If Yassin Ali-Khan had been a non-Muslim German native who murdered a policeman, do you think he would have been freed from prison and showered with welfare benefits? Neither do I.
“Aliens Department makes scandalous deal with Lebanese police murderer,” translated from “Ausländerbehörde macht skandalösen Deal mit libanesischem Polizisten-Mörder,” Journalisten Watch, September 21, 2018 (thanks to Searchlight Germany):
Again, a blatant case of extremely generous treatment of a Muslim killer stirs the emotions. The man who 15 years ago shot the Berlin elite police officer Roland Krüger, whom everyone called only “Meatball,” is free again. Actually, Yassin Ali-K. was to be deported and given a six-year entry ban. But the clan member made a deal with the immigration office and can soon live in the capital alone and unmolested with 1263 euros child support. There are also all the other social benefits.
Even in custody, the 48-year-old policeman-killer was treated like a raw egg. The result: he fathered four more children in prison with his wife. He already had two — now there are six. In recent years, he enjoyed an open sentence; in April, he was finally released from custody. Then he — according to the deal — voluntarily left for his home country of Lebanon. A deportation was superfluous. But after a year, the court and Berlin immigration authorities assured him that he could come back to Berlin.
The case made headlines at the time. In 2003, a SEK unit wanted to arrest him at his home because he was involved in a knife fight in a disco. But Yassin Ali-K. shot the 37-year-old Kruger in the back of his head — right where there was a gap in his armor. He was sentenced to life for the murder.
He was supposed to be deported to Lebanon after he was imprisoned, but the immigration authorities failed to question him. Therefore, Ali-K complained before the administrative court — and that court ruled in his favor. The judges also gave him credit for having six children and not being separated from them. The deportation of the police murderer was foiled.
Now the immigration office did not move to the next of his offenses, but offered the deal: he should leave voluntarily, then he could return soon. The Lebanese man immediately agreed, reports Bild.
