Christian inmates at Riverside Regional Jail in North Prince George, Virginia, who want space to “live their lives in accordance with the Bible,” are being attacked by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) because CAIR wants Muslim space for inmates, too. The central issue of the lawsuit filed by CAIR is that the Christian “God-Pod” is segregated, but the same privilege is not extended to Muslims. If found to be in violation of the Constitution’s Establishment Claus, then the “God-Pod” will be dismantled, and that should settle this matter, right? Wrong. The lawsuit filed by CAIR not only calls for the dismantling of the “God-Pod.” It also “details how the Muslim plaintiffs have been denied adequate meals during Ramadan, access to Islamic programming and to pork-free meals as required by their faith.”
Such special privileges are not demanded by Christian inmates. So in addition to dismantling the Christian group’s quarters, CAIR saw an opportunity to broaden its demands.
Demands for Ramadan meals and special accommodation for Muslims in jail did not begin with the “God-Pod” case. Last summer, a Judge ordered the state of Washington to provide Ramadan meals to Muslim inmates. And now that demand has expanded to include “Islamic programming” and “pork free meals.”
CAIR operates on a win-win policy: manipulate the very framework of democratic societies to subtly gain special privileges and accommodations for Muslims; when it encounters a roadblock (or even any criticism), its operatives scream “Islamophobia.” While CAIR rejects the Judeo-Christian roots of every Western country, it indefatigably pursues its Muslim Brotherhood-mandated mission of stealth jihad.

CAIR cares nothing about fairness and equity. The group actively fosters the idea that Islam is the only religion in the West that people must not insult. People are terrified of insulting Islam precisely because of years of bullying by CAIR and other groups like it, as well as because of the violent attacks endured by those who have criticized or mocked Muhammad.
CAIR, with its documented links to jihad terror, is adept at manipulating the freedom of religion to force special accommodation for Islam upon all institutions, which is particularly disturbing when the institution in question is a prison. Another key issue involved in this case is the fact that there is a jihadist problem in prisons.
Israel, France, the United Kingdom, and other countries that have faced a persistent terrorism threat have found that putting terrorists in jail does not solve the problem. In jail, terrorists network and proselytize.
Jihad recruitment is rampant in prisons without any attempts to curb it. The more Islamized prisons become, the more dangerous those prisons will be for infidels. That danger will spread to the general population once these jihadis are released.

A Virginia jail has segregated living quarters for Christian inmates who agree to “live their lives in accordance with the Bible,” according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
CAIR has filed a lawsuit challenging the existence of the “God Pod” at Riverside Regional Jail in North Prince George, Virginia, claiming it’s just another way to show preference for Christian inmates.
“Segregating inmates based on their willingness to study and live their lives in accordance with the Bible is a clear violation of the Constitution’s Establishment Clause,” said CAIR National Litigation Director Lena Masri. “This lawsuit seeks a federal court’s intervention to ensure that Riverside Regional Jail respects the rights of inmates of all faiths.”
She noted that while religious programming is an appropriate and constitutional aspect of a prison’s educational offerings to its inmates, Riverside Regional Jail’s inadequate religious programming for Muslim inmates reflects the facility’s discriminatory approach.
The lawsuit seeks a broad injunction to remedy violations of the First Amendment’s Establishment and Free Exercise Clause, the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, among other statutory and constitutional violations.
In addition to the living quarters, CAIR says the jail also refuses to give Muslim inmates meals before sunrise or after sunset, meaning they’re forced to choose between honoring their faith during Ramadan and starvation.
It’s ironic, then, that the jail claims that God Pod is open to those “of any faith group”… which is technically true, but only if Muslims and atheists and Hindus are willing to convert.
The flier posted in the jail said the Life Learning Program is open to inmates “of any faith group.”
“The purpose of this program is to give you the opportunity to learn Biblical-based life-skills and put them into practice so you may experience lasting change in your life,” it states.
Gadeir Abbas, a senior litigation attorney for CAIR, said the program is open only to those who want to study the Bible and live in accordance with the Bible.
“So really, it isn’t open to inmates of all faiths or it is only open to inmates of other faiths who are looking to convert to Christianity,” Abbas said…..
