“We were with Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) in an expedition that there came a people to Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ) from the direction of the west. They were dressed in woollen clothes and they stood near a hillock and they met him as Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) was sitting. I said to myself: Better go to them and stand between him and them that they may not attack him. Then I thought that perhaps there had been going on secret negotiation amongst them. I however, went to them and stood between them and him and I remember four of the words (on that occasion) which I repeat (on the fingers of my hand) that he (Allah’s Messenger) said: You will attack Arabia and Allah will enable you to conquer it, then you would attack Persia and He would make you to conquer it. Then you would attack Rome and Allah will enable you to conquer it, then you would attack the Dajjal and Allah will enable you to conquer him. Nafi’ said: Jabir, we thought that the Dajjal would appear after Rome (Syrian territory) would be conquered.” (Sahih Muslim 6930)
“Al-Aqsa Mosque Address: We Will Soon Establish the Caliphate, Liberate Jerusalem and Conquer Rome,” MEMRI, January 17, 2020:
On January 17, 2020, a video was uploaded to the Internet of an event at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem on the anniversary of the 1453 AD capture of Constantinople by the Ottoman Empire. The event was held by Hizb ut-Tahrir. Palestinian preacher Nidhal “Abu Ibrahim” Siam spoke before the crowd and said that the anniversary of the fall of Constantinople brings tidings that Rome will be conquered in the near future. He said that three prophecies will soon be fulfilled, and he expressed hope that his audience will be the ones to fulfil them. Siam elaborated that these prophecies are the prophecy that a rightly-guided Caliphate will be established, the prophecy that Jerusalem will be liberated and established as the capital of the Caliphate, and the prophecy that Islam “will throw its neighbors to the ground” and that its reach will span across the world. He told the crowd that their real task is to wage Jihad for the sake of Allah and to make the word of the infidels inferior to the word of Allah. In addition, he called on them to seek martyrdom for Allah. He added: “Do not obey the followers of Satan [and] those who collaborate with America, Russia, and the West.” The crowd chanted: “This Al-Aqsa [Mosque] will be liberated… The Caliphate was promised by Allah… By means of Caliphate and the consolidation of power, your conquest, oh Rome, is a matter of certainty… Allah Akbar!”…
