This is just one of a great many incidents, most underreported if reported at all, demonstrating that border control is a national security issue. This incident could be related to the jihad threat as well. Certainly many jihadists have entered the U.S. through Mexico.

Border agents in California apprehended a Syrian national over the weekend, saying he’d attempted to enter the U.S. by hiding on a train.
Agents at the Calexico West Port of Entry were observing a commercial railcar as it passed across the border on Friday around 6:15 a.m. when officers observed something amiss on the lower side of the train using the port’s imaging system.
According to a press release from Customs and Border Protection (CBP), officers searched the train and discovered a 46-year-old man hidden in a compartment….
The man was interviewed and fingerprinted; the process revealed that he was a Syrian citizen with no paperwork to enter the U.S….

That man from Syria who has been caught attempting to infiltrate into America is but one example, out of many, of how porous borders Mexico has enabled ISIS and Al Qaeda operatives as well as jihadists of other like-minded Islamic terror entities to infiltrate into the United States. Furthermore, illegal immigration from Mexico is dangerous because of crime by gangs of hooligans who enter the US through pours borders with Mexico. As for example, the gang of thugs called MS-13 who originated in El Salvador the come into America through Mexico. Those gangsters commit crimes as murders, rapes, drug dealing. They are also known, for a price, to smuggle jihadists of Al Qaeda in America. In addition, to all this, with illegal immigration also comes higher welfare cost and an increased chances of the spread of contagious diseases, such as TB.
Furthermore, with more illegal come more environmental degradation and more urban sprawl. Therefore, there is a great need for a good for a good border control system with a strong tall wall that’s patrolled by armed American troops who may be allowed to use their guns if they deem it necessary. Along with a good filtering system to let in to the United States only good decent hard working people with visas and not and not gangsters and jihadists. In conclusion all the above may be summed up by the wisdom found in the words of Ronald Reagan when he as, so well, stated “A nation without borders is not a nation.”

This crisis has come about because the West has chosen to abandon important principles that have been successfully operated for centuries.
Since the fall of the Roman Empire until very modern times it was THE FIRST DUTY of kings and princes to SECURE THE BORDERS of their state, thereby to ensure the SAFETY of their own citizens.
Under the influence of the Left, this long standing principle has now been widely abandoned by Western nations. Everyone from the pope to Nancy Pelosi now calls borders “immoral”.

One only needs to look at the grafitti on train cars to realize the US rail systems are not secure. Yet these systems wind through all the major cities. Why is Homeland Security asleep at the switch when it comes to rail systems? Which European nations have grafitti-covered rail cars?

It’s not the job of President Trump to have PC polices of border security and immigration that the left would like. It’s the job and duty of President Trump to ensure the safety and protection of the American citizens.

DJT needs to quit bending to the left and certain financial interests. Seal that border. Declare a national emergency in each and every county that is on that southern border. All federal agents and the military should be mobilized to secure the border. Quit worrying about everyone else’s and take care of our borders.
I know that the lawyers that read this will tell me I am nuts, but here goes: National security is not delegated to congress or the courts. National security is an Executive Branch responsibility. This was verified by the SCOTUS and legislated by congress. Tell any lower federal court, any state court, and any other jurisdiction that complains or tries to get a court order blocking this to chill out, read the constitution and applicable federal laws. Ignore the orders while they get appealed up to the SCOTUS. Can you imagine how the Civil War and WWII would have gone if any and every judge, local jurisdiction, or state could intervene in national security issues?
