A significant development in the Tommy Robinson saga: the world is watching. A fervid rally was held in Australia.

Whatever one may think of him and his work, style, or approach, he is being harassed and persecuted by the British government for calling attention to the activity of Muslim rape gangs, which British authorities have done everything they could to cover up, and to jihad violence and Sharia oppression in general.
That holds true also despite the legal technicalities that are being used against Robinson. Meanwhile, Robinson’s previous incarceration included having his front teeth knocked out by jihadi thugs; he only ate canned tuna for valid fear of being poisoned, and deliberately caused trouble in order to land himself in solitary confinement, so as to avoid being stabbed.
The persecution of Tommy Robinson represents a persecution of everyone who respects free societies, of which free speech is the cornerstone. Today, Robinson is the victim of an unjust state, but tomorrow it will be anyone who resists oppressive totalitarian rule.
