“There are no words to describe the pain of losing a husband”
A month after the Muslim terrorist attacks of Oct 7, Paul Kessler, a 69-year-old Jewish man, was killed at a pro-Israel rally in California.
The authorities did everything possible to bury the case. The police tried to avoid even arresting the perpetrator or collecting any evidence. Media reports insisted it was an ‘accident’. It took dedicated work and pressure to keep the case in front of the authorities and force them to actually file charges.
The prosecutors undercharged and the judge was clearly sympathetic to the Muslim perpetrator. Initial reports were that the killer would get off with just probation. The final sentencing has the Pakistani Muslim perpetrator walking away with only a year in prison for taking a man’s life.
Loay Abdel Fattah Alnaji, a Moorpark man facing charges related to the death of opposing protester Paul Kessler, was sentenced to one year in Ventura County Jail and two years of felony probation this week.
Alnaji initially pled not guilty to felony charges of battery causing serious injury and manslaughter, but eventually pleaded guilty to those charged counts in May of this year.
“Mr. Kessler lost his life in a violent attack that took him from his family and his wife of 43 years,” Ventura County District Attorney Erik Nasarenko argued. “Given the circumstances of this case and the death that resulted, we believe a state prison commitment was the appropriate and just sentence.”
Alnaji hit Kessler in the head with a megaphone which caused the 69-year-old to fall and hit his head on the pavement.
During a preliminary hearing in May of last year, video and audio evidence from Kessler’s cell phone was presented as well as testimony from Ventura County Medical Examiner Dr. Othon Mena stating that Kessler died from blunt force trauma caused by both a megaphone and subsequent fall to the pavement.
“There are no words to describe the pain of losing a husband in such a sudden and violent way,” shared Kessler’s widow in her victim impact statement. “The grief is relentless. The silence in our house, the absence of his voice, his companionship, his love and the future we had planned together are losses I carry with me every day.”
This is ripe for a federal civil rights investigation. We all know what the case and the charges would have looked like if an older black man had died after a hard blow to the head at a BLM rally.
The ‘confrontation’, as the media described it, was the culmination of sustained Islamic supremacist harassment. The case never delved into that. Neither did the authorities.
This is part of a pattern of Islamic violent intimidation in the United States.

It is open season on Jews. Mamdani is going to encourage this killing. You wait and see.

Absolutely it is and the irony is this is third Reich stuff and these people are either historically stupid or are all in for it. I bet the latter.
Patton says
The feds need to take this on immediately. This man was killed by this Muzzy scum because he was Jewish. No other reason. Wasn’t an accident. He didn’t just bump into him. And when he shove an older man who falls on the sidewalk with nothing to protect his head, his death was a natural improbable consequence of the conduct. A federal charge of depriving him of his civil rights in the course of a political demonstration does not require any intent to kill the man. The prosecutors, and judging this case are just as big of scumbags. I’m sure they’re all Democrats and I’ll have no moral compass whatsoever. Hopefully the US attorneys office for the central district of California will pick this up and run with it.

His family should pressure the DOJ to pursue fed charges due to the nature of the crime.
No statatute of limitations on murder in any degree. The family should work to make sure a charge happens in fed court.
It would follow the principle of law of having an idea of what *could* happen and likely *would* happen if..
Such as rolling a heavy object down a steep hill with the knowledge that there were people at the bottom who would likely be injured by said object.
The family should not let it go.
In the meantime, perhaps the murderous perp will be in the general population with some who don’t share his ideology.
Chevelle says
You know what. Trump is letting these Muslims run wild in this country, I don’t see it happening.
I live a couple miles way from where the major Islamic rally happened. With Hamas flags, every flag except ours.
Where is the DON where is the DOJ? There is a lot happening but no pushback.

Loay Abdel Fattah Alnaji is now a hero of the Islamic ummah. Abbas will name a day care center after him in Jenin.
Taffy says
Such a short prison sentence has no deterrent effect on Muzzies, so they would do the same thing in the future. A 20 year sentence for manslaughter, with no parole, would have been appropriate in this situation.
Now, if this Muzzy scum were eliminated extrajudicially, the message may sink in among the Muzzies that protests and counter protests need to remain peaceful. Yell and jump up and down all you want; look but do not touch!
࿗Infidel࿘ says
If you are a Californian and ever get accosted by this thug Loay Alnaji, quickly get to where you can access a weapon – any weapon – and then confront him w/ it. Warn him that if he doesn’t scoot, he wouldn’t live to gloat about it
That’s the only way to deal w/ such thugs
Wellington says
Imagine it the other way around, Jew (or any infidel) kills Muslim. Think it would be the same sentence?
A la Orwell, all religions are created equal but one religion is more equal than the others. Gee, I wonder which one that is. What a puzzlement this is.
Patriot64 says
What a bunch of BULL 💩this only one year. Then it’s Communist California. A religious war is heading our way.

The victim’s family should file suit in civil court for whatever damages the law allows.

California: Muslim Who Killed Jewish Man at Rally Gets Only 1 Year
……………………………………………
So murdering a non-violent elderly person so long as he is a Jew now is no more a crime than something like vandalism, petty theft, or a first time DUI with no injuries?
*Utterly chilling*.

This sentence for 1 year for the Muslim terrorists for killing a Jewish its according to the Sharia Islamiyah (Sharia Law)
