wasn’t a shred of evidence against me that CPS could have lawfully used. One of the accusers themselves, Oyinda Olatuyi, also mentioned that she didn’t see the incident take place, which is considered perjury under UK law because this is not what she told the police under caution, or what she said in her original statement. The case was dismissed, and I was given a formal apology from the judge. The judge also scolded the police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for their failure to conduct a proper investigation. Because if they did, they wouldn’t have wasted so much time. The other two accusers did not turn up.
The reason, I am telling this story is to bring light to false accusations and racial hatred, and how social media can used dangerously to destroy people’s lives and possibly affect police investigations via bias. I also want to expose all three accusers, Aniso Abdulkadir, Luxikah Rajeswara and Oyinda Olatuyi as vile racists who used religion to stir up racial hatred, cause a racist divide and possibly ruin innocent lives. I also want to bring to the truth to the media so everyone knows what actually happened following this incident, and that their three accusers are exposed as the liars they truly are. We currently have the officer under investigation and are in the process of opening a case against the three accusers for malicious communications and perversion of justice to London Metropolitan police.
