Although Brussels has aggressively pushed the globalist utopian vision of open-door immigration, while rejecting the facts about jihad terror, assaults by Muslim migrants, no-go zones, sharia patrols and the like, still it has not done enough to welcome migrants, according to the Moroccan Roman Catholic Archbishop, Santiago Agrelo Martinez. He attacked Brussels for its failure to roll out the red carpet, taking aim at the EU “temporary stay centers” for migrants. In his opinion, these centers “’only add to the suffering, humiliations and violations’ of migrants fleeing their dangerous homes” and create “concentration camps for people who have no rights.” He adds: “We treat them like slaves.”
Santiago Agrelo Martinez is a clueless cleric, completely out of touch with reality. He has, like many others, embraced the victimhood propaganda that has been successfully utilized as the hijrah continues. He unwittingly insults real slaves — black slaves who are still being held by Muslim owners — as well as Jews who were crowded into real concentration camps during the Holocaust, thanks to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and Hitler. Agrelo should be focusing on Christians and Yazidis (and other minorities), since the latter groups must contend with not only the tribulations of living in war zones, but also with violent persecution by Islamic supremacists and jihadists.
Santiago Agrelo Martinez also once criticized Spain for using barbed wire to stop migrants from swarming into Ceuta and Melilla, both bordering Morocco along the north coast of Africa, and both of which are now well recognized dangerous enclaves. The problem on that border got increasing worse, where in 2017, over 1000 migrants stormed the Spanish border into Ceuta at once, using rocks and metal bars, resulting in injuries. And they’re still storming the border there.
“European Union accused of establishing ‘concentration camps’ in attack on migration policy,” by Joe Barnes, Express, October 22, 2018:
EUROPEAN Union bosses are accused of plotting to set up “concentration camps” as part of the bloc’s latest plans to tackle illegal migration.
Brussels plans to establish so-called processing centres in “safe third countries” would only add to the suffering, humiliations and violations” of migrants fleeing their dangerous homes, according to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Tangiers, a port town in the north of Morocco.
Santiago Agrelo Martinez said specific migrant processing camps would create “concentration camps for people who have no rights”.
He adds: “We treat them like slaves.
“If we want them, we take them from their homes and countries to work on our agricultural land, but if we don’t need them, even though they’re hungry, we enclose them in camps.”
The EU already hosts a number of ‘temporary stay centre’ for migrants arriving in the bloc’s overseas territories in Africa.
The two Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla play host to the EU’s only land borders on the continent of Africa.
More than 6,000 migrants have travelled to the Spanish cities on Morocco’s northern coast this year, according to the United Nation’s refugee agency UNHCR.
Archbishop Martinez said migrants arriving at the EU’s gates in Africa are forced into hiding in nearby forests and wastelands on the outskirts of the security fences surrounding the two enclaves…..
